March 8
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included speeding and driving uninsured.
8:14 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools, including an impact drill, wrench sets, and batters, from the toolbox of a pickup, Turtledove Loop.
9:52 a.m. – Report taken for theft of tools, including a generator, drills, saws and multi-tools, from a vehicle, Cherry Blossom Lane.
6:23 p.m. – Travis Hummer, 34, arrested on Linn County warrant for probation violation and Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, 30500 block of Merry Lane. Transported to Linn County Jail.
9:53 p.m. – Report taken for assault, Oak Lane.
March 7
One person cited for driving while suspended.
2:21 a.m. – Nicklaus J. Glasser, 30, arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Main Street.
10:40 a.m. – Report taken for theft of GPS, ammo, clothing and other items from two vehicles, Jacqueline Place.
2:01 p.m. – Sarah Kathern Rodgers, 39, arrested on Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of felony driving while suspended; Linn County warrant for failure to appear on criminal driving while suspended, driving uninsured, two criminal citations and ignition interlock device violation; and Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of second-degree criminal mischief, Cascade Drive.
9:33 p.m. – Linda Darelene Kinyoun cited for third-degree theft, Santiam Highway.
March 6
One person cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
1:56 a.m. – Brian Anthony Johnson arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended, Santiam Highway.
6:56 a.m. – Joshua William Mahin, 23, arrested for second-degree theft, Main Street. Caller had reported someone dumping a lot of household garbage into the caller’s dumpster.
10:29 a.m. – A juvenile was referred to Linn County Juvenile Department for minor in possession of marijuana, Lebanon High School.
1:10 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a backpack, Main Street.
2:44 p.m. – Amber Lord arrested for fourth-degree assault, Oak Street.
4:30 p.m. – Caller reported that her tire was punctured, F Street.
4:55 p.m. – Caller reported a bong stolen from a counter, Weldwood Drive.
9:34 a.m. – Earl Spalding, 39, arrested for trespass, 39900 block of McDowell Creek Drive.
March 5
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included speeding in a school zone and following too closely in a school zone.
March 4
5:34 a.m. – Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, 35, cited and released on Linn County warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of heroin, 2nd Street.
8:09 a.m. – Caller reported a digital speedometer taken from her vehicle, Angelee Court.
1:18 p.m. – Kevin Earl Terwilliger, 56, cited and released on Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear, Santiam Highway.
3:04 p.m. – Donna Ashley Lyons, 27, cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, Santiam Highway.
March 3
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included speeding and no license.
10:13 a.m. – Report taken for the theft of garden tools, including a wheel barrow, garden weasel, two shovels, a hatchet, ax and two rakes, Harmony Street.
10:24 a.m. – Report taken for the theft of a check and mail and fraudulent use of a check, Santiam Highway. A check was written to Pacific Power.
10:32 a.m. – Report taken for a fraudulent account opened in the caller’s name, Cleveland Street.
10:52 a.m. – Caller reported she was scammed out of $250 in gift cards, Cascade Drive. She had been talking to a person claiming to be in the military and stationed in Afghanistan. He talked her into sending gift cards so he could come see her. She was referred to the Department of Justice.
4:04 p.m. – Eric M. O’Brien arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of second-degree theft, Highway 20 and Knox Butte Road.
6:27 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of six or seven bags of cans from the backyard, Antioch Street.
March 2
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included speeding, driving while suspended and no insurance.
10:19 a.m. – Julia Trietsch, 32, arrested for criminal trespass, 400 block of Center Street.
12:20 p.m. – Laurie Lynn Chladek cited and released for misdemeanor driving while suspended, 5th Street.
March 1
One person cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and operation with prohibited lighting.
3:35 a.m. – Phillip Leon Lucas, 62, cited and released on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended and Albany warrant for contempt of court, Cascades School.
3:45 a.m. – Cody Aaron Pedigo cited on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of driving while suspended.
3:12 p.m. – Investigation continuing into a sex offense between two minors, Brewster Road.
5:04 p.m. – Report taken for a vehicle that cut off another, causing another vehicle to crash into a concrete wall, 12th Street.
Feb. 29
10:41 a.m. – Caller reported her vehicles were egged during the night, F Street.
Feb. 28
Traffic citations issued to four persons. Charges included speeding, failure to register vehicle, failure to obey a traffic control device and using a cell phone while driving.
9:37 a.m. – Zenaida Susan Ortiz, 28, cited and released on scene on Albany warrant for contempt of court, Grant Street.
1:05 p.m. – Cheryl Kelley Hansen cited for second-degree criminal trespass, Hobbs Street.
4:05 p.m. – Felisia Pecue, 28, arrested on multiple warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving while suspended, 32400 block of Southview Lane.
Feb. 27
12:11 a.m. – Gabrielle Kait Bernhardt, 24, cited and released on Sweet Home warrant for failure to comply on original charge of third-degree theft Mountain River Drive.
1:46 p.m. – Caller reported that she received a fraudulent $100 bill after cashing a check in November, Sherman Street. When she tried to break the bill in Las Vegas on Feb. 6, she was informed it was a fake. The bill was taken by the casino.
6:25 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Sodaville Road and Santiam Highway. Caller reported her vehicle was hit from behind by another vehicle. The driver fled the scene.
7:51 p.m. – Caller reported a taillight on the caller’s car had been spray painted, Vine Street.
8:30 p.m. – Adam Reel cited for second-degree theft, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy., Walmart.
10:14 p.m. – Devin Michael Houseman, 32, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of resisting arrest, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge third-degree escape and Linn County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and failure to appear, 2nd Street and Airport Road.
Feb. 26
One person cited for speeding.
6:35 a.m. – Report taken for theft of $300 to $350 in cans from the side of a house, Lupine Street.
9:13 a.m. – Report taken for the theft of work trailer three to four weeks ago, Fuji Lane. The trailer was filled with construction tools. It was a job-site trailer, which is why there was a significant delay reporting the theft.
9:44 p.m. – Wendy Marie Garrison, 41, cited and released on scene on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Porter Street.
Feb. 25
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included driving uninsured and speeding.
7:56 a.m. – Report taken for the theft of hydrocodone pills and a .22-caliber Winchester on Feb. 24, Wheeler Street.
11:24 a.m. – Report taken for a wallet stolen from a vehicle during the night, 7th Street. Loss included $30 in cash.
1:41 p.m. – Marcus Xavier Martinez arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation and driving while suspended, Larkspur Street.
4:39 p.m. – Caller reported a garbage can stolen between Feb. 18 and Feb. 20.
8:56 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run. Caller said what looked like a white Dodge 4×4 struck the caller’s vehicle while the caller turned left onto S. 5th Street from Tangent Street.
10:54 p.m. – Matthew Allen Pitts, 31, arrested on Sweet Home warrant for failure to appear on original charges of menacing, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass, 2nd Street.
11:15 p.m. – James Joseph Cripe arrested on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, 2nd Street.
Feb. 24
One person cited for unlawful lane change.
10:39 a.m. – Caller reported hitting a large boulder in the Shari’s parking lot, and she wanted the city to pay for the damage to her vehicle, Santiam Highway. The damage consisted of a scratch to the front fender and a small piece of broken plastic in the grille. Officer told her the parking lot is not city property and she could contact the owner of the property or go through her own vehicle insurance. No report.
1:35 p.m. – Caller reported possible shooting with pellet guns down an alleyway, Main Street. Officer contacted two persons who were shooting pop cans with pellet guns. Officer advised them to shoot somewhere safer and out of sight of the public to avoid further police response. They were done shooting but agreed.
Feb. 23
4:45 a.m. – Caller reported a metal bolt thrown through a window, leaving a large circular hole, 9 to 12 inches in diameter, Market Street. Report taken for criminal mischief.
1:29 p.m. – Caller reported a female walked out of a store with a cart full of items, including a digital camera worth about $50, Santiam Highway. Report taken for theft.
8:36 p.m. – Robert Albert Majoros, 51, arrested for driving under the influence and reckless driving in two-vehicle crash, Russell Drive and River Drive. Transported to Linn County Jail.
Feb. 22
One person cited for failure to provide proof of insurance and driving while suspended.
2:51 p.m. – Caller reported a bag with drug paraphernalia found in a store, Santiam Highway. Blue coin bag, with syringes, a broken glass pipe and a minute amount of suspected marijuana shake seized for destruction.
3:21 p.m. – Caller reported a group of what appeared to be teenagers running on top of a train, Burdell Boulevard. Officer counseled and warned four juveniles and contacted parents.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male subject was standing next to a vehicle in a drive through, making customers nervous, Weldwood Drive. He was apparently waiting for a customer to drive away because there was dropped change underneath the drive-through window. Caller asked him to move on, but he cursed at her. Officer responded and warned the male for disorderly conduct.
4:06 p.m. – David Arroyo Sandoval, 39, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of third-degree theft, River Drive.
6:27 p.m. – Colin Michael Duerr cited and released at scene on Linn County warrant for third-degree escape, 2nd Street.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported graffiti, black permanent marker drawings on stalls and mirror, in the bathroom at Ralston Park. Report taken for criminal mischief.
Feb. 21
Citation for speeding and failure to show proof of insurance issued to one person.
9:43 p.m. – Caller reported three subjects playing chicken in the roadway on Airport Road between Jack in the Box and Rife’s. Officer contacted eight juveniles who were at youth group. All were counseled about running into the roadway, impeding traffic and disorderly conduct.
Feb. 20
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included driving while suspended, speeding, unlawful lane change, driving uninsured and failure to display plate.
9:16 a.m. – Report taken for theft of $400 jacket from an unlocked car, 31000 block of 7th Street.
Feb. 19
Traffic citations issued to three persons. Charges included two counts of driving while suspended, using a cell phone while driving and failure to obey a traffic control device.
7:59 a.m. – Felisia Krystal Kay Pecue arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation, Sweet Home.
12:08 p.m. – Caller reported the theft of a package worth $40, Oak Street.
2:16 p.m. – Wendy M. Garrison, 41, arrested on Lebanon warrant for probation violation on original charge of providing false information to a police officer, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine and a criminal citation, Linn County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of possession of methamphetamine and two charges of failure to appear and Linn County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, interfering with police, second-degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on a criminal citation, River Road.
2:31 p.m. – Report taken for vandalism, damage to driver’s side door handle, River Road.
7:47 p.m. – Benjamin Joel Grossman cited on Lebanon warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, Ash Street.
Feb. 18
Traffic citations issued to three persons. Charges included speeding, dangerous left turn and failure to obey a traffic control device.
8:30 a.m. – Caller reported damage, broken windows in an excavator, Burdell Boulevard. Report taken for criminal mischief.
8:47 a.m. – Report taken for hit and run on the E. Grant Street bridge. A vehicle apparently collided with the rail.
11:30 a.m. – Nicholas Gaskey arrested for harassment, and Paul Eugene Wall arrested for fourth-degree assault, Williams Street. Both transported to Linn County Jail.
Feb. 17
Traffic citations issued to one person for speeding.
Feb. 16
Traffic citations issued to two persons. Charges included defective lighting, driving uninsured, no license and driving while suspended.
3:09 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a bag of items from a vehicle, Steelhead Court.
4:37 a.m. – Caller reported a male trying the handles on vehicle doors. Caller went inside and retrieved a gun. When he went back outside, he found the subject had opened the door to his truck and was inside rifling through items. The caller approached the subject and told him to stop. The subject then jumped on a bicycle and rode away. Nothing taken. No damage. Report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
1:22 p.m. – Report taken for burglary, Market Street. Caller’s house had been ransacked although it appeared nothing was missing.
3:03 p.m. – Ashley M. Waters, 30, and Aaron M. Barger, 34, cited for second-degree criminal trespass, Grant Street. Caller had reported two squatters in a house the caller had just purchased.
5:31 p.m. – Report taken for theft of a purse, Santiam Highway.
