Dr. Frank Girod came to Lebanon in 1946 after serving as a surgeon in World War II. He became a dedicated doctor and a longtime part of the Lebanon community.
“We came to Lebanon in 1946,” his daughter Jan Mobley said. After the war, Dr. Joel Booth gave Girod the chance to take over his medical practice, house, and car, and Girod chose to stay.
