An Albany man died Sunday, Oct. 10, following a shooting incident at Timber Linn Memorial Park in Albany.
Albany Police Department personnel responded to the scene shortly before 11 p.m.
Upon arrival, police found Joshua Johnston-Partain, 22, in the parking lot with multiple shotgun wounds. He was transported for treatment at a local hospital, where he died.
Police continue to investigate the incident, with assistance from the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Linn County District Attorney and Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
