1:10 p.m. – William Lyle Parker arrested for first-degree sexual abuse, sexual penetration with an object and first-degree sodomy, 1100 block of SE Jackson St. Parker was arraigned on six charges on Feb. 6 in Linn County Circuit Court in connection to offenses involving a person below the age of 14 alleged to have occurred in 2013 and 2014. The charges include first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, attempted first-degree sodomy.
1:39 p.m. – Craig Allan Patchett, 60, arrested on warrant for failure to appear, 37700 block of River Drive.
4 p.m. – Monte Dale Lee arrested for probation violation, 40 N. 2nd St., Lebanon Police Department.
Feb. 4
4:13 p.m. – Pamela Jean Smith arrested for misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, improper use of 9-1-1, second-degree disorderly conduct and initiating a false report, Russell Drive and Mill Street. Linn County Sheriff’s Office had responded to a report that someone had been shot near the intersection and started searching the area. Deputies determined it to be a false report.

12:59 p.m. – Shihaily Santini, 29, arrested for first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, 43300 block of Snow Peak Drive. Deputy had responded to a report of a person in a house without permission, where a window appeared to have been broken to gain entry into the house.
