Shane Paul Archibek, 55, was charged May 21 with DUII (controlled substances and/or intoxicating liquor and/or cannabis).
Shelby Keith Brigham, 57, was sentenced May 10 to 35 days jail after pleading guilty to failure to report as a sex offender and failure to appear. A charge of violation driving while suspended or revoked and a second count of failure to report as a sex offender were dismissed.
Amy Christy Bronson, 46, was charged May 7 with second degree criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Danielle Lee Buckner, 52, was sentenced May 8 to revocation of a driver’s license for one year, 45 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $600 in fines after pleading no contest to two counts of recklessly endangering another person, third degree assault and failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons. Dismissed charges include third degree assault, fourth degree assault, reckless driving and failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons.
Jodi J Burland, 24, was charged May 24 with DUII (cannabis), reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Christina Marie Cash, 30, was charged May 6 with DUII (controlled substances), unlawful possession of a controlled substance – commercial (fentanyl), unlawful possession of a controlled substance – substantial quantity (fentanyl), and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Ronald Thomas Dove, 50, was charged May 22 with unlawful use of a weapon, three counts of menacing, second degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A $25,000 security was set.
Kayci Cameron Thomas Flaska, 22, was charged May 24 with DUII (intoxicating liquor).
Jennifer Elizabeth Griner, 43, was charged May 28 with third degree theft and third degree robbery.
Robert Edwin Hoskinson, 30, was sentenced May 30 to 41 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post-prison supervision after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of cocaine – a commercial drug offense, felon in possession of a firearm and first degree failure to appear. Charges dismissed are: two counts of attempt to commit a Class B felony, reckless driving, four counts of second degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Melissa Kay Hunter, 36, was charged May 28 with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cocaine and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. A $10,000 security was set.
Christopher Lee Hurt, 35, was charged May 20 with reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. An $8,500 security was set.
Brady Richard Lawrence, 57, was charged May 16 with first degree theft. The charge involves an allegation of theft of a companion animal.
Sean Benjamin Clark Madsen, 23, was charged May 22 with third degree assault, fourth degree assault, two counts of harassment and second degree disorderly conduct.
Bryan Alan Marceau, 28, was sentenced May 17 to seven days jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence fourth degree assault. Charges of strangulation and fourth degree assault were dismissed.
Brian Patrick Murphy, 52, was charged May 28 with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cocaine and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. A $25,000 security was set.
Luis Ortiz-Reyes, 37, was charged May 17 with first degree online sexual corruption of a child. He posted 10% of a $25,000 security.
Phillip Grant Passmore, 48, was sentenced May 31 to 30 days jail after pleading no contest to failure to report as a sex offender.
Kathina Lynn Peters, 40, was charged May 13 with fourth degree assault, second degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She posted 10% of a $10,000 security.
Julianne Nicole Phillips, 30, was sentenced May 10 to 60 days jail, 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and $300 in fines after pleading guilty to second degree forgery and identity theft. A second degree theft charge was dismissed. In a separate case for charges of second degree theft and supplying contraband, the court approved a dismissal with prejudice.
Francisco Javier Rocha Ponce, 36, was sentenced May 24 to 90 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to fourth degree domestic violence assault. The original charges of first degree rape and interference with making a report were amended to the assault charge on May 24.
Carter John Port, 23, was sentenced May 17 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, five days jail, 24 months bench probation and $2,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (controlled substance, cannabis, and/or intoxicating liquor). A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
Jacob Allan Ralston-Gillette, 28, was charged May 21 with DUII (intoxicating liquor).
Timothy William Roebuck, 41, was charged May 20 with domestic violence fourth degree assault and second degree criminal mischief. He posted 10% of a $20,000 security.
Walter Daniel Smith, 49, was sentenced May 3 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, four days jail, 24 months bench probation, and $2,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (intoxicating liquor) and reckless driving. Charges of recklessly endangering another person and resisting arrest were dismissed.
Kailey Jade Tubbs, 24, was charged May 23 with two counts of identity theft and first degree theft.
Delbert Joe Tunnell II, 49, was charged May 20 with first degree failure to appear, a felony.
David Joshua Wall, 29, was charged May 20 with second degree theft, third degree robbery and two counts of fourth degree assault. A $2,000 security was set. On May 30 he was sentenced to 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to third degree robbery. The other charges were dismissed.
Adam Jacob Walls, 45, was charged May 17 with attempted assault of a public safety officer, first degree criminal trespass, harassment and resisting arrest. A $25,000 security was set.
Bret Anthony Witherspoon, 23, was charged May 1 with DUII (controlled substances) and reckless driving. He is currently enrolled in the diversion program until November for DUII (intoxicating liquor) with a .04% BAC.
