After 5 Connection will hold a “Salute Our Veterans” dinner and program for both “ladies and gentlemen” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Ma’s Restaurant, 2416 S. Santiam Hwy., Lebanon.
David Solomon, commander of Post 10 of the American Legion in Albany, will speak about Veterans Day and demonstrate the significance of folding the flag at a service for a fallen warrior.
Soloist Dessa Figueroa of Lebanon will perform and guest speaker John Lemkuhl of Payette, Idaho, will recount his Army career and his time in the White House.
Cost is $15. Credit cards cannot be accepted and RSVPs are required.
