The City of Lebanon will be installing a sanitary sewer lateral on 12th Street between Vine and Tangent streets beginning Wednesday, Oct. 18. During construction (from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), 12th Street will be closed to through traffic between Vine and Tangent streets, with detours in place. Construction is expected to last two days.
