Lebanon Police officers responded to a 911 call at 4:20 p.m. on Sept. 5 reporting a fight between two males at Ralston Park.
“Sgt. Patrick O’Malley was first on the scene and called for cover as there were several juveniles all of which were agitated and yelling,” said LPD Chief Frank Stevenson. “In all, eight officers arrived on scene to control the situation and to get people to calm down.”
