The intersection of 5th Street and Vaughan Lane will be closed to traffic to allow for the City of Lebanon’s contractor to complete the final paving beginning Wednesday, Aug. 23. It is anticipated the intersection will be closed through Friday, Aug. 25.
Motorists are encouraged to use Walker Road as a detour. Residents within the impacted
area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect periods of time when access to
individual driveways…
