During its Feb. 10 meeting the Sweet Home City Council unanimously approved a policy for the Sweet Home Public Library outlining guidelines and procedures for naming rights and donor recognition.
As Library Director Megan Dazey anticipates a new library facility or relocation of the library, and as several recent memorial donations have been received, she believed the city needed to establish a donor naming rights policy to ensure all donations are recognized equitably.
