Linn County Search and Rescue personnel on Thursday, July 10, located the body of David Winter, of Albany, in the Snow Peak area after the third continuous day of searching.
Winter’s body was located at the bottom of a 300-foot cliff where SAR personnel were able to retrieve him using a rope system. No foul play is suspected, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
