Circuit Court May/June 2023

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Devin Richard Anderson, Shelby Keith Brigham, Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Steven Michael Cooley, Shawn Patrick Cruise, Michael Travis Flanigan, Jessica Jo Gambee, Matthew David Griner, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Dustin Neal Herron, Christopher Allan Jackson, James Andrew Linder, Christopher Lee Hurt, Faron Walter Kennedy, Mikel Vincent Lizama, Jay Boyd Marsh, Kasey Wayne Miller, Rosemary O. Saviour and Darnell T. Wells.

Todd Allen Altherr, 35, was sentenced June 7 to 300 days jail based on a plea of guilty to third-degree assault involving a child under the age of 10. A charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment was dismissed.

Steven Dale Bergevin, 34, was sentenced May 17 to 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a plea of no contest to second-degree burglary. A first-degree theft charge was dismissed.

Neva Victoria Blake, 58, was charged June 9 with second-degree robbery, second-degree attempted assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and three counts of menacing. Bail was set at $50,000.

Courtney Meagan Fell, 34, was charged June 12 with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and two counts of strangulation constituting domestic violence.

Lacey Jane Gerig, 21, was charged June 5 with DUII, attempted assault on a public safety officer, aggravated harassment and resisting arrest.

Jeremy Kirk Gross, 35, was sentenced May 23 to revocation of a driver’s license for one year, 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision based on a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of second-degree theft and possession of a stolen vehicle were dismissed.

Willa Raie Harris, 52, was sentenced May 31 to 106 days jail based on a plea of no contest to four counts of mail theft or receipt of stolen mail.

Melissa Kay Hunter, 36, was charged May 17 with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.

Christopher Allan Jackson, 29, was charged June 15 with harassment, second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, two counts of second-degree attempted assault, fourth-degree assault, two counts of assaulting a public safety officer, two counts of aggravated harassment and attempted assaulting a public safety officer.

Brittany Leanne Johnson, 33, was charged May 23 with unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.

Hartley Brian Montgomery, 41, was charged June 5 with attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. Bail was set at $5,000.

Mindie Lou Moore, 42, was charged June 13 with DUII.

Cody James Norman, 32, was sentenced on March 23 to 10 days jail, 24 months supervised probation and $200 in fines based on a plea of no contest to strangulation constituting domestic violence and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.

On May 16, the court dismissed without prejudice a case against Dustin James Phares, 41, of a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl). On June 12, Phares was charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Bail was set at $15,000.

Cary Nathan Pedigo, 34, was charged June 15 with failure to report as a sex offender.

Anthony Douglas Pool-Lara, 38, was sentenced June 2 to 188 hours jail and 36 months supervised probation based on a plea of guilty to strangulation constituting domestic violence and menacing constituting domestic violence.

William Blane Rivers-Kleinschmit, 27, was charged June 2 with DUII.

Christian Ray Sandoval, 30, was charged June 2 with strangulation and attempted strangulation, both constituting domestic violence, for allegations occurring in separate incidences. He posted 10% of a $50,000 security.

Nicolas Coronel Santiago, 50, was charged June 13 with DUII.

Ryan Matthew Scott Sr., 38, was sentenced May 5 to 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 60 days in County Jail for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon based on a plea of no contest.

Curtis Martin Sly, 37, was sentenced May 24 to 60 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $600 in fines based on a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine – commercial drug offense, attempt to commit a Class B felony – manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance Schedule II, and felon in possession of a firearm. Other charges of attempt to commit a Class B felony and felon in possession of a restricted weapon were dismissed.

Jeremy Wyatt Strawn, 26, was sentenced May 26 to 15 years with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 10 years post-prison supervision based on a plea of no contest to second-degree sodomy – first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree criminal mistreatment, which involved a male under the age of 6 and another person who was under Strawn’s care. Other charges of first-degree sodomy, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and strangulation were dismissed.

Jimmy Darl Sullivan, 54, was charged May 18 with first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree attempted sexual abuse.

Lindsey Anne Trowbridge, 40, was charged June 11 with DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.

On June 1, the court allowed a motion to dismiss with prejudice charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft against Christina Ann Watts, 35.
