A Lebanon man has been charged with 11 counts of first-degree sex abuse involving a minor, Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan reported Friday, May 20.
Duncan said Sheriff’s detectives arrested John Roger Mullner Jr., 58, of Lebanon, on May 19 after an investigation into alleged sex abuse.
