Feb. 6
8:19 a.m. – Lonnie Joe Christy, 55, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. He also had a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, original charge second-degree theft.

10:51 a.m. – Darell Gene Mullenix, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge DUII. Schrene Marie Worley, 49, was arrested on a Dallas Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge theft. A caller reported a transient male swearing at people at River Park, 1235 E. Grant St. Officers contacted Mullenix and Worley. A 53-year-old man left the area. Mullenix was cited and released to appear for the warrant and an additional probation violation, he was released for medical reasons. A report was taken.

12:05 p.m. – A caller said that squatters were possibly inside a residence in the 100 block of S. Williams Street. There were no signs inside the house that anyone was setting up camp. Officers found an empty chip bag in the basement, so it is possible someone went down there for shelter. There is no access to the house from the basement area. No additional report was taken.

2:42 p.m. – Crystal Anne Miano, 33, was arrested for theft.

6:31 p.m. – A caller reported that someone drove a pickup onto his private property and dumped a couch and pieces of the couch along the side of his driveway, in the 36900 block of Edgemont Drive.

Feb. 5
2:28 a.m. – Marc Scott Malinoff, 50, was arrested on a Lincoln County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge trespassing. He was cited and released.

11:22 a.m. – Justin Kyle Barnett, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

12:15 p.m. – A Seven Oak Middle School employee reported a bus was vandalized. Someone broke into it and tried to steal the fire extinguisher again but they did leave it. The vehicle was entered through the emergency hatch on the top of the bus. Footprints were located on the top of the bus and surveillance video was forwarded to school administrators, as the suspects appeared to be middle-school age. Nothing was damaged or taken from the bus. A report was taken.

12:34 p.m. – A Lebanon High School student reported his wallet was stolen out of the pocket of his coat, which was in a classroom. The brown Kenneth Cole wallet contained his ID, a photo from winter formal and $50 to $60 in cash. The wallet is valued at approximately $50.

3:33 p.m. – Michael Edward Westby, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released due to medical issues and intoxication.

3:36 p.m. – Christy Marie Kennedy, 42, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office felony warrant for failure to comply, original charge distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. The jail was full for female beds. Officers were told to release Kennedy for time served.

7:47 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 39, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear. He was cited and released.

9:45 p.m. – Carl Wayne Meiier, 37, was arrested on a Clackamas County Circuit warrant for first-degree sex abuse. He was also charged with first-degree attempted sodomy. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.

Feb. 4
1:12 p.m. – A caller reported a gun was left in the bathroom at Starbucks, 2020 S. Santiam Hwy. The gun was entered at the Lebanon Police Department as found property. The gun owner went to the LPD and proved that the firearm belonged to him. He was counseled on the seriousness of leaving a firearm in public and the safety concerns. No report was taken.

3:46 p.m. – Jason Dale Beeman, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

4:23 p.m. – Brad Lee Rassi, 57, was arrested on a state-wide felony warrant out of Linn County for failure to comply, failure to register as a sex offender.

3:05 p.m. – Bryon Marsh, 62, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear, original charge, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and county warrants for failure to appear, original charge first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

7:14 p.m. – A caller reported a motorist parked on the shoulder of Highway 226, in the 36900 block of Highway 226. A deputy responded and the motorist advised that he had just stopped to use his phone. No additional report was taken.

Feb. 3
2:52 a.m – Scott Wait, 28, was arrested for DUII. BAC .16.

2:44 p.m. – A caller reported items taken from his house in the last two weeks, in the 700 block of W. Ash Street. Taken were six red BVA brand hydraulic rams, four red BVA rams, two blue OTC brand hydraulic rams, there was no property damage. A report for first-degree theft was taken.

6:51 p.m. – Brenna Rae Candler, 27, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

8:57 p.m. – Christopher Lee Hurt, 28, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

9:32 p.m. – A caller reported items stolen from a residence he was moving into in the 100 block of Eaton Street. Sometime between 8 p.m. and the time of the call, three guns and a banjo case were removed from the residence. The caller caught an unknown 6 foot tall white female with dirty blond hair in the back bedroom. She left southbound on Eaton in a car. Loss value $520. A report for burglary was taken.

11:06 p.m. – Kimberly Dianne Brown, 28, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court and probation violation. She was cited and released.

Feb. 2
9:11 a.m. – A 14-year-old Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana.

2:37 p.m. – Daniel Austin Pope, 24, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for third-degree theft. He also had a state-wide felony warrant out of Linn County for failure to appear, original charge unlawful use of a weapon.

4:29 p.m. – A male vandalized the inside of the men’s bathroom at Ralston Park, 925 Park St. There is video and the incident is under investigation. A report was taken.

6:59 p.m. – Micheal Leonard Newport, 53, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, third-degree criminal mischief. He also had a Washington County warrant for failure to appear, original charge DUII.

2:43 p.m. – A caller reported three horses standing inn a muddy field with no visible food, in the 40600 block of Peoples Drive. A deputy saw the horses and they appeared to be in reasonable condition and were blanketed. The pasture was a little muddy but not criminally muddy. The horses had access to not stand in the deep mud if they chose not to and the pasture is sloped so water runs off to a lower portion where most of the mud was. No crime. No additional report was taken.

Feb. 1
12:23 a.m. – A 52-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were trespassed from Walmart. A Walmart employee reported that she asked a man and woman to leave the store because they were yelling at each other. They were both highly intoxicated. An employee had previously called a taxi for the pair. It arrived while officers were talking were talking with the man. The man told officers that a Walmart employee pushed the 48-year-old woman down. The store’s video shows the woman fell on her own. A report was taken. The man refused to take the trespass notice from the officer so the officer placed it on his lap when he got in the taxi which was headed to Albany. A report was taken.

8:23 a.m. – A caller reported that renters left approximately 20 head of cattle on his property. It was unknown who the owner of the cattle is. A deputy left a message for the property owner to advise. No crimes. No additional report was taken.

7:27 p.m. – Roy Lee Hudson, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree criminal mischief. Hudson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

8:47 p.m. – Chad Dewayne Foster, 50, was arrested for second-degree theft. He was cited and released.

Jan. 31
7:37 a.m. – Two 16-year-old juveniles, a 15-year-old and a 14-year old were referred for minor in possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. Several other students were referred for second-degree criminal trespass. An officer was out with a group of eight juveniles. The location was redacted in the Lebanon Police Department log because the incident is still under investigation.

8:52 a.m. – A caller reported a small fat gray and black chihuahua wandering around, in the 3100 block of S. Main Road. The dog did not appear to be aggressive. She was placed in a kennel at the Lebanon Police Department and later picked up by Linn County Animal Control. No additional report was taken.

11:23 a.m. – Cristofer John Cavender, 35, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

7:08 a.m. – Carrie Rose Lee, 33, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear.

Jan. 30
5:05 a.m. – James Joseph Cripe, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

11:13 a.m. – A caller reported theft of items and damage to a vehicle, at Cheadle Lake Park. He said it may have occurred the night of Jan. 14.

11:22 a.m. – Brian Lee Campbell, 36, was arrested on a Linn county Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, unlawful use of a weapon. A caller said a man at the Teen Challenge Thrift Store, 846 S. Main St. was causing issues and being combative. Campbell was tased and also charged with resisting arrest. A report was taken.

2:50 p.m. – Harry Junior Vrell, 78, was arrested for failure to appear, original charge DUII. He was cited and released.

2:56 p.m. – An anonymous male found some rubbish behind a location in the 100 block of S. Main Street. A California trailer title, DMV form, Greyhound ticket and Comcast receipt were found. No local records for the people named on these forms were found. A report for found property was taken.

3:58 p.m. – A caller reported the plates were stolen off her vehicle, in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Highway. An officer seized the remaining license plate and entered the plate as stolen in LEDS/NCIC. A report was taken.

5:32 p.m. – A deputy observed a man throw a tissue out of the front passenger window of a vehicle in the 100 block of Central Avenue. He counseled the man and spoke to a woman about her involvement in a burglary several months back. No additional report was taken.

6:50 p.m. – Jory Davis, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree criminal trespass.

7:35 p.m. – A caller reported his green hiking backpack stolen from outside of Safeway, 1983 S. Main St. The backpack was empty and valued at $30. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

7:47 p.m. – A caller said someone clogged the bathroom sink with dirt from the horseshoe pit, River Park, 1235 E. Grant St. The caller believed it was another act of retaliation from someone who was trespassed. A report was taken.

10:48 p.m. – Jered Douglas Roebuck, 21, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for failure to appear.

Jan. 29
12:19 a.m. – A caller reported two people kicking the door of a building, 890 S. Second St. They ran away toward Grant Street. One suspect was wearing a red jacket and carrying a backpack. Officers were unable to locate the suspects. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

12:20 a.m. – Officers contacted three men who were driving to different parking lots playing Pokemon Go, at Starbucks. The driver was warned for illegal display of registration plates and failure to comply, present drivers license. No additional report was taken.

5:56 a.m. – Matthew A. Taylor, 25, was arrested by Sweet Home Police on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

10:36 a.m. – Dianne Elizabeth Herring, 57, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court ad probation violation, original charge third-degree theft. She also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

2:35 p.m. – A caller reported two high-school-age males smoking in the playground area at Pioneer School. He said he smelled a strong odor of marijuana where the boys were. They were gone when an officer arrived. No additional report was taken.

4:33 p.m. – Two juvenile males stole pool towels and were swimming in the pool at Boulder Falls Inn. They left on foot toward the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-NW. One of them dropped a towel. Maintenance personnel recovered both towels and only wanted the juveniles counseled if they were located. No additional report was taken.

4:44 p.m. – Matthew White, 26, was arrested for third-degree theft.

6:41 p.m. – A caller reported a 17-year-old male was bitten by a medium-sized gray and white short-haired dog, in the 500 block of Wheeler Street. The dog was off its leash and was with a male in his 50s. The caller did not ask the man with the dog for his name. A report was taken.

8:47 p.m. – Zachary Timothy Lorain, 29, was arrested a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to report as a sex offender.

Jan. 28
8:14 a.m. – Joshua Matthew Shoat, 48, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled, methamphetamine.

8:47 a.m. – Timothy Ray Holley, 38, was arrested for DUII and reckless driving. BAC .23. Officers were unable to locate anyone to release him to so they gave Holley a courtesy ride to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for detox. A report was taken.

1:33 p.m. – David Adrian Egri, 22, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

3:27 p.m. – Ernest Matthew Berridge, 45, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply and contempt of court.

3:51 p.m. – Andrea Joyce Ashby, 36, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

5:52 p.m. – Andrea Ashby, 36, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and lodged at the Lebanon Jail.

6:58 p.m. – A caller reported someone broke the driver-side window out of his vehicle, in the Walmart parking lot. Nothing else appeared to be damaged or taken. Loss value $500. A report for second-degree criminal mischief was taken.

7:12 p.m. – Christopher Hurt, 28, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and harassment.

Jan. 27
3:13 a.m. – Robert Gene Williams, 57, was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, original charge third-degree theft. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

9 a.m. – Kelsey Leann Truett, 26, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and second-degree failure to appear. She also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree child neglect. Ramon Reyes Carmen, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

10:40 a.m. – A caller reported his fence was vandalized sometime between Jan. 21 and Jan. 24, in the 2400 block of Kokanee Way. Seven boards on his fence were tagged with paint. Loss value: $30. A report for second-degree criminal trespass was taken.

11:51 p.m. – A caller said someone broke out the back canopy window of his vehicle sometime in the last hour, in the 600 block of W. Ash Street. A report was taken. Loss value: $20.

Jan. 26
5:40 a.m. – Aaron Timothy Campbell was arrested on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. When LPD ran Campbell’s name through the system for release from the Lebanon jail, the Linn County warrant was located.

8:43 a.m. – A caller reported that on Jan. 23 someone went into her house, took a video of her sleeping and posted it on Facebook. A report was taken.

1:57 p.m. – Richard Ogbin, 58, was arrested on a Benton County warrant for second-degree criminal mischief.

2:40 p.m. – Samantha Christine Mansell, 26, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge first-degree criminal trespass.

7:53 p.m. – Jonathan Edward Marsh, 28, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited and released.

11:05 p.m. – Roy Allen Sparhawk-Johnson, 45, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. Heather Rachelle Greenwalt, 36, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree theft. She also had an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

Jan. 25
4:24 a.m. – Mark Anthony Romero, 34, was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary.  A caller said a man was in her apartment and then went to a neighbor’s apartment. She heard her neighbor yelling at him. The woman in the other apartment woke up and found the man sitting on her couch.

5:18 a.m. – Charles Martin Egner, 44, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge DUII. Tina Ann Rood, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

12:38 p.m. – A 16-year-old Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana. A Lebanon High School administrator reported a purse was found in the 400s hall of the school. When searching the purse for identification, a container of marijuana and a glass pipe were located. Video surveillance showed the 16-year-old male student in possession of the purse.

2:08 p.m. – A Seven Oak Middle School student brought a marijuana grinder with marijuana grind to school administrator. It was seized as found property. A report was taken.

3:46 p.m. – A caller reported her wallet was stolen out of her car while it was warming up in the morning, in the 1900 block of S. Second Street. A suspect attempted to use her bankcard at Starbucks but was declined. Loss value approximately $280. A report was taken.

Jan. 24
2:04 a.m. – A caller reported a woman walking in the road, in the 33400 block of Santiam Highway. Lebanon Police Officers and Linn County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the woman to get home to Waldport. No additional report was taken.

11:01 a.m. – A caller reported a theft of  an Air Macbook laptop. She noticed it missing on Jan. 4. Loss value $1,200. A report was taken.

7:06 p.m. – E. Sherman and Walnut Streets.

8:03 p.m. – Joshua Beebe, 38, was arrested for DUII. A Linn County Sheriff’s deputy contacted a driver who slide off the road near Sodaville Road. The driver had been traveling at 50 mph on Rock Hill Road, heading into Lebanon, and failed to negotiate a slight corner. The deputy determined the man to be under the influence of alcohol. He refused medical care and was transported to the Lebanon Police Department. He was cited and released.

Jan. 23
10 a.m. – Jasen John King, 42, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree trespass.

10:54 p.m. – A caller reported a white Xbox One, controller and Lego Marvel superheroes game stolen from her house, in the 900 block of W. Rose Street. No other items were taken. A report was taken.

Jan. 22
9:22 a.m. – Stacie Leeann Smith, 29, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

1:26 p.m. – Austin Gregory Dorsey, 29, was arrested on a Washington County felony warrant for parole violation.

4:06 p.m. – Steven Edward Robinson, 26, turned himself in on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants fro contempt of court and probation violation and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear. He was cited on all warrants.

4:10 p.m. – A 17-year-old Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession.

11:41 p.m. – Terrance William Culbertson, 27, was arrested for DUI. Officers located a man passed out in a vehicle, in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Highway.

Jan. 21
10:08 a.m. – Deputies responded to a request for a welfare check in the 400 block of Baker Street after an elderly woman did not attend her weekly bunco get-together. Concerned friends checked contacted deputies for assistance to check on her at her residence. Deputies located the woman, who was having a medical emergency in her living room. Medics transported her to the hospital. No additional report was taken.

Jan. 20
2:27 a.m. – Tyler Jackson Wollam, 33, was arrested for DUII.

7:02 a.m. – A caller reported vandalism at Ralston Park, 925 Park St. He reported the handle for the drinking spigot appeared to have been twisted into the on position and water was coming out. Upon review of video, four juveniles were seen around the fountain at approximately 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 19. One of them got a drink of water and the handle appeared to get stuck. The juvenile appeared to attempt to fix it as did the others in the group. An officers observed no malicious or reckless conduct. No report was taken.

7:56 p.m. – A caller reported the driver side and passenger side mirrors broken off his vehicle, in the 300 block of Park Street. The hood also had key scratches. The damage occurred sometimes in the past two days. A report was taken.

1:11 p.m. – A Walmart employee reported a BMX style boys bicycle stolen from the bike rack at the general merchandise doors in the last 30 minutes. The stock pegs on the front, chain guard and most of the stickers were removed. Loss value: $69.97.

5:44 p.m. – A caller reported a license plate stolen off her vehicle, in the 1900 block of S. Second Street. The second plate was seized and it was entered into LEDS/NCIC as stolen. A report was taken.

Jan. 19
9:41 a.m. – A 16-year-old Lebanon High School student was found in possession of marijuana.

11:51 a.m. – Shelli Lynn Starr, 48, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court arrest warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Jan. 18
12:12 a.m. – Dylan Debutts, 27, was arrested for two counts of reckless endangering, misdemeanor driving while suspended and DUII, alcohol. He was transported to the Linn County Jail.

Jan. 16
6:26 a.m. – A caller reported that someone attempted to break in to his vehicle, in the 1500 block of S. 16th Place. The number keypad above the driver door handle was removed. Estimated damage: $300. a report was taken.

7:16 a.m. – Laurie Beth Francois, 34, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft.

2:57 p.m. – Elizabeth Marquez was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

Jan. 15
1:18 a.m. – Kyle Elmer, 26, was arrested on multiple warrants. He was transported to the Linn County Jail.

Jan. 14
4:21 p.m. – Joel Reynolds, 56, was arrested for third-degree theft.

10:39 p.m. – Luke Kenneth Dale Buehner, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Jan. 13
1:48 a.m. – Brandell Renee Braatz, 49, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant, original charge felon in possession of a firearm. He was cited and released.

12:13 p.m. – A man wearing a cowboy hat was running from a Lebanon Police Officer, in 0-99 block of Big Brother Lane. He ran behind a residence then into a portable toilet facility near new construction near Vaughn Lane and S. Main Road.Carl John Eaton, 56, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge first-degree theft. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance oxycodone, and second-degree criminal trespass. He had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge second-degree criminal trespass.

2:08 p.m. – A caller reported pry marks on a door at 400 Market St. He said someone tried to enter the building through the front man door two times in as many nights. The caller requested extra patrol. No additional report was taken.

4:01 p.m. – A woman reported that her ex punched her in the face, but she declined medics. A report for harassment was taken.

6:28 p.m. – Veniamin Alekseyenko, 35, was arrested on two counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine. A report was taken.

9:24 p.m. – Clint Richard Macdonald, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Jan. 12
9:26 p.m. – A caller reported to 911 that a woman was passed out inside a vehicle, in the Walmart parking lot. Two small children were awake in the back seat. Officers contacted the 29-year-old woman who said she was recently homeless. She was taking a nap before figuring out where to go for the night. While talking with the officer, she found a friend who offered a room for the night and was on her way. No additional report was taken.

Jan. 11
7:49 a.m. – A caller reported two bike frames dumped in the corner, near Wheeler and Park Streets. They were entered into LEDS/NCIC as found. A report was taken.

8:07 a.m. – A caller reported theft of tools from his garage and workplace sometime overnight. He did not provide at description of the tools at the time of the call. A report for first-degree burglary was taken.

11:21 a.m. – A caller reported a boxing match at the Free Methodist Church, 580 F St. Two males were wearing boxing gloves and 15 other juveniles were watching. The school resource officer contacted a large group of juveniles at the church. According to statements, one set of girls boxed each other and a set of boys boxed each other. No injuries were reported and the match was touted as a “friendly match.” The school resource officer and Lebanon High School administration followed up with the students. Several students were to be referred for trespassing on church property during school hours.

1:51 p.m. – Geraldine Kay Aldrich, 56, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. She was cited and released.

2:02 p.m. – A caller reported the theft of a hubcap off a vehicle parked in the 800 block of Sugarberry. A report was taken.

9:02 p.m. – Alvah James McNaughton, 66, was arrested for domestic harassment, menacing and interfering with taking a report.

2:46 a.m. – Jeffrey Ryan Harris, 23, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge third-degree theft.

8:38 a.m. – A 16-year-old Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana.

11:27 a.m. – A caller reported the theft of a cell phone between March and April of 2017, in the 100 block of E. Sherman Street.

11:54 a.m. – Todd Buddy James Waterman, 34, turned himself in on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. He also had Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, original charge second-degree disorderly conduct and driving while suspended.

3:03 p.m. – Shane Christopher McNeely, 19, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, contempt of court and probation violation.

4:31 p.m. – Laura Lynn Hughes, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She was cited and released.

9:52 p.m. – Jordan Robert Brown, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a Lincoln County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.
