Attorney Arnold Poole filed a motion March 20 to withdraw from representing Douglas James Young, Jr. in a sex abuse case in which the defendant now faces 40 charges.
Judge Daniel Murphy signed the order, which states Poole’s motion and supporting affidavit shall be sealed by the clerk of the court and will not be made available to public disclosure.
