The Lebanon Fire District responded to a reported house on fire in the 300 block of Cascade Drive on Thursday evening, April 21.
When the first arriving ladder truck arrived, shortly after 9:05 a.m., responding firefighters reported heavy smoke showing from the front door and out of the eves.
