Remi Kay Byrd has the honor of being the first baby born this year – and the first of the decade –in Lebanon.
She came into the world at 12:02 p.m., just after noon on Thursday, Jan. 2.
Remi weighed in at eight pounds, six ounces, and measured 19.5 inches. Her parents are Kody and Sarah Byrd.
She’s child No. 5 for her mother.
