Toy drives: The Lebanon Christmas Toy Program accepts donations at The River Center, 3000 Santiam Hwy., by Dec. 13. The Road Maggots toy drive parade starts at noon Sunday, Dec. 12, from Walmart, 3290 S. Santiam Hwy., through downtown to The River Center, 3000 S. Santiam Hwy.
