Linn County deputies were dispatched to 29380 Speasl Road, near Lebanon, on Thursday, May 30, at 8:16 p.m., in response to a reported domestic dispute which involved a firearm.
While on their way, a firearm was reportedly discharged at the residence. Deputies arrived and located the reported suspect, Gino Anthony Marcoccia, 49, of Lebanon, outside the residence.
