The Linn County Sheriff’s Office 9-1-1 Dispatch Center received a call to assist the Lebanon Fire Department with a farming accident in the 42000 block of Green Mountain Drive, northeast of Lebanon at 12:14 p.m. on Aug. 29.
Deputies learned Robert Leeland Prock, 58, of Lebanon, was moving irrigation pipe at the location.
