City to provide maintenance for Lebanon school campuses

The Lebanon City Council, at its Sept. 13 meeting, approved an intergovernmental agreement between the city and the Lebanon Community School District for outdoor facility maintenance.

According the agreement, LCSD will pay the city $100,000 to mow, weed and provide general aesthetic upkeep for schools that are within the city limits and the district office.

In addition to the $100,000 annual fee, the district will provide materials, including bark, mulch, fertilizer and chemicals.
