The Lebanon School Board, at its Aug. 14 meeting, took the first step toward approving the renaming of the Pioneer Elementary School Library as the Scot R. Noss Memorial Honorary Library in honor of a Lebanon alumnus who recently died of injurie sustained while he was an Army Ranger.
