Dillon Thomas Berg, 33, was charged Nov. 25 with felon in possession of a firearm and first degree theft.
Rikki Nicolette Bettelyoun, 40, was sentenced Oct. 25 to 24 hours jail, 12 months bench probation and a $100 after pleading no contest to attempting to commit a Class C/Unclassified felony second degree burglary. A charge of third degree theft was dismissed.
Brayden Gene Childress, 28, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (controlled substances).
Danielle Elizabeth Drake, 33, was charged Nov. 15 with first degree criminal mistreatment, fourth degree assault and strangulation.
Matthew Clifford Gaechter, 46, was charged Nov. 14 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, a felony.
Charges of DUII (controlled substances), reckless driving, and four counts of failure to appear against Jessica Jo Gambee, 22, were dismissed “based on the Defendant’s inability to aid and assist in her own defense.”
Shellie Raeann Gilbert, 36, was sentenced Nov. 13 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and a $1,000 fine after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .09% BAC. Charges of third degree theft and failure to appear were dismissed.
Terran Dale Gluck, 28, was sentenced Nov. 4 to 20 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon. Charges of menacing and first degree bias crime were dismissed.
Rosemarie Theresa Hill, 60, was charged Nov. 1 with two counts of first degree theft, two counts of first degree aggravated theft, and computer crime.
Jeffrey Paul Hite, 62, was charged Nov. 7 with DUII and reckless driving.
Michael John Hoffman, 52, was charged Nov. 25 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, third degree escape, and unlawful entry into motor vehicle.
Richard Allen Howe, 62, was sentenced Nov. 12 to 10 days with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and a $200 fine after pleading guilty to first degree failure to appear.
Stanislav Andreevich Ishenin, 37, was charged Nov. 18 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
Charges against Kyle Dean Jayne, 26, were dismissed. Charges were: unauthorized use of a vehicle, second degree assault, second degree theft, second degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Stacy Russell Jenkins Jr., 23, was sentenced Nov. 14 to 38 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and three years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to attempt to commit a Class A felony first degree robbery. Charges of third degree theft and second degree assault were dismissed. In a separate case, she was sentenced to six months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections after pleading no contest to third degree assault.
William C Loar, 30, was charged Nov. 1 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and violating the speed limit 100+/55.
Elizabeth Marie Martin, 41, was charged Nov. 12 with first degree burglary, third degree criminal mischief, and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $5,000.
Justin McGarry, 40, was charged Nov. 8 with failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons, a felony.
Patrick Lee McNees, 30, was charged Aug. 1 with second degree theft, identity theft, and computer crime.
Christopher Jonathon Mertz, 31, was charged Nov. 12 with two counts of DUII (liquor with a .08% BAC), two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and reckless driving.
Andrew Justin Moseley, 36, was sentenced Nov. 22 to 60 days jail, 36 months supervised probation, and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to recklessly endangering another person, and possession of prohibited firearms or silencer. In a separate case he was sentenced to 36 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to first degree criminal trespass. In a separate case, a charge of criminal driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed.
Charges of second degree criminal trespass, second degree theft, and second degree burglary against Sean Glane Randolph, 40, were dismissed without prejudice on Oct. 24.
Isabella Rose Regalado, 21, was charged Nov. 20 with two counts of domestic violence fourth degree assault.
Luis Ortiz-Reyes, 38, was charged Nov. 14 with DUII (liquor).
Judy Ann Perry, 51, was sentenced Nov. 8 to 30 days jail, 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, and 12 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to first degree theft and second degree criminal mischief. A charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle was dismissed. In a separate case, she was sentenced to prison and jail time concurrent to her other sentence, and $1,625.92 in restitution after pleading no contest to second degree criminal mischief and first degree theft. A charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle was dismissed. In a separate case, she was sentenced to an additional five months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and additional 24 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle and first degree burglary.
Jeremy James Roe, 42, was sentenced Nov. 8 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail and 24 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to domestic violence fourth degree assault. Charges of strangulation and interference with making a report were dismissed.
Aaron Carlyle Scott, 35, was sentenced Oct. 25 to one year’s suspension of a driver’s license, 480 hours jail, 24 months bench probation and $2,355 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .21% BAC and failure to appear. A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
Jack Conrad Sease, 64, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .13% BAC.
Casyah Taelour Thomas, 29, was charged Oct. 14 with first degree forgery and first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Douglas William Treisch, 38, was charged Oct. 28 with DUII (liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, reckless driving, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, assaulting a public safety officer, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and providing liquor to a person under 21. In a separate case he was charged with DUII (controlled substances) and refusal to take a test for intoxicants. He posted 10% of a $30,000 bail.
Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 44, was sentenced Oct. 23 to 11 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision, and $6,780.61 in restitution after pleading no contest to third degree robbery. A fourth degree assault charge was dismissed.
Rachel Marie Voight, 45, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 10 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .25% BAC.
Jerry Thomas Warnock, 40, was charged Oct. 23 with four counts of first degree sexual abuse. Charges allege violations against a female under 14 between 2021 and 2024. Bail was set at $5,000. On Oct. 31, he was sentenced to 142 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to two of the counts; the other two counts were dismissed. In a separate case, he was sentenced Oct. 30 to 150 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, and 10 years post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to two counts of first degree sexual abuse (a different female under the age of 14 between 2018 and 2020). Two additional counts of first degree sexual abuse and two counts of third degree sexual abuse were dismissed.
Lester Harry Wiebe, 31, was sentenced Nov. 20 to three years suspension of a driver’s license, 15 days jail, 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 60 months bench probation, and $2,355 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .28% BAC and reckless driving. A charge of operating a vehicle without driving privileges was dismissed.
Phillip Gene Williams, 51, was charged Oct. 17 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and fourth degree assault. Bail was set at $25,000. On Nov. 21 he was sentenced to 19 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to unlawful use of a weapon. The other two charges were dismissed.
Troy Steven Williamson, 23, was charged Nov. 20 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to appear.
Bret Anthony Witherspoon, 23, was sentenced Oct. 4 to a one-year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substances). A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
