Misael Alvarez-Ramirez, 28, was charged Dec. 3 with second degree sexual abuse and third degree sexual abuse.
Dillon Thomas Berg, 33, was sentenced Dec. 10 to 20 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision after pleading no contest to felon in possession of a firearm. A first degree theft charge was dismissed.
Thomas John Bobbitt, 24, was charged Dec. 30 with third degree robbery, fourth degree assault, and strangulation.
Bradley Allen Bowman, 28, was sentenced Dec. 9 to 15 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to second degree theft and first degree failure to appear. A first degree theft charge was dismissed.
Chad Edward Boyd, 42, was charged Dec. 8 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, second degree criminal mischief, and failure to carry or present license.
Wyatt Coda Calkins-Gilbert, 20, was sentenced Dec. 27 to 3.5 years suspension of a driver’s license, 720 hours jail, and 18 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to perform the duties of driver-property damage, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and reckless driving. A charge of second degree criminal mischief was dismissed.
Justin Edward Carr, 35, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII with a .08% BAC.
Eric Michael Carson, 51, was charged Dec. 16 with DUII (alcohol). He pleaded guilty to DUII with a .15% BAC and was placed in the diversion program.
Jennifer Elizabeth Griner, 43, was sentenced Dec. 9 to 20 days jail and 24 months supervised probation after pleading guilty to third degree robbery. A third degree theft charge was dismissed.
Jason Tyler Andrew Gustus, 34, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .14% BAC.
Jeffrey Paul Hite, 62, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII.
Eric Leroy Hodson, 64, was charged Dec. 5 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Rebecca Anne Nicole Johnson, 27, was charged Dec. 23 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.
William C. Loar, 40, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .13% BAC. He was sentenced to 180 days suspension of a driver’s license, 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 18 months bench probation and $600 in fines after pleading guilty to reckless driving and violating the basic speed rule. A charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer was dismissed.
Mainor Misael Lucas-Velasquez, 28, was charged Jan. 3 with harassment and domestic violence strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000.
Trevor Matthew Lyon, 24, was charged Dec. 9 with coercion, domestic violence strangulation, and interference with making a report.
Elisha David Malcomb, 27, was charged Dec. 16 with second degree sexual abuse. Court documents indicate Malcomb used to be or is a coach or teacher, and allegations involve an underage female.
Elizabeth Marie Martin, 41, was sentenced Dec. 20 to 30 days and 120 hours jail, 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to first degree burglary and resisting arrest. A charge of third degree criminal mischief was dismissed.
Jan Mohammand Noorani, 55, was charged Jan. 8 with DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.
James Michael Nordahl, 36, was charged Jan. 8 with first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, and recklessly endangering another person. See our story.
Luis Ortiz-Reyes, 38, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .07% BAC.
Darwyn Dwayne Thomas Reimann, 24, was sentenced Dec. 19 to 30 days jail, 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to felon in possession of a firearm and recklessly endangering another person. A charge of improper use of an emergency reporting system was dismissed.
Clyde Anthony Rood, 25, was sentenced Dec. 27 to 10 days compensatory service in lieu of jail, 24 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to harassment. Charges of strangulation and two counts of fourth degree assault were dismissed.
Miranda Marie Salazar, 31, was placed in the diversion program after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .03% BAC. She was also sentenced to a $265 fine after pleading guilty to violation of the open container law in a motor vehicle. A charge of recklessly endangering another person was dismissed.
Ashley Amber Schooley, 39, was charged Dec. 23 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and recklessly endangering another person.
Charges of first degree criminal mischief and first degree criminal trespass against Calvin Stuart Sheahan, 38, were dismissed following a civil agreement between the defendant and injured party.
Justin Dean Surplus, 39, was sentenced Dec. 9 to 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision, and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to possession of a stolen vehicle. In a separate case, failure to appear charges were dismissed with prejudice.
TaNiya Marie Thompson, 34, was sentenced Dec. 11 to one year’s suspension of a driver’s license, 10 days jail and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII (psilocybin). A charge of unlawful possession of a controlled Schedule 1 substance was dismissed.
Lindsey Ann Trowbridge, 42, was placed in the diversion program after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substance). She also pleaded guilty to reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person, and was sentenced to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, five days compensatory service in lieu of jail, and 12 months bench probation.
James Wyatt Underwood, 40, was charged Jan. 6 with unlawful use of a weapon, recklessly endangering another person, and resisting arrest. The charges allege that Underwood discharged a firearm within Lebanon city limits in the direction of a person, building, structure, or vehicle, and placed a female’s life at risk.
Troy Steven Williamson, 23, was charged Nov. 20 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and failure to appear.
Bret Anthony Witherspoon, 23, was sentenced Oct. 4 to a one-year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substances). A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
Exavier Jamar Wright, 24, was charged Dec. 16 with domestic violence fourth degree assault, domestic violence attempted strangulation, and coercion.
