A Lebanon man has been arrested after he allegedly discharged a firearm, sending a bullet into an adjoining apartment on Saturday evening, Nov. 13.
According to a Lebanon Police Department news release, LPD officers responded about 6:26 p.m. Saturday to 356 East ‘A’ Street, in response to a report that a person had shot a firearm into an adjoining apartment.
