Multiple local agencies responded Monday afternoon, July 13, to a fire in the area between Yellowbottom and Old Miner’s Meadow.
Sweet Home Fire and Oregon Department of Forestry personnel responded just after 2 p.m. to the location on BLM land off Quartzville Road. As The New Era went to press, the fire was reported to be staying within an approximately three-acre footprint.
