The Lebanon Community Schools Board of Education Tuesday voted 3-1 to enter into a resignation agreement with Supt. Rob Hess.
The board met in an executive session, which is closed to the public, to discuss records that are exempt from public disclosure before entering a special session, which is open to the public, and approving a resignation agreement.
