Circuit Court: Nov. 6, 2024

Melisa Sue Ann Marie Alexander, 44, was sentenced Oct. 18 to 10 days jail, 24 months supervised probation, and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to domestic violence strangulation. Charges of harassment and resisting arrest were dismissed.

 

Omar Edgar Arroyo, 21, was charged Oct. 15 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving, and four counts of recklessly endangering another person.

 

Jonathan Edward Betar, 34, was charged May 8 with first degree theft by deception. The charge alleges Betar defrauded Summit Funding Inc. by obtaining property value of $1,000 or more by promising performance that he did not intend to perform.

 

Wyatt Coda Calkins-Gilbert, 20, was charged Oct. 20 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving, and second degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Ashley Nichole Campo, 32, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 25 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .10% BAC.

 

Christopher Justin Converse, 34, was charged Sept. 12 with mail theft, identity theft, second degree theft, and second degree forgery.

 

Timothy George Drexler, 36, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 21 after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .17% BAC.

 

Jodie Marie Dubose, 56, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 21 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .15% BAC.

 

Donald Kay Flanigan Jr, 35, was charged Oct. 25 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and reckless driving.

 

Michael Travis Flanigan, 30, was sentenced Oct. 10 to revocation of a driver’s license for one year, 20 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post prison supervision after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

 

Herbert Douglas Genz, 43, was charged Oct. 28 with two counts of first degree rape, two counts of incest, and first degree sodomy. Charges allege violations occurred against a child under 16 between 2023 and 2024. Bail was set at $250,000.

 

Cheryl Kelley Hansen, 59, was sentenced Oct. 29 to 15 days jail, 24 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to first degree criminal trespass. A third degree theft charge was dismissed. In a separate case she was sentenced to permanent revocation of a driver’s license, 60 days jail, 60 months bench probation and $4,000 in fines after pleading guilty to two counts of DUII (liquor) with a .247 BAC. Two counts of reckless driving were dismissed.

 

Bryan Martin James Hill, 46, was charged Oct. 23 with second degree rape and five counts of first degree sexual abuse. Charges allege violations of a female under the age of 14 during 2019 to 2023. He posted 10% of a $100,000 bail.

 

Stacy Russell Jenkins, 23, was charged Sept. 25 with third degree assault, and pleaded no contest. The case is still pending.

 

Matthew David Kroesing, 26, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 21 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .17% BAC.

 

Jason Allen Lampe, 50, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 21 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .13% BAC.

 

Troy Michael Littlefield, 35, was charged Oct. 28 with domestic violence fourth degree assault, domestic violence strangulation, and resisting arrest.

 

Sean Benjamin Clark Madsen, 24, was sentenced Oct. 4 to one day jail, 12 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to fourth degree assault. Another fourth degree assault charge and two counts of harassment were dismissed.

 

Ross Alan Meekins, 39, on Oct. 24 was acquitted by a judge of the following charges: interference with making a report, domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence fourth degree assault, two counts of strangulation, two counts of third degree assault, and two counts of first degree criminal mistreatment. A  menacing charge was dismissed.

 

Cassandra Deann Moeung, 41, was charged Sept. 12 with mail theft, identity theft, second degree theft, and second degree forgery.

 

Hayden James Newberg, 27, was charged Oct. 9 with criminally negligent homicide involving the death of a child. He posted 10% of a $25,000 bail.

 

Taylor Ray Plummer, 31, was sentenced Oct. 18 to a three-year suspension of a driver’s license, seven days jail, 36 months bench probation, and a $1,500 fine after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substances). A failure to appear citation was dismissed.

 

Darwin Darlin Melgar Ramos, 39, was sentenced Oct. 25 to a three-year suspension of a driver’s license, 240 hours jail, 24 months bench probation and $2,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .31% BAC from an incident on March 2, 2024. A reckless driving charge was dismissed. From a Jan. 1, 2023 DUII charge (liquor, .21%), he had been placed in the diversion program to end on March 7, 2024, but it has since been terminated due to this recent offense. As such, he was sentenced Oct. 25 to a one-year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation and $2,255 in fines and fees for the older DUII charge.

 

Brandon Charles Rhoy, 32, was sentenced Oct. 14 to a one-year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor) with a .10% BAC. A reckless driving charge was dismissed.

 

Melinda Sue Rickard, 52, was charged Oct. 10 with DUII (liquor).

 

Miranda Marie Salazar, 31, was charged Oct. 24 with DUII (liquor), recklessly endangering another person, and open container.

 

Robert Donald Sawyer, 23, was charged Oct. 17 with DUII (liquor) and violation of a basic speed rule. He was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 23 after pleading no contest to DUII with a .13% BAC.

 

Charges of DUII (liquor) and reckless driving against Angela Diane Schuster, 46, were dismissed without prejudice on Oct. 11.

 

Cassandra Dee Scott, 33, was sentenced Oct. 10 to 60 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 36 months post prison supervision after pleading guilty to attempting to commit a Class A felony first degree assault.

 

Calvin Stuart Sheahan, 38, was charged Oct. 14 with first degree criminal mischief and first degree criminal trespass.

 

Timothy Christopher Sloat, 37, was sentenced Oct. 10 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 15 days jail, 18 months supervised probation, and $300 in fines after pleading no contest to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and recklessly endangering another person. A reckless driving charge was dismissed.

 

Samantha Renee Stevens, 29, was charged Oct. 20 with possession of a stolen vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

 

Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, 35, was placed in the drug treatment program on Oct. 15. Failure to appear charges and a first degree theft charge are deferred up to completion of the program.

 

Jacob Allen Tagen, 21, was charged Oct. 11 with second degree robbery and third degree assault. Bail was set at $50,000.

 

Harlee Ann Tetzlaff, 27, was sentenced Oct. 18 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 120 hours jail, 18 months bench probation, and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to reckless driving. Tetzlaff was also placed in the diversion program for DUII (liquor) with a .19% BAC.

 

Casyah Taelour Thomas, 29, was charged Oct. 14 with first degree forgery and first degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

 

Douglas William Treisch, 38, was charged Oct. 28 with DUII (liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, reckless driving, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, assaulting a public safety officer, criminal driving while suspended or revoked, and providing liquor to a person under 21. In a separate case he was charged with DUII (controlled substances) and refusal to take a test for intoxicants. He posted 10% of a $30,000 bail.

 

Jonathan Hugh Trisdale IV, 44, was sentenced Oct. 23 to 11 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 24 months post prison supervision, and $6,780.61 in restitution after pleading no contest to third degree robbery. A fourth degree assault charge was dismissed.

 

Rachel Marie Voight, 45, was placed in the diversion program on Oct. 10 after pleading no contest to DUII (liquor) with a .25% BAC.

 

Jerry Thomas Warnock, 40, was charged Oct. 23 with four counts of first degree sexual abuse. Charges allege violations against a female under 14 between 2021 and 2024. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Phillip Gene Williams, 51, was charged Oct. 17 with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and fourth degree assault. Bail was set at $25,000.

Bret Anthony Witherspoon, 23, was sentenced Oct. 4 to a one-year suspension of a driver’s license, 48 hours jail, 24 months bench probation, and $1,255 in fines and fees after pleading no contest to DUII (controlled substances). A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
