Dec. 6

7:11 a.m. – A caller reported a vehicle was entered overnight, in the 2700 block of S. Main Road. Property was taken, including a GPS, cash and a snap-on Bluetooth set. Loss value: $500. a report was taken.

8:24 a.m. – A resident of the Oregon Veterans’ Home reported her wallet was stolen from her room in the Alpha building, 660 N. Fifth St. It was a small teal billfold, with two straps, containing a US Bank checkbook, credit cards, Social Security card, insurance cards, $5 in cash, bank paperwork and a VA home meal ticket. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

9:36 a.m. – A Hometown Mattress employee reported the lock was cut on the fence and the travel trailer was entered, 2770 S. Santiam Hwy. Two propane tanks were taken from one compartment. A report for first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft, and second-degree trespass was taken.

9:51 a.m. – Sherrie May Moshckau, 31, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.

1:33 p.m. – A Linn County Health Services employee said a woman reported to her that $1,800 has been stolen from her home in the last four months. No other items were reported missing and there were no signs of entry points. She was counseled on securing. A report was taken.

4:48 p.m. – Christopher Steven Crosiar, 28, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for second-degree failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft and contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. He also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for first-degree failure to appear, a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for delivery of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, heroin, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, oxycontin, felon in possession of a firearm, first-degree theft and tampering with physical evidence. He had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of heroin and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was charged with delivery of heroin and possession of a controlled substance, heroin and methamphetamine. Trevin Wayne Fast, 24, was charged with delivery of heroin and possession of a controlled substance, heroin and methamphetamine.

Dec. 5

11:12 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle stolen between 7:45 a.m. and the time of the call, in the 1600 block of Cooper Street. No valuables were left in the car except a driver’s license and debit card which had been canceled. Entry was made from an unlocked rear door of the residence. Vehicle keys were taken off the coffee table and an XBox. A report for burglary and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken. The vehicle was located on near Seventh and Vine Streets.

12:16 p.m. – Lewis Levern Crane, Jr., 20, was arrested for a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply, original charge unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

4:30 p.m. – Jason Michael Comer, 40, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Dec. 4

11:02 a.m. – Mitchell Todd Simpson, 26, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

12:46 p.m. – A caller reported his vehicle was entered during the night, int eh 1100 block of W. Vine Street. A subwoofer was taken. It was unknown how the vehicle was entered. It was possibly left unlocked. Loss value: $300. A report was taken.

5:51 p.m. – Michael Eric Scott Lane, 43, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, contempt of court.

9:15 p.m. – Shelby Keith Brigham, 51, was arrested for third-degree theft. A caller reported a man in an S-10 pickup truck stole a neighbor’s Christmas light projector. Officers contacted Brigham. The item was returned to the victim. A report was taken.

Dec. 3

6:06 a.m. – Walter Ray Fenn, 23, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment. He was cited and released.

10 a.m. – A 2-year-old girl fell from an apartment window, in the 700 block of N. Fifth Street. The father of the child said he was watching TV and his wife was in the bathroom. Their 2-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son were playing together in their room when their son ran into the living room, screaming. The 2-year-old was screaming when officers arrived. Medics took her to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. No report was taken.

11:49 p.m. – Matthew Alexander Taylor, 25, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge fourth-degree assault.

Dec. 2

8:31 a.m. – A caller reported a 6×12-foot white single-axle Patriot brand enclosed trailer stolen in the past week, in the 500 block of S. 10th Street. The trailer had two locks on it. A report for first-degree theft was taken. The trailer was entered into LEDS.

11:43 a.m. –  A caller said transients are still living in tents in the 32900 block of Berlin Road. Officers contacted a 64-year-old woman and a 44-year-old woman. They were counseled about being on the property.

2:54 p.m. – A caller reported a powder blue Next bike left in the 400 block of S. Seventh Street. It was entered into LEDS as recovered property. A report was taken.

Dec. 1

8:06 a.m. – A man said he purchased a tablet from someone off a Facebook group called “Linn County Guys Stuff for Sale.” He believed it was stolen from Walmart. It required an activation code from a retailer which indicated that it was never purchased from a retailer. The property was entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

8:51 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle was broken into overnight, in the 500 block of Walker Road. The vehicle was locked. The handle was broken off the passenger door sometime overnight. A pair of sunglasses, over-the-counter medication and a Garmin GPS were taken from the vehicle. A report was taken.

10:53 a.m. – An officer contacted five Lebanon High School freshmen who were caught off campus, near Sixth and F Streets. They were sent back to the campus and warned that further infractions will result in the school administration being notified. No report was taken.

11:14 a.m. – A Seven Oak Middle School administrator received a report of online harassment between students. The school resource officer was able to contact some of the parents and planned to call in the students to counsel them on bullying and harassment. No report was taken.

11:22 a.m. – A caller reported that someone broke into her home sometime between the afternoon of Nov. 30 and the time of the call, in the 500 block of Manor Way. A report for first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

12:19 p.m. – A caller reported her vehicle broken into overnight, in the 2400 block of Kokanee Way. Items were taken and gas was siphoned. A report was taken.

3:58 p.m. – A Jack in the Box employee reported money was taken the previous night around 6 p.m. The caller had video. A report was taken.

5:13 p.m. – A caller reported she found a computer on her back porch, in the 400 block of E. Olive Street. It was seized as found property. A report was taken.

Nov. 30

7:46 a.m. – A caller reported sheep in the roadway, in the 32900 block of Denny School Road near Highway 34. According to the caller, they had been placed back on their property. No additional report was taken.

11:41 a.m. – A caller reported someone wrote profane words in concrete that was poured the night before, in the 200 block of E. Grant Street. Damage was estimated at $2,500. A report was taken.

1:09 p.m. – A caller reported her wallet stolen from her vehicle, in the 1000 block of Hiatt Street. A report for third-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.

1:37 p.m. – A caller reported a battery stolen from an RV stored at Cheadle Lake RV and Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. The battery was taken from a mount on the tongue of the travel trailer within the last three weeks. The caller was alerted to the theft after being called by management regarding several other thefts. A report was taken.

4:09 p.m. – A caller reported her purse stolen from an unlocked vehicle, in the 2000 block of S. Seventh Street. It was a large purple purse with a Pokemon wallet, ID and $100 cash. A report was taken.

Nov. 29

6:06 a.m. – Christopher Eugene Emerson, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge driving while suspended. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply.

8:49 a.m. – A caller reported damage to a fence at Cheadle Lake RV and Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. A crowbar and screw driver were found. A report for first-degree criminal mischief was taken.

10:59 a.m. – Lamar Lavonne Wilson, 28, turned herself in on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree disorderly conduct. She also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct.

2:04 p.m. – Trudy Lynn Keller, 55, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

2:07 p.m. – Jordan Lloyd Casterline, 21, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Nov. 28

7:06 a.m. – Daniel Joseph Ledgerwood, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear and probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a Brownsville Municipal Court warrant.

12:47 p.m. – A stolen Winchester 1897 pump shot gun was recovered, at the Cash House pawn shop, 1250 Ferry St. SW in Albany. A report was taken.

8:25 p.m. – Zachary Justin Burrece, 27, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

9:57 p.m. – A caller reported a 2016 Chevy Malibu stolen in the 1700 block of S. Seventh Street. The vehicle was a rental from Enterprise in Albany. A report was taken.

Nov. 27

8:44 a.m. – Shain Nicholas Hersey, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

9:17 a.m. – A caller said his small black bi-fold wallet was stolen while it was in his wife’s purse. The caller believed the incident either happened at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital or at a doctor’s office in Sweet Home. The wallet contained his driver’s license, Social Security card, credit card and a $20 bill with an issue date of 1945.

1:04 p.m. – Jessica Ashley Wynn, 34, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had four Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear, original charges probation violation possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; probation violation, second-degree possession of a forged instrument; probation violation identity theft. She was transported to the Lebanon Justice Center.

2:02 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Coughran, 27, was arrested on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin and first-degree failure to appear, original charge false information. He also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, second-degree trespass, second-degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft.

2:41 p.m. – A caller reported theft of a camp trailer plate, in the 1000 block of Airway Road. The stolen plate was entered into LEDS.

3:58 p.m. – Ember Ann McAplin, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

8:01 p.m. – A caller reported the window of her vehicle was broken sometime between 7:15 p.m. and the time of the call, in the 600 block of S. Second Street. Several items valued at under $100 were missing. A report wast taken.

Nov. 26

3:04 a.m. – A caller said a blue Chevy pickup truck had a gas can and hose next to it,  near Cherry Blossom Lane and S. Eighth Street. The can was empty. An officer contacted the vehicle owner who said the can and the hose were not his. The can and hose were seized as found property. It appeared whomever was attempting to steal gas was spooked off before they were able to. A report was taken.

8:50 a.m. – A caller reported a 48-inch Furion TV was taken from his travel trailer sometime in the last two weeks, from Cheadle Lake RV and Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. It was valued at $300. An officer contacted the storage manage who said they would review the surveillance video. The caller only wanted the incident documented unless a suspect is identified through the video. No report was taken.

10:37 a.m. – A caller reported a homeless camp on the riverside, near Berlin Road and E. Grant Street. An officer responded. There was a camp set up north of 32849 Berlin Road. Information was sent to another officer for follow up. No additional report was taken.

11:49 a.m. – A caller reported the theft of a 12 x 16-inch package, in the 300 block of Waters Edge Court. The suspect was a female with long sandy blonde hair pulled into a long braid. She was last seen walking southbound on Franklin. The package contained My Little Pony. Loss value: $20. A report was taken.

2:49 p.m. – Richard Alan Walls, 47, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

6:42 p.m. – Officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash near Park and E. Elmore Streets. According to the driver and witnesses, the 17-year-old male crossed the road in front of the pickup, which struck him at approximately 30 mph. He complained of leg pain and began losing consciousness while waiting for medics to arrive. He was transported to Good Sam in Corvallis. His mother was informed of the situation. The incident appeared not to be the fault of the driver.

Nov. 25

12:17 a.m. – Trent Wayne Killgo, 30, was arrested and charged with menacing and pointing a firearm at another person. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.

4:07 p.m. – A Cellular One employee reported a man took an iPhone 7 plus and an iPhone 6. Loss value: $1,150. A report was taken.

5:39 p.m. – A caller said his daughter’s friend was hit by a vehicle while riding her longboard south across Division Way, west of Santiam Highway. A large dark blue pickup truck clipped her longboard, causing her to crash. She received minor scrapes and hit her head. He took her to the emergency room to be evaluated for possible concussion. The vehicle did not stop. The vehicle was possibly a Hyundai with one of the fog lights out. The driver was a male, possibly in his 30s, with a female passenger the same age. A report for hit and run was taken.

10:29 p.m. – Ramon Reyes Carmen, 29, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Nov. 24

9:26 a.m. – A caller found a purse and belonging scattered over her front yard, in the 300 block of Milton Street. The purse was blue or purple and was found near some change, makeup and three marijuana bottles. All items were seized as found property. A report was taken.

9:37 a.m. – Michael Marble, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

10:23 a.m. – A caller reported loose sheep, in the 32900 block of Denny School Road. A deputy responded and put the sheep back into the field at the corner of the property. The fence is on but weak. It is unknown who the owners are but they may have future problem. No further action.

1:10 p.m. – A caller reported the driver’s side window of a mental health vehicle was broken out, at Linn County Public Health,1600 S. Main St. A report for vandalism was taken.

2:51 p.m. – A caller reported a package containing digital drawing pads was taken from her front porch, in the 500 block of W. A Street. A report was taken.

3:57 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 25, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree criminal mischief.
Nov. 22

8:54 a.m. – A vehicle was entered some time overnight, in the 1500 block of S. Seventh Street. Nothing was taken and there was no damage to the vehicle. A report was taken.

10:53 a.m. – A caller reported two BMX-style bicycles lying in the yard under a tree, in the 200 block of W. Rose Street. An officer retrieved both bicycles and took them to the Justice Center. A report for found property was taken.

12:32 p.m. – A Safeway employee reported that a man took beer and wine and left northbound in a gray Toyota. The items were recovered. The man almost caused a crash in the parking lot when he was leaving. He was located on Highway 34. Linn County Sheriffs and Oregon State Police were advised. A report for third-degree theft was taken as well as a supplement report to be forwarded to Beaverton Police Department.

12:52 p.m. – A caller reported laundry was taken between 11:55 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. from Spin City Laundromat, 465 Weldwood Dr. a report was taken.

2:47 p.m. – Melissa Vandenberg, 36, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge tampering with drug record. She was charged with first-degree theft. Lori A. Vandenberg, 49, was charged with first-degree theft. A Walmart employee reported two adult female shoplifters. They were being cooperative. A report was taken.

2:51 p.m. – A caller reported mail theft, in the 200 block of N. Main Street. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

3:22 p.m. – A caller said juveniles were on the roof of Lacomb School.

5:47 p.m. – A caller reported his daughter had items stolen from the locker room at the Lebanon Community Pool. A gold iPhone 6 with flowers on the case, a black “men’s” wallet which contained her driver’s license, Lebanon High School ID, $25 Target gift card, debit card and gas receipts were taken. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

9:35 pm. – Benjamin Murphy, 19, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. A caller reported two young males shining a flashlight that went into their window, in the 900 block of Wassom Street. Both were on bikes and had trailers. The caller saw them going out of her driveway. When her husband confronted them, they said they were going through other people’s garbage cans and recycling bins. Officers contacted Murphy and a 42-year-old man. A report was taken for the warrant.

10 p.m. – Robert Kenneth Lafollette, 35, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

Nov. 21

12:11 a.m. – A caller reported theft from a trailer at Cheadle Lake RV and Self Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. More than $1,000 worth of tools were taken. A report for first-degree theft, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

8:03 a.m. – A caller reported a theft, in the 31200 block of Old Santiam Highway. A woman accepted a UPS package that was not addressed to her and sold the contents online. She was contacted and admitted to the crime. The victim did not want to press charges but did want her money back. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office facilitated the suspect paying the victim back.

9:55 a.m. –  A man said he left his EBT card either at MegaFoods or Grocery Outlet. A report was taken.

12:33 p.m. – A caller said she received a check for payment that was written on a closed account. Loss value $62 plus $10 returned check fee. A report was taken.

5:37 p.m. – An employee at Mother Goose retail reported a female customer passed a fake $20 bill. The bill was seized and a report was taken.

Nov. 20

7:03 a.m. – A caller reported a black BMX-style bicycle was found against a fence on her property, in the 100 block of S. Main Street. It appeared to have been painted black and was purple underneath. A report was taken.

8:29 a.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a traffic complaint related to a 20-year-old male who was observed traveling 80 mph in a 55 mph zone and following too closely, in the 38600 block of Green Drive. The male was warned and his parents are taking their car back.

9:39 a.m. – A caller from Adult Services reported possible theft of $6,000 cash from an 89-year-old woman. A report was taken for two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of ID theft, fraudulent use of a credit card – felony, first-degree forgery and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
2:24 p.m. – A caller reported fraudulent activity on her debit card. She said her card was stolen from her room at Lebanon Rehab between Oct. 11 and Oct. 13 along with $20 cash. The card was canceled and her bank credited the money back to her account. A report was taken for ID theft, second-degree theft, third-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

3:07 p.m. – A caller reported his green Nishiki mountain bike with tan grips was stolen the week before the call from Lebanon High School. It was valued at around $300. a report for second-degree theft was taken.

3:52 p.m. – A caller said her purse was taken from her shopping cart at Safeway. Loss value: $55. Her wallet was located at the pharmacy. A report was taken.

3:55 p.m. – A woman reported fraudulent charges on her Wells Fargo bank account. Someone charged $309.49 at Sprint Wireless. She did not lose her card and it was not stolen. It was unknown how the account number was acquired. A report for ID theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft was taken.

4:26 p.m. – Alyssa A. Doyle, 25, was arrested on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for probation violation and contempt of court. She was cited and released.

7:12 p.m. – An Ixtapa employee reported a man tried to pass a fake $100 bill at Ixtapa. The man tried to get change for the fake $100 but the employee kept the bill and did not give him change. The business is not out any money. A report for property destruction was taken.

9:25 p.m. – Sonya Renae Rupert, 24, was arrested on a Marion County Circuit Court felony warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, a Polk County Circuit Court felony warrant for probation violation and a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for recklessly endangering another person and failure to appear. Scott Alexander McGill, 24, was arrested on a Polk County Circuit Court felony warrant for probation violation. He also had a Marion County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and a Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

Nov. 19

9:55 a.m. – Tyler James Epps, 19, was arrested on a Linn County Lebanon Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He was cited and released.

11:26 a.m. – A caller reported three sheep out on Denny School Road near Highway 34. They were returned to their field. No additional report was taken.

12:27 p.m. – A caller reported a maroon Honda in the driveway of a location, in the 900 block of Wassom Street. People were attempting to get into the vehicle, there were no license plates on it and it appeared to have been stripped. Heather Lee Elmer, 34, was taken into custody for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed. A report was taken.

Nov. 18

10:08 a.m. – A caller reported four Thornbird off-road tires on steel wheels were taken out of the back of a pickup truck some time between 2 and 4 a.m., in the 2700 block of S. 11th Street. Loss value: $400. a report was taken.

4:20 p.m. – A caller reported between 10 and 12 bags of pop cans were taken from a locked shed some time between 7 p.m. on Nov. 17 and the time of the call, in the 2700 block of S. Main Road. Approximate loss value: $70. A report was taken.

Nov. 17

9:09 a.m. – A caller reported his vehicle stolen, in the 700 block of Tangent Street. At 7:32 p.m., the Linn County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle behind a locked gate near House Rock Campground, 27000 Latiwi Creek Rd. The owner was notified. A report was taken.

9:29 a.m. – A caller reported a suspicious person, in the 33400 block of Mill View Way. A deputy contacted a suspect, who was riding a bike, about a mile away from the area of the call. The man refused to identify himself to deputy. The deputy had no reason to detain the man but checked with several residents and none knew the man. No additional report was taken.

2:40 p.m. – Curtis Hughes, 43, was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.

3:04 p.m. – A caller reported the fence at a residence was spray painted, in the 600 block of 14th Street. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

8:22 p.m. – Dennis Steven Patee, 18, was arrested for third-degree theft. Tyler Epps, 19, was arrested for third-degree theft and minor in possession, alcohol. A Walmart employee reported suspects walked out of the store with beer without paying. Approximate loss value: $40.

Nov. 15

5:17 a.m. – A caller reported a pink Huffy Panama bike leaning against a building at 98 E. Oak St. It was entered into LEDS/NCIC as recovered. A report for found property was taken.

10:48 a.m. – A caller reported vehicles and property vandalized sometime overnight, at 75 Industrial Way. A report was taken.

2:58 p.m. – A caller reported a fight behind Lebanon High School. The school resource officer responded and contacted several juveniles. A student who was contacted had visible injuries to his face, nose, head and knee but did not want to disclose how it occurred. The officer discovered that a juvenile had received a message challenging him to go to the Free Methodist Church, 580 F St. He went to the church and a fight ensued. The incident is under investigation. Other involved parties left the scene before the officer arrived.

4:44 p.m. – A 16-year-old male was referred for minor in possession, marijuana. A Lebanon High School administrator reported a student was found with marijuana on campus.

Nov. 14

12:07 a.m. – A caller said a man was sleeping outside of Bobo’s, 1765 S. Main St. The caller asked the man to leave and he did not. The man then yelled at people. The man had left before officers arrived. No report was taken.

10:56 a.m. – William Dustin Cummings, 33, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court and probation violation.

11:04 a.m. – Joshua Allen Goldsby, 30, was arrested for second-degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, possession of a forged instrument, first-degree forgery and second-degree criminal mischief. A caller reported someone stole items from his vehicle while it was parked at Walmart. Multiple items, including binoculars, knife, locks, a coat, bib, boat seat and saw equipment, were taken. Loss value estimated at $500. At 12:38 p.m., an Umpqua Bank employee called and said someone was trying to cash a stolen check from his account.

11:55 a.m. – James Neal, 25, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant. He also had a Lebanon Police Department warrant. He Was Taken Into Custody And Transported To Linn County Jail.

12:54 p.m. – A man reported his wallet was stolen near the can return machines at Walmart on Nov. 12. he wanted a case number so he could replace the EBT card. A report was taken.

3:43 p.m. – Heather Lorraine Graves, 41, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Travis Morgan Hisel, 47, was arrested on a state-wide Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

7:47 p.m. – Joseph Murry Banks, 30, was arrested on a Yamhill Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree criminal mischief. He also had a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge menacing.

8:45 p.m. – A caller reported a dog at large that was harassing cats, in the 2300 block of Porter Street. Deputies were unable to locate the associated animal.

9:44 p.m. – An Everyone’s Market employee reported a 15- or 16-year-old boy stole 24 cans of Coors Light. One white male juvenile entered the store and used a debit card to purchase a drink then left. Moments later another male juvenile, possibly Hispanic, walked to the beer section, selected 24 cans of Coors Light and ran out of the store. The suspect wore a hood over his head. Loss value: $22. a report for third-degree theft was taken.

Nov. 13

8:24 a.m. – A caller reported a black Mongoose BMX bike and a red Milwakee drill with a bit was stolen from the garage of a residence in the 3100 block of Foxglove Street. Value: $229.

8:59 a.m. – Three 14-year-old males taken into custody for shoplifting at Safeway. Recovered loss value: $6.73. The juveniles were trespassed.

10:22 a.m. – A caller reported that a customer at the Shell gas station paid with a fake $20 bill, 300 N. Santiam HWY. The person was in an early 2000s silver pickup truck with no front license plate.

12:04 p.m. – A caller said her unlocked vehicle was entered during the night, in the 3100 block of Foxglove Street. Approximately 50 cents in change was taken. A neighbor saw someone rifling through the truck at approximately 6 a.m. but they could not get a hold of the caller. A report was taken.

2:46 p.m. – A $100 bill was found at Safeway.

7:56 p.m. – Zachary Timothy Lorain, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

9:03 p.m. – A caller reported a man sleeping in a van on the property, in the 2100 block of Mill Street. The property owner just wanted the man to leave, which he did without incident. No additional report was taken.

Nov. 12

8:02 a.m. – A caller reported five cows went missing from a residence on Weirich and ended up near Old Santiam Highway, in the 31200 block of Old Santiam Highway. Four of the cows were located and their owner was warned for livestock at large.

9:02 a.m. – A caller wanted to know what he could do to protect himself from two pitbulls that chase him and the neighbors in the area, 34600 block of Tennessee Road. He said he just went to the homeowner and worked it out with them. He said he would call if further issues arise. No additional report was taken.

10:46 a.m. – Raymond Joseph Carra, 35, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

11:57 a.m. – A caller reported a red 2001 Volkswagen Jetta stolen, in the 1900 block of Airway Road. It was entered into LEDS.

12:30 p.m. – A stolen bicycle was recovered behind the old mill property. The information was passed on from Linn County Sheriff’s Office. It was there stolen bike case. Officers made contact with people at a homeless camp east of Crockers Cars. The bicycle was returned to its owner. A report was taken.

2:17 p.m. – A man was trying to shoot a coyote with his pellet gun in the 38200 block of  Mount Hope Drive. He said he got so excited he put two pellets in the gun and it jammed. He said he cleared one out with a piece of wire. The other was still in the barrel. He said he thought it was all clear and slid the slide forward, which caused the gun to fire. He said the pellet grazed his temple and thought he’d better go to the emergency room. No further action was taken.

4:57 p.m. – A counterfeit $100 was passed at Dutch Bros., 500 Market St. one month ago. A report was taken.

5:15 p.m. – A caller reported a winch and an O’Neil riding helmet were taken from a locked shed in the 3100 block of Oak Terrace Drive. A report was taken.

5:18 p.m. – Lebanon Police Officers assisted Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies with a car fire, in the 1200 block E. Grant Street. Officers determined the following happened: A woman was driving a van eastbound on E. Grant Street approaching Everyone’s Market. A man was in the passenger seat. There was a gas can in the van that spilled and when the man lit a cigarette, he caught on fire. The woman pulled the van over onto the sidewalk and tried to pull the man from the vehicle while he was still on fire. She and a passerby were able to get the flames out before medics arrived. Medics transported the man to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and he was later transported to a burn center in Portland. There were several rifles and guns in the van which were unloaded when officers arrived. Officers also were guided to a rifle that someone threw in a nearby bush. Officers were unable to determine who threw the rifle and why. The man is not allowed to possess guns, but it was determined that no guns were in the passenger seat area. There were conflicting stories from the woman who was driving and the owner of the van about how and why the guns and other property were in the van. The owner of the van declined to pursue any charges for potential crimes. A report was taken.

5:22 p.m. – Edward Eugene Allen, 49, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also was charged with domestic harassment.

6:25 p.m. – Thomas Jason Shadowen, 42, was arrested for second-degree theft. A Walmart employee reported a man left the store with a hoverboard. The man was being cooperative. A report was taken.

Nov. 11

10:49 a.m. – A caller reported her house was entered during the week, in the 300 block of S. Second Street. The doors were open and tools were missing from inside. A report for first-degree theft and burglary was taken.

12:06 p.m. – A call for a verbal disturbance turned into a welfare check and civil service for a homeless teenage mother and her 16-month-old child, in the 31200 block of First Street. No additional report was taken.

3:09 p.m. – A caller reported a jacket hanging on a fence near the Walmart auto center. She believed there was a homeless camp at the location. An officer was unable to locate. No report was taken.

4:17 p.m. – A man was passed out in the Safeway parking lot. There was a spoon with a brown substance next to him. At 4:53 p.m., officers gave the man a courtesy ride to Samaritan Lebanon Community hospital. A report was taken.

5:18 p.m. – A caller reported hearing shots, in the 38100 block of Vine Street. A deputy responded and did not find anything in the area. No report was taken.

6:09 p.m. – Brennan Tyler Seplocha, 26, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had three Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrants and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and failure to appear, original charge ID theft.

6:42 p.m. A caller reported a large party, people shooting guns and alarming neighbors, in the 37800 block of Sodaville Cutoff Drive. A deputy responded and talked to the neighbor and advised their target practice was bothering people. He said he would quit shooting for the night. No crimes. No additional report was taken.

6:48 p.m. – Buffy Jean Gibson, 43, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Nov. 10

11:45 a.m. – A caller reported a person camping on Milton Street between David and Post Streets. He had two grocery carts covered in a tarp. The man was not in the area when officers arrived. An officer contacted the man at Park and Maple Streets. He said he would remove his items by 4 p.m. No report was taken.

2:58 p.m. – Daniel Joseph Maurice, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear. He also had Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation.

5:29 p.m. – A Walmart employee reported her vehicle was hit by another vehicle while parked in the Walmart parking lot sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. A report for hit and run was taken.

Nov. 9

2:33 a.m. – Roger Robinson, 33, was arrested for harassment.

5:16 a.m. – A caller reported that machines at Star Water Systems were vandalized, 250 Market St. This was the second time the machines had been vandalized. The extent of the damage and amount of money taken was not immediately known. A report was taken.

7:26 a.m. – A caller reported that a man and woman were riding bikes with trailers and grabbing bags of items from residences, near Seventh Place and Violet Street. An officer spoke with the man and woman who said they were gathering cans from the recycle bins. Both said had not gone onto another’s property and were only getting cans that were on the sidewalk. They were counseled. No report was taken.

10:12 a.m. – A 15-year-old male Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, alcohol. An LHS administrator requested Lebanon Police administer a breathalyzer test to the student.

11:38 a.m. – A 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male were referred for disorderly conduct. Other charges were pending further contact with the victims and their parents. An LHS administrator reported a fight at the high school. One student was messaging another student’s girlfriend inappropriate comments. He confronted the student who messaged and the situation escalated. One student waited for the other to come out of a class and then punched him. Another person who tried to separate the two was also punched. A report was taken.

4:58 p.m. – A woman said she was given a dog a week ago by some people who are homeless and stay in a white van near the Queen Anne Apartments. She said the man asked her if she wanted one of the puppies and asked her if she would take good care of it. She took the dog. She said there was never an agreement about money but he wanted the dog back so he could sell it. Officers advised the caller that this is a civil matter. There was no additional report taken.

6:08 p.m. – A caller reported their vehicle was broken into overnight, in the 38100 block of Weirich Drive. Items, including $50 worth of loose change were taken. A report was taken.

7:23 p.m. – Richard F. Burnside, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He was cited and released.

10:05 p.m. – Nathan James Skelton, 18, was arrested on a Linn County Juvenile Detention warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.

Nov. 8

5:05 a.m. – Soleil Victoria Thomas, 18, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge driving while suspended.

8:37 a.m. – A 15-year-old female Lebanon High School student was detained and transported to Linn-Benton Juvenile Detention on a probation violation. She had a marijuana pipe in her possession.

2:25 p.m. – An employee with Key Bank said a customer needed to report fraudulent activity on her bank account. An unknown person modified actual checks which were written three years ago and then mobile deposited them. The bank’s fraud team said they would investigate and refund the money. The total loss to the bank: $1,810.50. A report was taken.

3:03 p.m. – A caller reported a man living in a tent at the dead end of Milton Street and had a couple of shopping carts there, near Milton and Post Streets. He was going through garbage cans the morning of the call. The man was not at the location when an officer checked the area. No report was taken.

4:05 p.m. – Lawrence Matthew Stubbs, 39, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, second-degree criminal mischief.

8:04 p.m. – A Walmart employee said her ex-boyfriend was outside waiting for her and threatened to kill her. He texted her a picture of him holding a gun. He said he was going to go into the store, and go down the grocery aisles to look for her. Walmart was evacuated. Linn County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit was at the scene. At 12:40 a.m. Walmart employees were allowed back into the store.

Nov. 7

12:33 a.m. – A Walmart employee reported a man pushed two TVs out in a cart and left in an older black or dark blue Ford F250. The suspect was white, in his mid-20s with short brown hair and no beard. Take were two black Philips 55” 4K Ultra HD televisions. Loss value: $796. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

8:01 a.m. – A caller reported fraudulent use of her credit card. It was stolen some time on Oct. 30 either in Albany or Lebanon. The caller didn’t know if the card fell out of her purse or if she left it somewhere. The card was used in Corvallis. A report for theft was taken. She was referred to the Corvallis Police Department for the fraud case.

8:49 a.m. – A caller said someone stole his EBT card from his tent within the last two days, in the 1200 block of E. Grant Street. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

9:06 a.m. – A caller reported a burglary, in the 400 block of Wagon Wheel Drive. Several items were taken. The investigation is on-going.

9:30 a.m. – A caller reported an enclosed 10-foot trailer was taken sometime overnight, in the 1600 block of Airway Place. The trailer was black and had an outline from a football-shaped helmet decal on the side. A report was taken.

9:54 a.m. – A caller reported two large bander tools taken, in the 37000 block of River Drive. A report for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft was taken.

10:11 a.m. – A Lebanon High School administrator called the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for information about the crimes of harassment and assault related to some horseplay which had been happening at the school. No additional report was taken.

12:08 p.m. – An administrator from Lebanon High School reported three students were caught with a recently smoked pot pipe. A 17-year-old male was referred for delivery of marijuana. Two 14-year-old females and one 16-year-old male were referred for possession of marijuana. Parents of all the juveniles were contacted. A report was taken.

12:42 p.m. – A Safeway employee reported two females and a male in a wheelchair purchased food items with an EBT card. They had a reusable grocery bag on the back of the wheelchair, which they filled with $307.30 worth of mostly non-food items and then covered with a jacket. Safeway recovered all unpaid property in the parking lot. The store would like to pursue theft charges and have the subjects trespassed.

1:54 p.m. – A Linn-Co Credit Union employee wanted to talk to an officer about a customer whom she believed was being scammed out of money. She wired approximately $1,000 to “Minnie Wilkerson” in Red Label, Ala. The customer had been speaking with “Gary White” on Facebook. The page only had a few friends. The caller contacted the fraud line for the wire transfer company and confirmed it was a scam. The person at the wire transfer company advised there were many scams associated with the name. A report was taken.

4:35 p.m. – A Fast Cash employee reported theft of jewelry. Value: $40. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

Nov. 6

9:22 p.m. – Dispatch received a hang up 911 call, with no answer on call back on a Verizon cell phone. Using their superior skill, dispatch was able to connect the Verizon cell phone number with a recent call for service at a residence in Waterloo. The man said he wrapped up his cell phone in a bundle of clothing prior to taking a shower and he must have unknowingly activated 911. There were no problems at his residence.

Nov. 5

11:28 a.m. – Nathaniel Christopher Garza, 39, was arrested on a Lane County state-wide felony warrant for probation violation. He also had a Lane County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

12:19 p.m. – A caller reported theft of batteries from multiple trailers at Cheadle Lake RV and Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

12:57 p.m. – A caller reported a homeless camp going up between near the strip mall, in the 1700 block of S. Main Street. There were tarps up. An officer made contact with a 48-year-old man and advised him that he could not camp on private property. The man said he would move on. No report was taken.

8:30 p.m. – Coty Allan Carr, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court state-wide felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge theft. He had an additional Linn County Circuit Court warrant for computer crime, second-degree burglary, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and first-degree theft. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Nov. 4

7:27 a.m. – A woman believed her home was entered through an unlocked patio door, in the 100 block of Karl Place. Her purse, which was on the table, was missing. Taken: one black leather “White Mountain” brand purse with two front pockets containing ID, credit and debit cards, $1,540 in cash, house and car keys. A report for first-degree burglary was taken.

Nov. 3

8:15 a.m. – Amanda June Colson, 31, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt and reckless endangerment. She was cited and released and charged with first-degree criminal trespass. A caller from Albany and Eastern Railroad were attempting to do work but there was a large homeless camp behind Safeway, in the 300 block of Russell Drive.

8:29 a.m. – Jory Ryan Davis, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt and second-degree criminal trespass. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, contempt of court.

11:06 a.m. – Rebecca D Carter, 62, was arrested for DUII.

3:04 p.m. – A Central Willamette Credit Union employee reported that someone tried to cash a stolen check. The check owner wanted to pursue charges. A report for ID theft and forgery was taken.

3:44 p.m. – A woman took a cart full of groceries from Safeway. She ditched the cart and ran. All items were recovered except for a $1 fountain drink. All property recovered was re-sellable except for the fountain drink. Total loss/recover value: $519.74.

3:54 p.m. – A wallet was found, in the 1000 block of W. Oak Street. A report was taken.

4:16 p.m. – An administrator from Seven Oak Middle School reported that a student sold marijuana to another student. The incident was under investigation. A report was taken.

4:25 p.m. – A caller reported about six bags of pop cans, worth about $80 to $100 were taken from the 31900 block of Moss Street. Information only. No additional report was taken.

4:49 p.m. – A red Chevy pickup truck was parked in the yellow zone and sticking out in the roadway, near Cypress Court and W. Airport Road. The vehicle was towed and entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

10:37 p.m. – Leah Wrae Lehman, 27, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft. Thomas Francis Chohan, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrant for contempt of and probation violation. An officer stopped a Lexus with no plate, near Russell Drive and S. Santiam Highway. A Ruger LCP was entered as recovered into LEDS/NCIC. A report was taken.

10:45 p.m. – A McDonald’s employee said a male transient has been asked to leave seven or eight times and went to stand outside of the restaurant. The caller wanted the man formally trespassed from McDonald’s. The man was being verbally aggressive to employees before he went outside. An officer spoke with an employee who said they only wanted the man to leave for the night. The officer spoke to the 60-year-old man who not on the property when the officer arrived. He said he would comply with the wishes and would speak with the manager the following day. No report was taken.

Nov. 2

8:17 a.m. – The Strawberrian Limo was at Seven Oak Middle School for the BULB awards.

9:20 a.m. – A homeless couple was with their dog inside Spin City laundromat, 465 Weldwood Dr. The dog was running loose and urinating in the corners of the business. Both people were gone when officers arrived. A message was left for janitorial services.

10:08 a.m. – A caller said a homeless woman asked to leave her bike at a residence in the 1000 block of E. Grant St. The woman asked to leave her bike there for an hour but four days had passed. If the bicycle is not claimed, the caller would like to keep it. Estimated value $25. A report was taken.

10:57 a.m. – Andrew Benton Erickson, 47, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

12:32 p.m. – Melissa Nicole Shreves, 31, was arrested for second-degree theft. A Walmart employee said a female shoplifter was detained by Walmart loss prevention and was being somewhat cooperative. The caller called LPD again and said the woman was getting out of control. Shreves was taken into custody.

Nov. 1

12:58 a.m. – Harvey Michael Kapicka, 32, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, second-degree disorderly conduct.

10:07 a.m. – A caller said someone stole two large pumpkins and small decorations sometime overnight, in the 1400 block of Hiatt Street. The pumpkins were very large, heavy and uncarved. One decoration says “Boo.” The caller requested that the information be documented and her decorations be returned to her if located. No report was taken.

12:54 p.m. – Mitch Matthew Cobine, 43, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply, failure to register as a sex offender.

1:44 p.m. – A “Class of 2021” black and white lanyard was found in the bushes near the Lebanon Justice Center. It was seized. A report was taken.

6:31 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an animal complaint in the 400 block of Center Street. Deputies received word that a dog was attacked and killed, but the owner of the deceased dog refused to cooperate and speak with police. The report came third-party. No additional report was taken.

9:09 p.m. – Stephan Dean Pearcy, 30, was in custody at the Linn County Jail on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.
