Jan. 8
2:20 a.m. – William Ernest Cockrell, Jr., 55, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

9:28 a.m. – A 16-year-old Lebanon High School student admitted to smoking marijuana. He was referred for minor in possession, marijuana.

Jan. 7
2:29 a.m. A male passenger left Pineway Golf Course Bar and hung his body out the window while screaming at deputies, “F*** you guys, you didn’t get me this time.” The vehicle was pulled over and the male was cited for passenger obstructing of driver.

8:56 a.m. – A caller reported his brown leather wallet with a 12 gauge decal taken, in the 2700 block of S. Santiam Highway. It contained $20, an Oregon driver’s license, Social Security card, Wells Fargo debit card. The man believed his wallet fell out of a coat pocket behind Peppers Deli. A report was taken.

Jan. 6
2:54 a.m. – Deputies responded to a physical fight reported at 30900 Pineway Dr.  between two males and one of their mothers. All parties had been overserved. The fight had dispersed before deputies arrived. No additional report was taken.

6:03 p.m. – Chaylan Dale Tosta, 35, was arrested for domestic harassment.

11:29 p.m. – Dustann Aylene Waskom, 34, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

Jan. 5
4:53 a.m. – Roy Lee Hudson, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Hudson also was charged with second-degree criminal misconduct, second-degree attempted theft and second-degree criminal trespass. Christopher Kirt Edward Kaufman, 27, was arrested on Sweet Home Police Department warrants for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft, possession of stolen property, failure to appear, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct, failure to appear, third-degree escape. Kaufman also was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal misconduct.

A caller reported seeing two males breaking into Star Water Systems, 250 Market St. It sounded like they were breaking into the water machine.

11:22 a.m. – Joey Dwayne Persinger, 24, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, contempt of court and probation violation. He also had an Oregon State Parole Board felony warrant for parole violation.

Jan. 4
2:35 a.m. – Charles Martin Egner, 44, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a warrant for DUII. He was cited and released.

11:36 a.m. – A caller reported leaving a large amount of money in a shopping cart in a money pouch. It went missing, at Walmart. The caller spoke with Walmart staff and they advised him to call the Lebanon Police Department. A report was taken.

8:35 p.m. – Corey Dale Hollaway, 30, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge disorderly conduct.  He was cited and released.

Jan. 3
4:04 a.m. – Monte Dale Lee, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

7:45 a.m. – An officer saw two juveniles smoking cigarettes in the alleyway between Seventh and F Streets. They were referred for minor in possession, tobacco.

9:14 a.m. – A caller reported his gold 1996 Honda Accord stolen sometime over the weekend, in the 900 block of S. Main Street. Linn County Sheriff’s Office deputies located the vehicle near Cascade and Santiam Highway.

12:37 p.m. – Amanda J. Colson, 31, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Jacob Noel Yonker, 32, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for parole violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

10:52 p.m. – Tyler James Epps, 19, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, in a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was released to its owner.

Jan. 1
2:57 a.m. – Austin Michael Long, 24, was arrested for interfering, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and three counts of harassment.

10:04 p.m. – A caller said a man grabbed her phone and ran, in the 2100 block of S. Seventh Street. She had listed her phone for sale and was meeting someone to sell it but he grabbed it from her and took off running. The male suspect had blond shaggy hair and looked to be about 18 years old. Loss value: $550. A report for second-degree theft was taken. It was entered into LEDS as stolen.

Dec. 31
12:30 a.m. – A caller found a white scraper bag with methamphetamine and requested an officer pick them up, in the 1700 block of S. Main Street. A report was taken.

9:14 a.m. – A caller reported a hawk was struck by a car, in the 37100 block of Highway 226. Deputies responded and the hawk was transported to Chintimini Wildlife Rehab Center in Corvallis. No additional report was taken.

10:15 a.m. – A caller reported theft of a hat and knives stolen from a locked vehicle, near S. Seventh Street and W. Airport Road. A report was not taken. Documentation only.

10:44 a.m. – A caller reported his vehicle vandalized while it was parked behind Anytime Fitness, 671 S. Main St. Three tires were punctured. Approximate loss: $600. A report was taken.

12:42 p.m. – A caller reported four 15-inch trailer tires and wheels were stolen off an enclosed trailer sometime in the previous 24 hours, in the 33200 block of Tennessee Road. A report was taken.

2:46 p.m. – A woman found a purse in her unlocked vehicle, in the 100 block of Kees Street. The purse showed up sometime overnight; nothing was missing from her truck. The truck in which it was found had not been run in two weeks. A report was taken.

7:08 p.m. – Melissa Merlene Scott, 47, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge false information to police. She was transported to the Lebanon jail. Ashley Amber Montgomery, 32, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge hit and run. She also had a warrant for failure to appear, original charge hit and run. Montgomery was cited and released.
A caller reported two females appeared to be smoking out of a green bong with two young children in the vehicle, parked on the south side of Walmart.

8:01 p.m. – Jerrod Slade Schooley, 43, was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

8:49 p.m. – An employee reported his vehicle broken into in the James Gang Pizza parking lot between 7 and 10 p.m., 1188 S. Main St. A 12-inch  1500w Pioneer subwoofer and 1500w Pioneer amp were taken from the locked vehicle. The dome light was on and items from the glovebox were on the floor. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft was taken.

10:05 p.m. – James Andrew Linder, 29, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant. He also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft. Breanna Marie Mansell, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.

Dec. 30
5:37 a.m. – Colleen Gail Fitzsimmons, 54, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for second-degree theft.

2:14 p.m. – Jessica Marie Jones, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge DUII.

10:08 p.m. – A caller said she heard a whimper or some type of noise in the row of arbor vitae behind Hometown Furniture, 2665 S. Santiam Hwy. She was unsure if it was some type of animal in distress or a person. An officer contacted a 47-year-old man in the bushes. The officer gave the man a courtesy ride to an address in Sweet Home.

11:04 p.m. – Dexter Darren Cooper, 27, was arrested for DUII. BAC: .17.

11:46 p.m. – Karoline Marie McKnight, 25, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to comply, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin. She also had Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft. She had additional Linn County Circuit Court warrants for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, heroin and second-degree degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. Ryan Anthony Musto, 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

Dec. 29
12:09 a.m. – Matthew Smith, 52, was arrested on multiple Linn County warrants. A deputy found methamphetamine and a pipe in his pockets. He was cited with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was transported to the Linn County Jail without incident.

11:46 a.m. – A caller reported the lock cut off a St. Pauly clothing donation shed at The River Center, 3000 S. Santiam Hwy. An officer spoke with a St. Pauly employee who said that happens quite often and they just replace the lock. It is unknown what was taken. No report was taken.

4:32 p.m. – Joseph Doyle Castleman, 26, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

4:51 p.m. – Jessica Chari Gregorich, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge first-degree criminal trespass. She was cited and released.

Dec. 28
10:54 a.m. – Arielle Rene Boggs, 26, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. She also had a Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

11:40 a.m. – A caller reported two dogs harassing their pigs in the 33200 block of Mt. Pleasant Road. A deputy located the dogs and warned the owner at the caller’s request. The deputy also warned the dog owner for four dogs not being licensed. No additional report was taken.

12:53 p.m. – James Albert Leum, 57, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

10:22 p.m. – A caller reported her 1997 Honda Accord stolen, in the 700 block of Walnut Street. It was dark green with pealing paint and had “I Love Oregon” and “I Love Mustaches” stickers on the rear bumper. It was entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

Dec. 27
8:33 a.m. – A caller reported a transient camp set up at the doors between The River Center and Wilco. There was a very large amount of trash strewn about and a tent set up. An officer contacted a 61-year-old man who agreed to pick up the trash. No report was taken.

9:29 a.m. – Ember Ann McAplin, 34, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

9:45 a.m. – A security officer at College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-Northwest reported found property in the trash and believed transients have been staying on the property at night. The location is the garbage area on the north side of the main parking lot between the COMP-NW building and Linn-Benton Community College occupations center. A single net-style bag containing a blanket and torn pieces of a Carhartt jacket were located behind the Dumpster. There also was an open large, equipment style box in the northwest corner of the garbage area that contained a blanket, as if someone had been staying in it. A Lebanon Police Officer assisted security in rearranging the equipment box to make entry into the box more difficult. The property had no value and was disposed of. The COMP-NW security officer requested extra patrol in the area as they have seen a rise in Dumpster divers. No report was taken.

9:58 a.m. – Victor Cid Flores, 50, was issued a citation for placing offensive substance on property.  A caller reported dead animal remains on a property and a commercial butchering operation conducted without necessary permits, in the 33600 block of Kauffman Road. A deputy responded and issued a criminal citation and notified the Department of Agriculture for follow up regarding any necessary permits needed.

11:05 a.m. – A caller reported her wallet and a bottle containing oxycodone pills was taken from her residence, in the 900 block of Walker Road. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence and no known suspects.

11:20 a.m. – A caller reported a pink Next BMX-style bicycle left at the curb, in the 100 block of Kees Street. It was entered in LEDS as found property. Value: $20.

1:03 p.m. – Linn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report of a skinny horse, in the 37200 block of Rock Hill Drive. The horse is old and under a veterinarian’s care. No crimes being committed at this time. No additional report was taken.

2:15 p.m. – A caller reported license plates stolen off of a car, in the 500 block of Crowfoot Road.

2:38 p.m. – A woman reported fraud and possible ID theft. Since 2014, the woman has been receiving credit cards and notifications of credit card applications for someone with another name. The recipient does not know the person named on the credit cards and did not apply for the cards. She was advised to contact the Social Security office.

3:23 p.m. – Rebecca Kay Seibert, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant, parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and lodged at the Linn County Jail.

3:46 p.m. – Stolen license plates were found, in the 1100 block of Crowfoot Road. No additional report was taken.

4:14 p.m. – A dog owner was cited for allowing a dog to become a public nuisance, 170 E. Grant St. The dog was not leashed and lunged at a 79-year-old woman. The woman was startled and fell backwards. She was transported to Corvallis Hospital with a possible broken hip. A report was taken.

6:40 p.m. – A caller reported a domestic disturbance, in the 30600 block of Old Santiam Highway. The parties were separated by the time deputies arrived. The female half of the dispute elected to not pursue charges. The male half left the area but was contacted by deputies. He was trespassed from the property and advised to not call or contact the female in any way or he would face arrest. No additional report was taken.

7:19 p.m. – A caller reported tools and miscellaneous items taken from an unlocked vehicle, in the 2400 block of Kokanee Way. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft was taken.

9:15 p.m. – David Michael Houseman, 30, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, third-degree escape and resisting arrest. He was cited and released.

Dec. 26
11 a.m. – Alexander Hamilton Burrell, 38, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Burrell was trespassing at 800 Milton St., the old mill property. He consented to a search of his backpack, which yielded presumptive positive methamphetamine and a spring assisted knife, which he was not supposed to have because he is a convicted felon. A report was taken.

1:03 p.m. – Kandice Lorall Gates, 32, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart. She had Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge identity theft and a warrant for failure to appear, original charge unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree trespass and second-degree attempted burglary. She was transported to the Linn County Jail.

2 p.m. – A Treml’s Jewelry employee reported the theft of a ring, 772 Main St. The suspect was a white male with a chinstrap beard, thin build and approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall. He was wearing black pants, a black long-sleeved shirt and a black flat-bill hat with a white logo on the front. The stolen ring is Black Hills gold with five bands at the top, valued at $2,200. A report for second-degree burglary and first-degree theft was taken.

Dec. 25
2:03 a.m. – Corey Brandon Ford, 26, was arrested for reckless endangering, contempt of court, second-degree failure to appear, reckless driving, two counts of attempt to elude an officer. A driver led Oregon State Police and Lebanon and Albany officers on a high-speed chase that started on Red Bridge Road. The pursuit continued on Seven Mile Lane and to Highway 99 reaching speeds of 100 mph. The driver bailed. Officers detained a female who was in the vehicle. The man ran through downtown Albany near Ciddici’s Pizza, at Fifth and Lyon Streets. Albany police took Ford into custody at gunpoint. A report was taken.

11 a.m. – Jessie Lee Beska, 33, was arrested on Marion County warrants for unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful possession of heroin and unauthorized use of a vehicle. His bail is set at $2 million.

3:15 p.m. – A caller reported an assault, in the 2600 block of Primrose Street. Family members got into a physical altercation and one female received a broken left shoulder. A report was taken.

Dec. 24
12:18 a.m. – Schrene Marie Worley, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had Linn County Circuit Court and Lebanon Justice Court misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear.

11:20 a.m. – Rikkiah May Alexander, 29, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge third-degree theft. She also had Linn County warrants for DUII, assaulting a public safety officer, failure to appear, original charge DUII and failure to appear, original charge delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. She was transported to the Linn County Jail.

12:10 p.m. – A caller reported a 20-inch pink girls bike found in bushes, in the 2800 block of S. 10th St. It was entered into LEDS as recovered.

9:38 p.m. – A caller reported 200 pills of hydrocodone taken from her home sometime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Dec. 23, in the 900 block of W. D Street. Nothing else was missing from the home. A report for first-degree burglary and third-degree theft was taken.

Dec. 23
12:44 a.m. – Jacob Todd Newberg, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. He also had a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was cited and released due to inability to transport on Linn County warrants.

4:02 p.m. – Jose Valdez-Turvino, 32, was arrested for second-degree theft at Walmart. He was cited and released.

8:04 p.m. – Thomas Francis Chohan, 46, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft.

10:28 p.m. – William Lawrence McRae, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear.

10:58 p.m. – Thomas Jason Shadowen, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had an Oregon State Parole Board felony warrant for parole violation.

Dec. 22
5:41 a.m. – A caller reported a 1996 four-door white Honda Accord taken from the secured employee parking lot at the U.S. Post Office, 55 Walker Rd. It had after-market wheels and gold trim package. Loss value: $4,000.

7:15 a.m. – A caller reported an LED “crystal ball” type Christmas light projector, a “snow flurry” projector and a black electrical adapter taken from her front yard, in the 1200 block of Hiatt Street. Loss value: $65. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

9:03 a.m. – A deputy found someone had cut vegetation in order to circumvent the Liberty 200 gate with an ATV and ride on CTC property, in the 38400 block of Mountain Home Drive. The incident probably happened within the previous week. There was no evidence that could help identify the trespasser. No additional report was taken.

12:34 p.m. – A caller reported a 20-inch matte green frame BMX bicycle was taken from an unlocked closed garage, in the 1400 block of S. Second Street. Estimated loss value: $500. A report for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft was taken.

2:48 p.m. – A caller reported someone kicked in the door to his residence, in the 1800 block of S. Seventh Street. Sometime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. someone entered through an unlocked garage door and forced entry into the apartment through the main door. Damage to the frame was estimated at $200. An iPad was moved from an upstairs bedroom to the stairs. Nothing was missing. A report was taken.

8:27 p.m. – Charles Martin Egner, 44, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He also had Linn County Circuit warrants for probation violation, original charge DUII and failure to appear, original charge unlawful possession of methamphetamine, criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Tina Ann Rood, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft.

9:34 p.m. – A caller said her car was broken into at about 7 p.m., in the 1800 block of S. Second Street. The door was ajar and the car was a little messy. She did not think anything of it but then she received fraud alerts for a credit card that someone used at Safeway. The suspect tried using it again, but the card was locked. Three transactions occurred at the Lebanon Safeway. A report was taken.

9:38 p.m. – A caller reported someone in her truck, in the 700 block of Morton Street. She chased the suspect toward Hansard Street. A second caller reported yelling in the 800 block of Morton Street. Two juveniles were detained and referred for minor in possession, alcohol and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. A report was taken.

Dec. 21
1:04 a.m. – Tanya Rachelle Idencio, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

2:37 a.m. – Nicholas Gene Ford, 30, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

12:59 p.m. – Todd Andrew Tackitt, 35, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation.

3:17 p.m. – Jeremy Jean Jenks, 41, was arrested for parole violation.

3:27 p.m. – Sean Adams, 30, was arrested on a Linn Count Justice Court warrant for contempt. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge harassment.

5:56 p.m. – Gordeon Russell Maxwell, 31, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt and probation violation.

9:24 p.m. – A caller said narcotics were found outside of a location in the 1100 block of S. Main Street. The black tar-like substance will be disposed of.

Dec. 20
6:52 a.m. – A caller reported two people sleeping by the doors on the north side of the River Center. She said she saw a stroller and was concerned there was a baby sleeping in the cold as well. An officer contacted a 61-year-old man who was sleeping by the church doors. He said he was waiting for the doors to open so he could get breakfast and coffee. The stroller was to carry his belongings. He said he would clean his stuff up. No report was taken.

11:10 a.m. – Leonid Samoylich, 39, was arrested on a probation violation detainer.

2:36 p.m. – A caller reported his 15-year-old sister was hit by a vehicle and the vehicle did not stop, near S. Main and Walker Roads. The sister had an injured leg and a broken skateboard. The small grey or silver sedan was last seen westbound on Walker Road. A report was taken.

7:29 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 25, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for second-degree failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft, failure to appear, original charge fourth-degree assault and failure to appear, original charge harassment.

10:06 p.m. – A four-wheeler was stolen, in the 31000 Old Santiam Highway. Value: $500.

Dec. 19
7:35 a.m. – David Russell Coats, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply. He also had a Linn County Supervisory order of detention and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge fourth-degree assault.

1 p.m. – A caller found a suitcase full of belongings on Crowfoot. A report was taken.

3:16 p.m. – A caller reported her wallet was taken from a laundry room on Friday, 621 W. Oak St. The wallet had $600 in cash, her Social Security card and her children’s Social Security cards.

11:34 p.m. – James Albert Thompson, 46, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

Dec. 18
8:19 p.m. – Steven Westover, 44, was arrested for second-degree theft. A caller reported a man stole a backpack, headphones and CDs from his roommate, in the 41700 block of Clark Smith Drive. A deputy responded and read Westover his Miranda rights. Westover refused to return all of the property. A deputy found and returned it to its owner. A report was taken.

Dec. 17
12:04 p.m. – A caller said someone used a pry bar and broke a deadbolt, 633 Park St. A cell phone and bag which contained no items of value was located nearby. A report was taken.

12:31 p.m. – Matthew Alan Langley, 33, was arrested for DUI, BAC .18. An officer contacted Langley as he was exiting his truck in his driveway. He said he came from Costco with his three children. He was charged with DUII and three counts of reckless endangerment.

Dec. 16
9:11 a.m. – A caller reported multiple items taken from inside her residence and garage, in the 2100 block of Steelhead Court. A report for first-degree theft was taken.

7:51 p.m. – A Walmart employee reported a theft from the previous night. The suspects, two white females in a green sedan, took automotive tires and rugs. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

9:12 p.m. – The Kuhn Cinema owner said loud music playing at Barsidious, which is next door to the theater, was disrupting the movie. An officer responded with a calibrated sound meter. He obtained the sound measurement inside the theater while the movie was playing. Even with light saber and X-Wing sound effects going, sound reading was measured in average mid-60 decibels for only seconds at a time. No violation discovered. The theater owner was advised. No report was taken.

Dec. 15
9:22 a.m. – A caller reported packages stolen from her porch, 600 block of W. Rose Street. One package contained an iPhone 6S worth $238 and the other contained Ulta eyeshadow worth $18. a report was taken.

9:45 a.m. – A student was caught with marijuana paraphernalia at Lebanon High School. The student was charged with attempted delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

12:25 p.m. – A caller found a 9-inch knife in a sheath on her front yard, in the 0-99 block of W. Elmore Street. A report was taken.

3:06 p.m. – Heather Lee Elmer, 24, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Dec. 14
10:55 a.m. – Misti Lynn Stuckey, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

11:26 a.m. – Buffy Jean Gibson, 43, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to appear, original charge harassment. She had an additional charge of second-degree failure to appear.

2 p.m. – Shane Christopher McNeely, 29, was arrested for theft. He was cited and released.

2:34 p.m. – Vincent Lee Holt, 46, was arrested for probation violation. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft. He had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge harassment and a Philomath Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, drinking in public.

3:58 p.m. – A caller reported a package stolen, in the 0-99 block of Eaton Street. USPS confirmed delivery of a video game, Watch Dogs 2, for PS4. The caller called GameStop and an employee there said the game was brought in that day and they would have video. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

4:48 p.m. – A caller reported the windshield was broken out of his vehicle, in the 100 block of E. Ash Street. He said he observed two males running southbound on Grove Street after he heard a “crash” noise. A vehicle tire that was discovered next to the driver-side door was possibly used to break the windshield. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

4:49 p.m. – Thomas Sean Kohn, 33, turned himself in on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge third-degree theft.

Dec. 12
6:59 a.m. – David L Rood, 19, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

7:58 a.m. – A caller reported damage to the gas door on her boyfriend’s vehicle, in the 100 block of E. Elmore Street. No gas was stolen. A report was taken.

11:33 a.m. – Darrin Thomas Kennedy, 50, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

1:42 p.m. – A caller reported packages that were delivered by UPS were taken, in the 800 block of Cherry Blossom Lane. A report was taken.

3:16 p.m. – A Glacier Water employee said someone has repeatedly damaged a large water vending machine outside of Rite Aid.  The caller requested extra patrol as time allows. No report was taken.

10:52 p.m. – Travis Alan Page, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

Dec. 11
1:31 a.m. – Tyson Derek Boren, 34, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge DUII.

7:08 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle taken sometime since 6:30 p.m. the previous night, in the 300 block of S. Third Street. Keys were possibly left in the car. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a suspicious vehicle at Primrose and Willow Streets. Officers gave the caller a ride to the location. Vehicle cleared. A report was taken.

9:21 a.m. – A caller reported a large camp of transient vehicles set up in a parking lot, near the 3100 block of S. Santiam Highway. Officers contacted five people and warned them about city ordinance violations. They said they would leave that day. Officers told the people they may receive citations if the officers had to return.

7:49 p.m. – Jenna Elizabeth Knutson, 33, turned herself in on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for unauthorized departure and contempt of court and probation violation.

10:21 p.m. – Kaitlyn Carol Tibbs, 21, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge trespassing. She was cited and released.

12:24 p.m. – Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 26, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for probation violation.

2:54 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

6:29 p.m. – Michael Allen Marteney, 37, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. He was cited and released.

7:22 p.m. – Shane Blanshan, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had Marion County warrants for failure to appear. Alison Jade Miller, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation and a Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.

Dec. 9
11:03 p.m. – A 17-year-old female was charged with DUII. A deputy responded to a call about a noise disturbance, in the 34100 block of Brewster Road. The party began to disperse at around 1 a.m. The deputy stopped a vehicle and took the juvenile operator into custody for DUII.

Dec. 8
6:46 a.m. – A caller reported his camper stolen sometime overnight, in the 900 block of W. Rose Street. It is cream-colored and missing two panels on one side and has black duct tape on the other side. It was entered into LEDS.

8:31 a.m. – A caller reported sometime overnight someone broke into the back area of his property and stole an enclosed trailer, in the 1800 block of Airway Road. A Stihl push mower, line trimmer, chainsaw and four to five shovels and rakes, and miscellaneous hand tools and safety cones were in the trailer. A report was taken.

8:49 a.m. – A caller reported someone broke into a shed overnight, in the 900 block of Weirich Street. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

9:37 a.m. – A caller was upset about a neighbor having too many cats and staying where she was not wanted, in the 200 Taylor Street. No additional report was taken.

9:39 a.m. – Tyler Thorn Hoskinson, 21, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

12:09 p.m. – A caller reported a log truck driver driving aggressively, in the 30800 block of Santiam Highway. The driver was stopped and warned for violations. No additional report was taken.

3:11 p.m. – A caller reported someone broke into his bedroom, in the 600 block of S. 14th Street. A white Samsung Galaxy S4 and TV were taken. A report was taken.

5:53 p.m. Jessica Lynn Bell, 27, was arrested for probation violation and failure to perform compensatory services.

Dec. 7
5:23 a.m. – Thomas Sean Kohnke, 33, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

5:51 a.m. – Kyle James Elmer, 26, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was transported to the Lebanon jail.

8:50 a.m. – Daniel Gilbert Newman, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to comply.

11:40 a.m. – A caller reported her RV broken into overnight at Cheadle Lake RV Storage, 4500 Weirich Dr. Miscellaneous garden tools were taken. Damage: $1,500. A report was taken.
