Saviour, Joshua Lee Schwartzer, Aaron Carlyle Scott, Donald Shane Simmons, Timothy Christopher Sloat, Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, Russell Dale Truedson, Rosemary Natasi Turnwall, Darnell T. Wells, Jessica Ashley Wynne.
Ryan Charles Allen, 38, was charged June 4 with strangulation and fourth degree assault.
Brent Lynn Bachman, 49, was charged June 28 with two counts of felon in possession of a firearm, and wildlife violation, which indicates “unlawfully chasing, harassing, molesting, worrying or disturbing any wildlife except while engaged in lawfully angling for, taking, hunting or trapping such wildlife.”
Timothy Isaiah Baldwin, 42, was charged July 15 with domestic violence fourth degree assault and harassment.
Toya Jean Ballard, 57: The court on May 3 approved a motion to dismiss without prejudice charges of domestic violence fourth degree assault and domestic violence strangulation.
Colten Lester Bateson, 37, was charged July 10 with third degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. He posted 10% of a $10,000 bail.
Kiah Brooke Bearden-Coxen, 27, was charged July 3 with identity theft, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
Kristopher Lee Boeder, 37, was charged July 26 with domestic violence fourth degree assault and domestic violence strangulation. Bail was set at $15,000.
Allison Jade Brown, 22, was charged June 19 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and second degree criminal mischief. She was sentenced July 19 to 90 day suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail and 12 months bench probation after pleading no contest to second degree criminal mischief, and the reckless driving charge was dismissed. For the DUII charge, Brown was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest.
Teresa Elaine Buchanan, 51, was charged July 8 with DUII (controlled substances and/or liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and second degree criminal mischief.
Joyce Marie Cavazos, 52, was charged July 9 with first degree criminal mistreatment. She posted 10% of a $1,000 bail.
Mykie Annette Cocca, 37, was charged July 12 with first degree criminal mistreatment and domestic violence fourth degree assault.

Steven Forest Crosman, 42, was sentenced June 14 to five days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault. A second degree theft charge was dismissed. In a separate case he was sentenced to five days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault. Charges of harassment and interference with making a report were dismissed.
Daniel Edward Cuckler III, 35, was charged June 20 with two counts of first degree sexual abuse. Allegations involve a child under the age of 14. Bail was set at $30,000.
Ronald Thomas Dove, 50, was sentenced July 1 to 30 days jail, 36 supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading guilty to unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of menacing and resisting arrest. Another count of menacing and a second degree disorderly conduct charge were dismissed.
Alexander McKenzie Fenn, 27, was charged June 18 with first degree criminal mischief and 11 counts of second degree criminal mischief. Allegations involve property damage of vehicles owned by 12 different people.
Forrest Christian Fewel, 39, was charged July 10 with second degree burglary and first degree theft.
Kayci Cameron Thomas Flaska, 23, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .17% BAC.
Terran Dale Gluck, 28, was charged July 17 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and first degree bias crime. According to court documents, Gluck allegedly was in possession of a sword, made a female feel threatened and placed her in fear of injury “because of the defendant’s perception of (her) race or color.” Bail was set at $10,000.
Bobbi Gomez Jr., 51, was charged July 15 with two counts of second degree assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $100,000.
Keely Minnie Lilli Gomez, 19, was sentenced June 17 to revocation of a license for one year, 25 days jail, 18 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of first degree failure to appear and failure to appear on a criminal citation were dismissed.
Johne Michael Griffith, 28, was charged July 19 with six counts of second degree sexual abuse. Bail was set at $25,000.
Hannah Kay Hagan, 26, was sentenced June 18 to four days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading no contest to recklessly endangering another person. A fourth degree assault charge was dismissed.
Devin Michael Houseman, 37, was charged June 3 with two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Bail was set at $15,000.
In three separate cases, Christopher Lee Hurt, 35, was sentenced June 10 to suspension of a driver’s license for 270 days, six months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to three counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and first degree failure to appear. Another count of fleeing or attempting to elude and two additional counts of reckless driving were dismissed.
Jesse Wayne Ice, 36, was sentenced July 23 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of menacing, second degree disorderly conduct and fourth degree assault were dismissed.
Kirk La Neil Jackson, 67, was sentenced June 28 to suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 72 hours jail, 36 months bench probation, and $2,355 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII with a .26% BAC and reckless driving. A charge of recklessly endangering another person was dismissed. He refused to sign documents related to reporting for jail time, acknowledging the notice of license suspension and ignition interlock driver form.
Stacy Russell Jenkins, 22, was charged June 25 with third degree theft, first degree robbery and second degree assault. She posted 10% of a $25,000 bail.
Tyler James Laack, 18, was charged June 17 with third degree assault. Allegations involve a child 10 years old or younger.
James Andrew Linder, 35, was sentenced June 7 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to first degree criminal mischief. Charges of second degree criminal mischief, second degree theft and failure to appear were dismissed.
Christopher James Lloyd, 52, was charged July 10 with third degree assault.
Sarah Ann Loeks, 33, was sentenced July 24 to 10 days jail, 60 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to first degree burglary. Charges of harassment and second degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.
A second degree burglary charge against Michael Alexander Lugo, 34, was deferred while he participates in the Linn County Drug Court program. He is placed on 24 months supervised probation.
Jairo J Lule-Juarez, 29, was charged July 23 with DUII (alcohol and marijuana) and reckless driving.
Jonathan Michael Martin, 32, was issued a citation by Oregon State Police on June 12 for speeding 112/65 on Interstate 5. On June 24 he was found guilty and fined $1,150. His license was suspended for 60 days.
Robert Harold Mayfield, 39, was sentenced June 27 to 90 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence unlawful use of a weapon. A menacing charge was dismissed.
Andrew Dwayne McCullom, 43, was sentenced July 23 to 60 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision and $400 in fines after pleading no contest to domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence fourth degree assault. A fourth degree assault charge is dismissed.
Jeremy Allen Moore, 47, was charged July 3 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Garrett Leonard Morrison, 18, was charged June 20 with DUII (liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, reckless driving, unlawful possession of marijuana by a person under age 21, and possession of alcoholic beverages by a person under age of 21.
Judy Ann Perry, 50, was charged July 31 with first degree theft, second degree criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000. She was given the same charges on Aug. 1 for a separate incident involving a separate alleged victim.
Jacob Allan Ralston-Gillette, 28, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC.
Derrek Leo Reynolds, 55: The court on June 28 approved a motion to dismiss without prejudice charges of conspiracy to commit tampering with a witness and conspiracy to commit tampering with physical evidence against.
Jeremy James Roe, 42, was charged July 25 with domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence fourth degree assault and interference with making a report. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail.
Keely Scott Reynolds, 45, was charged June 18 with two counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. Bail was set at $25,000.
Angela Diane Schuster, 26, was charged July 5 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Madison Alexandria Setzer, 32, was charged July 8 with first degree forgery, first degree theft, first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and identity theft.
Donald Shane Simmons, 53, was charged July 2 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Timothy Christopher Sloat, 37, was charged July 1 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.
Michael Devon Stokesbary, 37, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor and/or cannabis). He was exempted from installing an ignition interlock device because he submitted to testing and his BAC was found to be below .08%.
Justin Dean Surplus, 39, was charged July 18 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon. Bail was set at $5,000.
Harlee Ann Tetzlaff, 26, was charged June 4 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Casyah Taelour Thomas, 28, was charged July 9 with second degree burglary, second degree theft, two counts of identity theft and two counts of computer crime.
Bryer Abram Thompson, 33, was charged July 18 with second degree theft, first degree theft, tw counts of second degree criminal mischief and third degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $15,000.
Austin Davis Todd, 20, was charged June 12 with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.
Kailey Jade Tubbs, 25, was sentenced July 24 to five days jail, 18 supervised probation and $1,443.82 in restitution after pleading no contest to identify theft. Other charges of identity theft and first degree theft were dismissed.
Rosemary Natasi Turnwall, 58, was charged June 4 with DUII (liquor).
Adam Jacob Walls, 46, was sentenced July 10 to 45 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading no contest to first degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Charges of harassment and attempting to commit a Class B felony was dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading no contest to second degree criminal mischief. Charges of failure to appear and second degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
Ryan Andrew Wilson, 36, was sentenced June 24 to 100 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to second degree theft and unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of second degree criminal trespass, menacing and attempt to commit a Class B Felony were dismissed.
