The Lebanon Fire District responded to a house fire at 530 S 12th St. at approximately 12:39 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
A caller reported they saw a lot of smoke and flames coming from the roof of the residence. First arriving units found smoke coming from the eaves and flames coming from two bedroom windows.
