Oct. 31

3:33 a.m. – Daryn David Hill, 24, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft and second degree failure to appear, original charge second-degree theft.

12:12 p.m. – Travis Lee McVicker, 30, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge third-degree theft.

3:45 p.m. – A woman reported her wallet stolen in the soda pop aisle of Walmart. The wallet contained an EBT card, an ID and social security card. A report was taken.

3:57 p.m. – Angela Ellen Sanchez, 42, was arrested on a Linn Supervisory Authority warrant for second-degree failure to comply and failure to appear. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

7:23 p.m. – A juvenile boy was lying on the ground crying, near S. Fifth and W. Ash Streets. Declined medics. There appeared to be a dispute over candy. Other juveniles were still on the scene when officers arrived. Horseplay between friends led to one hitting the other in the head with a piece of candy. The juvenile recovered and accepted the apology. No additional report was taken.

Oct. 30
4:37 p.m. – A woman reported fraudulent activity on her account from the Lebanon Walmart. Total loss approximately $120. A report was taken.

8:46 p.m. – Brian Lee Campbell, 36, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation, original charge unlawful use of a weapon. He resisted arrest and was tazed.

Oct. 29
10:07 a.m. – Lance Christopher Taylor, 45, was arrested and charged with third-degree theft, attempt to elude, felony, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance, schedule two.

2:48 p.m. – Billy Joe Arnold, 52, was arrested on a Linn County warrant for failure to comply, original charge first-degree trespass.

3:34 p.m. – A caller reported a battery box stolen from his trailer, in the 700 block of
Randall Drive. Loss value: $140. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

9:28 p.m. – Jade Heather Stagg, 19, was arrested a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge failure to carry/ present. She also had a Benton County Circuit Court warrant for hindering prosecution.

Oct. 28
6:56 a.m. – Chastitie Lee Johnson, 43, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

12:02 p.m. – Kimberly Jeannette Wolf, 37, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court, original charge driving while suspended.

Oct. 27
3:39 a.m. – A stolen vehicle was found at the 76 gas station. It had been vandalized.
The driver-side wing window was broken out and the door lock was damaged. A report was taken.

11:06 a.m. – Jedediah Trevor Childress, 37, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge reckless driving. He was cited and released.

1:54 p.m. – Travis Gary Hummer turned himself in on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, an Albany Municipal Court arrest warrant for failure to appear and a Sweet Home Municipal arrest warrant for contempt of court.

2:16 p.m. – Robert Kay Brady, 32, was arrested on a Linn County state-wide felony warrant for probation violation, original charge attempt to elude.

Oct. 26
7:14 a.m. – A caller reported six black cows in the roadway, in the 38000 block of Golden Valley Road. A neighbor helped deputies herd the cows back into the owner’s field. A dispatcher notified the owner, who was at work. He responded to fix the fence
panel the cows had broken. No further action.

Oct. 25
Julia Anne Payne, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge third-degree theft and two Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear, giving false information to an officer and failure to comply, contempt of court.

7:42 a.m. – Ovid John Teixeira, 53, was arrested at taser point on a Lincoln County warrant for felony failure to appear and failure to appear for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. A caller reported the back door of his house was broken sometime overnight, in the 500 block of S. 16th St. A male suspect ran from the scene and was detained at taser point.

8:29 a.m. – A 15-year-old Lebanon High School student was charged with attempted delivery of marijuana to a minor and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. An LHS staff member reported a student brought marijuana edibles to class with the intent to deliver them to another student.

6:49 p.m. – Christey Ann Thompson, 34, was arrested for DUII.

Oct. 23
12:20 a.m. – Clayton Duane Galloway, 20, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had a Linn County Justice Court and Albany Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court.

3:12 p.m. – Michael Edward Westby, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

6:32 p.m. – Sherman Norman Tagen, 40, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation. He also was charged with driving while suspended, felony.

2:33 p.m. – A caller reported a white K2 mountain bike was taken from Walmart. It was locked up. Approximate loss $100.

3:05 p.m. – A caller reported seeing a woman hit her child and throw him in the bushes, in the 2500 block of S. Santiam Highway. A second caller reported a woman beating her child near the Knothole, it started near Grocery Outlet. Sheena Greathouse, 27, of Sweet Home was arrested for third-degree assault and was lodged at Linn County Jail.

7:13 p.m. – Kevin Lee Hashman, 41, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge second-degree theft. He also had a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear, original charge second-degree attempted assault.

9: 14 p.m. – An officer saw a 30-year-old man throw something in the roadway. The man followed the officer back to the location and picked up the item. He was warned for littering.

Oct. 22
9:13 a.m. – A caller reported four tires slashed on two vehicles sometime overnight, in the 500 block of Carlson Drive. Both vehicles were parked in a carport. Caller later reported that at about 11 a.m. someone threw a crowbar through the window of his residence.

12:26 p.m. – A caller reported that juveniles were climbing on the Port-a-Potties at the Lebanon High School football field. A roof of a Port-a-Potty was bent inward. An officer assisted the juveniles in fixing the roof. There was no permanent damage. The juveniles said they were throwing a cell phone over the Port-a-Potty and the phone got stuck so they climbed to retrieve it. They were counseled. No additional report was taken.

12:46 p.m. – A caller reported his tan 1988 Honda Accord stolen sometime overnight from the Second Street Town House Apartments, 2008 S. Second Street. It was entered into LEDS.

3:08 p.m. – A light blue iPhone 5C was found, in the 2400 block of S. Santiam Highway. It was entered into LEDS.

10:47 p.m. – Jason Michael Cleveland, 35, was arrested on a Benton County Circuit Court felony warrant for failure to appear. He also had an Albany Municipal Court arrest warrant for failure to appear.

Oct. 21
7:40 a.m. – A caller reported her blue 1992 Toyota Tercel taken sometime over night, in the 200 block of Violet Street. It was unlocked and the keys were in the ignition. It was entered into LEDS.

10:01 a.m. – A black frame 26 inch Northern Point road master 18-speed mountain bike was found, 200 Market Street. A report was taken.

1:44 p.m. – A caller reported the back license plate was taken off her vehicle sometime overnight, in the 200 block of S. Ninth Street. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

9: 29 p.m. – Cody Brock Anderson, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office felony warrant for probation violation.

Oct. 20
7:01 a.m. – Michael Scott Branton, 39, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear.

8:20 a.m. – A caller reported a generator, tent and 10 gallons of gas were taken from the trailer in front of his house, in the 800 block of Mazama Ave. Total loss value: $690. A report for second-degree theft was taken.

1:35 p.m. – Jared Landon Hamer, 34, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board state-wide felony warrant for parole violation. He also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply, original charge third-degree theft. Casey Michael Foss, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply, original charge felon in possession of a firearm. Foss also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

2:38 p.m. – A caller said his elderly mother was a victim of a scam and is out $13,000. A report was taken.

2:38 p.m. – A Lebanon High School student was referred for minor in possession, marijuana and tobacco.

3:25 p.m. – A caller said her vehicle was broken into sometime between 5 p.m. on Oct. 19 and 1 p.m. on Oct. 20. A black Fossil clutch and an iPod touch in a pink case were taken. Loss value: $110. A report was taken.

Oct. 19
8:10 a.m. – A caller reported both license plates taken off his 2016 or 2017 Chevy Equinox during the night, in the 600 block of Walnut Street. The car was a rental and the plates were from California. The plates were entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

9:37 a.m. – An officer observed a man living in a trailer in a driveway in the 300 block of Violet Street since Aug. 21. Garbage, noise and cigarette butts from the new resident were a concern. No additional report was taken.

2:55 p.m. – A caller reported someone entered her home, in the 1800 block of S. Seventh Street. A table was turned upside down and a door was broken. A report was taken.

3:53 p.m. – A caller reported a dead side-post battery stolen from the backseat and a good side-post battery from under the hood of his vehicle which was parked behind Pizza Schmizza, 2602 S. Santiam Hwy. According to surveillance video, a white Subaru Outback pulled up at 7:04 a.m. and a white male adult passenger wearing a hoodie stole the batteries. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle was taken.

10:33 p.m. – Shane Christopher McNeely, was arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft. A caller said a man entered a vehicle in the alley, in the 0-99 block of E. Sherman Street. He also tried a driver-side door of a truck. Officers detained McNeely behind Pay it Forward.

Oct. 18
5:37 a.m. – Dakota Michael Landi, 23, was arrested on an Oregon State ParoleBoard warrant for parole violation. Zachary Mitchell Johnson, 24, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and contempt of court. A caller said two people might have been checking car doors, in the 900 block of Mazama Ave. An officer contacted Johnson and Landi and arrested them on their respective warrants. They were taken to the Justice Center.

7:48 a.m. – A caller said she found the driver side door of her vehicle ajar, in the 300 block of Milton Street. She said the vehicle was locked and this was the third time in three months that her vehicle had been entered. About $3 in change and some Human Bean punch cards were missing. A report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree theft was taken.

7:51 a.m. – A caller said her locked vehicle was entered sometime overnight in the 1000 block of Antioch Street. Pepper spray, pens and $120 in cash were taken. There was no visible damage. A report was taken.

8:26 a.m. – An officer counseled two juveniles about trespassing, near S. Seventh and F Streets. They headed back to school. No additional report was taken.

8:41 a.m. – A caller found a Duffle bag and a backpack on Weldwood Drive, between Oak Terrace and Lebanite Drive.

1:16 p.m. – Stephen Michael Scantlin, 44, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation, original charge fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a report.

1:54 p.m. – A Lebanon High School student was charged with disorderly conduct
after he punched another student for making racial slurs. An LHS staff member reported the altercation. The student who was charged overheard the student who was punched and other students making racial comments. The student who was charged asked the other student to repeat what he said and he did. The student who was charged then punched him in the side of the face. The student who was charged said he had heard the other student making similar statements in the past and he and other students were offended by them. All parties were contacted and counseled.

2:20 p.m. – A woman said she left her purse in a Safeway shopping cart. When she returned the purse, which was black with a medallion on the front, was gone. It contained keys, bank card, check book and drivers license. A report for third-degree theft was taken.

4:33 p.m. – Wendy Marie Garrison, 39, was arrested on a Linn County state-wide felony warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Oct. 17
1:08 p.m. – A caller reported their silver Honda Accord stolen, 300 Mullins Dr. It had half a tank of gas and the clear coat was chipping. It was entered into LEDS.

10:04 p.m. – A caller reported seeing a vehicle stolen out of Albany near S. Santiam Highway and Weldwood Drive. The driver was going faster than 100 MPH and at 10:10 p.m., the driver turned off the headlights and turned near milepost 21. Sweet Home Police Department was en route at 10:11 p.m., the Albany Police Department and the Linn County Sheriff’s Office sent K9 units. Two males fled on foot. The vehicle was released to its owner. A report was taken.

Oct. 16
9:15 a.m. – Richard Scott Eshbaugh, 44, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrants for probation violation, failure to report as a sex offender and probation violation, failure to appear. He was taken into custody on the warrants and for hit and run. Officers responded to a non-injury crash involving two vehicles in the 0-99 block of Mary Street.

10 a.m. – Raymond Joseph Carra, 35, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine and first degree theft. He was transported to the Lebanon jail. He requested to be seen by medics, reporting pain in the sternum area that has been coming and going for a more than a year. Carra was cited and released on all warrants.

8:08 p.m. – Christopher Jerrell Ensley, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for a probation violation, second-degree failure to appear. He also was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, the gas station at Safeway. Officers
reviewed video footage. A report was taken.

Oct. 15
1:26 a.m. – Ember Ann McAlpin, 54, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation. She also had Lebanon misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and a Linn County Circuit Court misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

7:34 a.m. – A caller reported that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet which contained her drivers license and Key Bank debit card, 800 block of Harrison
Street. Some clothing purchased from Ross and bright yellow men’s size large Nike winter jacket also were taken. A report was taken.

10:57 a.m. – Erica Holcomb, 29, was cited and released for third-degree criminal mischief.

12:07 p.m. – James Mires, 47, was arrested on charges of illegal manufacture of a marijuana extract and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. A caller said he is a long-haul truck driver and when he returned home, he found a butane marijuana lab in his house, in the 1300 block of Filbert Street.

3:29 p.m. – A caller reported four juveniles crawling on the roof of Cascades School. They admitted to going on the roof. They were counseled. No additional report was taken.

Oct. 14
9:31 a.m. – A caller reported the back window of his vehicle was broken sometime between 11 p.m. on Oct. 13 and the time of the call, in the 2000 block of S. Fifth Street. Nothing was taken from the vehicle. A report was taken.

10:54 a.m. – Skyler Allan Matthew Walls, 27, was charged with failure to perform duties of a driver. A caller said a vehicle hit her car in the Bi-Mart parking lot.

12:44 p.m. – Joseph Lee Shores, 45, was arrested on a Brownsville Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. He also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

2:31 p.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

7:29 p.m. – Leland Stanford Caldwell, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt of court.

Oct. 13
9:23 a.m. – A Wilco employee reported theft of clothing and tools. They had a photo of suspect and vehicle. Loss value: $196. A report was taken.

3:29 p.m. – Joseph Robert Vargas, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

Oct. 12
8:26 a.m. – An officer warned two juveniles for truancy and advised them to go back to class, near S. Seventh and W. D Streets. They walked back to Lebanon High School.

11:07 a.m. – William McRae, 51, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear.

5:04 p.m. – Jesse Lee Beska, 33, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

8:20 p.m. – Aaron Reed Monroe Coldiron, 33, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit
Court warrant for first-degree criminal mischief.

Oct. 11
6:34 a.m. – Brian Edward Anthony Parker, 23, was arrested on a Linn County
Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear,
original charge second-degree criminal mischief, violation of court stalking protective order and purchase or possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, two counts of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree theft. A caller said a man was siphoning gas from a vehicle and putting it into another vehicle, in the 300 block of Jennings Street.

9:39 a.m. – An officer contacted a group of students who were walking away from Lebanon High School, near S. Sixth and W. Vine Streets. They had opted not to stay and take the SAT or SAT. They were all advised to return to school. One student was referred for minor in possession by consumption, marijuana.

2:59 p.m. – Jessica Ashley Wynne, 24, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court felony warrant for probation violation, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin. She also had a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court and probation violation. Jessica Rose Maeatis, 18, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear, original charge minor in possession of a ontrolled substance, marijuana.

3:11 p.m. – Jaime Lea Joslin, 40, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He also had a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for failure to comply, original charge possession of a controlled substance, heroin.

6:13 p.m. – William Ray O’Neil, 60, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation. He was cited an released.

9:53 p.m. – Amanda Nichole Kelly, 19, was arrested for DUII.

Oct. 10
12:26 a.m. – David L. Rood, 42, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court and probation violation.

7:41 a.m. – A caller reported her vehicle was entered between 2 and 7:20 a.m., in the 100 block of W. Vine Street. The passenger side window was broken and a cream-colored wallet with blue and red and a long strap was taken from under the driver’s seat. It contained an Oregon drivers license, social security card, OSU federal debit card, $70 cash and a Walmart employee discount card. Report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. Damage: $200.

10:47 a.m. – Roy Russel Hoke, 62, was arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrants for contempt of court and probation violation and failure to appear.

1:36 p.m. – Sanchez Sam Angelo, Jr., 31, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant.

2:10 p.m. – Rebecca Ann Patterson, 40, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

4:07 p.m. – A man reported his wallet stolen from his vehicle, in the 1800 block of S. Ninth Street. The wallet contained debit and credit cards and $100 cash. A report was taken.

Oct. 8
1:50 p.m. – Kendra Montoya, 19, was charged with third-degree attempted theft and trespassed from Jack’s Market. 590 Tangent St.

5:05 p.m. – Melissa Louise Bennett, 35, was arrested for second-degree assault. Two callers said a woman ran over a man in the Walmart parking lot.

7:53 p.m. – A caller said someone was sleeping behind Kevin’s, 40 W. Sherman Way. Nobody was in the alley when officers arrived. It appeared that someone has been sleeping behind the market as there was a pile of clothing and trash next to the dumpster behind the location. No additional report was taken.

Oct. 7
10:30 a.m. – Tools were taken from the garage of a home between 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 6 and the time of the call, in the 1100 block of W. Oak Street. Taken were a black and yellow DeWalt tool bag and another unknown brand tool bag, a DeWalt 18v drill with battery and zip tie attached to hang the drill, a DeWalt flashlight and battery, a Hitachi reciprocating saw and approximately $200 worth of miscellaneous hand tools. A 50-year-old level with red paint on it also was taken. A report was taken.

10:39 a.m. – Ronald Andrew Mowdy, 24, was charged with unlawful possession of inhalants. A caller said a man was huffing under the bench of a dugout at Bob Smith Memorial Park.

2:34 p.m. – A caller said his 14-year-old son had been smoking marijuana and the dog ingested some. He wanted his son counseled about marijuana use. An officer spoke with the 14-year-old in depth about the consequences of using marijuana and some other options for stress relief that don’t include smoking marijuana. The boy agreed to give his paraphernalia to his father for destruction. No additional report was taken.

3:49 p.m. – A caller said 8 to 10 juveniles threw rocks at his house, in the 0 – 99 block of Wheeler Street. An officer contacted the juveniles and their parents. Juveniles were throwing acorns at each other, one of the acorns went rogue and struck the caller’s door. No damage. The juveniles apologized. No additional report was taken.

5:16 p.m. – A caller reported a .40 caliber stainless pistol went missing sometime in the past couple of months. It was entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

Oct. 6
6:37 a.m. – A caller reported someone broke into his car overnight, in the 1000 block of Kees Street. The back passenger window was broken to gain access. An Echo brand weed eater was stolen. Loss value $300. A neighbor’s unlocked vehicle also was entered but nothing valuable was taken. Report for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft.

8:50 a.m. – A 2000 white Dodge Durango was taken overnight, in the 1600 block of 12th Street. It was entered into LEDS. A report was taken.

10:38 a.m. – A woman said she was walking her dogs when they were attacked by two black dogs, near E. Elmore and S. Main Streets. One of her dogs needed surgery. Officers were initially unable to locate the owner of the suspect dogs. At 7:07 p.m., officers contacted the owner and cited him for dog at large and dog as nuisance. A report was taken.

11:36 a.m. – A caller found a male German Shepherd mix, in the 0-99 block of E Street. The dog was placed in a kennel at the Lebanon Police Department. The owner’s sister picked up the dog. The owner was cited for dog at large.

4:17 p.m. – A fake $100 was passed with two good $100 bills, at a business in the 2700 block of S. Santiam Hwy. A report was taken.

6:18 p.m. – A person turned in a ring that she found in the Grocery Outlet parking lot. A report was taken.

10:46 p.m. – A 16-year-old male was referred for minor in possession, alcohol. BAC: 0.123. The student arrived at a Lebanon High School dance intoxicated. He said he was at a friend’s house then went to the game and the dance. He was released to his mother’s custody.
