Circuit Court: Oct. 9, 2024

Warrants are out on the following individuals: Elias Nicolas Azar, Brent Lynn Bachman, Kiah Brooke Bearden-Coxen, Bradley Allen Bowman, Teresa Elaine Buchanan, Justin Edward Carr, Austin Shane Conner, Steven Michael Cooley, Austin Brian Devine, Rose Joann Ellison, Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Melissa Nicole Fox, Steven Edward Grimm, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Shain Nicholas Hersey, Robert Edwin Hoskinson, Bruce Clifton Kelly, Faron Walter Kennedy, Brent Jay Klient, Matthew David Kroesing, Andrew Donald LeGore, Mikel Vincent Lizama, Christopher James Lloyd, John Andrew Mance, Keoni Martin Murray, Taylor Ray Plummer, Jesse Dale Roberts, Jeremy Scott Rowan, Rosemary O. Saviour, Donald Shane Simmons, Russell Dale Truedson, Rosemary Natasi Turnwall, Donald Ray Watkins, Darnell T. Wells, Jessica Ashley Wynne.

 

Melissa Sue Ann Marie Alexander, 44, was charged Sept. 5 with domestic violence strangulation, harassment and resisting arrest.

 

Carrie Lynn Alfaro, 54, was charged Oct. 2 with second degree manslaughter and third degree assault. Court records charge that on June 27, 2024, Alfaro “did unlawfully and recklessly cause the death of Megan Jane Alfaro,” and “did unlawfully and recklessly cause serious physical injury to Sharon Marie Gamroth by means of a dangerous weapon, to wit: a motor vehicle.” She posted 10% of a $25,000 bail.

 

Elias Nicolas Azar, 42, was charged Sept. 24 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.

 

Rikki Nicolette Bettelyoun, 40, was charged Sept. 3 with second degree burglary and third degree theft.

 

Amy Christy Bronson, 47, was sentenced Sept. 18 to one day jail, 24 months bench probation and a $100 fine after pleading no contest to second degree criminal trespass. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed.

 

Travis Jonathan Brown, 34, was charged Sept. 20 with second degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, interference with making a report and tampering with physical evidence. He posted 10% of a $25,000 bail.

 

Justin Edward Carr, 35, was charged Oct. 1 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.

 

Sharon Rebecca Clayton, 41, was sentenced Sept. 4 to 24 months supervised probation and a $200 fine after pleading no contest to first degree aggravated theft.

 

Mykie Annette Cocca, 37, was sentenced Sept. 20 to one day jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to first degree criminal mistreatment. A fourth degree assault charge was dismissed.

 

Austin Brian Devine, 28, was charged Sept. 26 with three counts of failure to report as a sex offender and failure to appear.

 

Timothy George Drexler, 36, was charged Sept. 4 with DUII (liquor).

 

Jodie Marie Dubose, 56, was charged Sept. 23 with DUII (liquor), failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged, and driving while suspended.

 

Forrest Christian Fewel, 40, was charged Sept. 3 with third degree robbery and fourth degree assault (later determined in an indictment as domestic violence). Bail was set at $20,000.

 

Austin Connor Ghere, 29, was sentenced Sept. 6 to 90 days jail and 36 months supervised probation after pleading guilty to two counts of first degree burglary. Charges of second degree theft, possession of a burglary tool or theft device, and second degree criminal mischief were dismissed.

 

Charges against Bobby Gomez Jr., 51, were dismissed without prejudice on Oct. 3. See Lebanon Local’s August 2024 edition for details.

 

Matthew Toy Edward Griffin, 19, was indicted Sept. 12 with two counts of third degree assault.

 

Johne Michael Griffith, 28, was sentenced Sept. 17 to 60 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, five years post-prison supervision and $600 in fines after pleading no contest to three counts second degree sexual abuse. Three additional counts of second degree sexual abuse were dismissed.

 

Zachary Scott Hales, 46, was charged Sept. 19 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and second degree criminal mischief.

 

Shain Nicholas Hersey, 49, was charged Sept. 13 with DUII (controlled substances).

 

A charge against Robert Grant Hodson, 29, of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor was dismissed with prejudice on July 12.

 

Michael John Hoffman, 52, was charged Sept. 12 with unauthorized use of a vehicle and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $10,000.

 

Matthew David Kroesing, 26, was charged Sept. 12 with DUII (liquor).

 

Tyler James Laack, 19, was sentenced Sept. 13 to 240 hours jail, 24 months supervised probation and a $100 fine after pleading guilty to attempt to commit a Class C/Unclassified Felony – third degree assault.

 

Isaiah Alan Ledford, 22, was sentenced Sept. 3 to 15 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 60 months bench probation, 24 months post-prison supervision and $500 in fines after pleading no contest to second degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance – Schedule II. Charges dismissed were: second degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance Schedule II.

 

Rick Jordan Maas, 45, was sentenced Sept. 23 to 960 hours jail after pleading guilty to two counts of failure to report as a sex offender, second degree failure to appear and failure to appear on a criminal citation. Additional charges of failure to report as a sex offender and three counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation were dismissed.

 

Zachary John Marshall, 32, was sentenced Aug. 26 to one year suspension of a driver’s license, 288 hours jail, 18 months supervised probation after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to appear. Two additional charges of failure to appear were dismissed.

 

Kurtis R. McClurg, 35, was sentenced Sept. 17 to five days jail, 18 months bench probation after pleading no contest to first degree theft by receiving and first degree theft.

 

Jeffery James McCorkhill, 35, was charged Sept. 3 with second degree kidnapping, domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence fourth degree assault and harassment. He posted 10% of a $50,000 bail.

 

Heather Dawn Meeks, 36, was sentenced Aug. 26 to 80 days jail and 24 months bench probation after pleading guilty to attempt to commit a Class B felony – assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest. Charges of second degree criminal trespass and second degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.

 

Andrew Justin Moseley, 36, was placed in the diversion program on Sept. 10 after pleading guilty to DUII (liquor). He was charged a year ago with DUII (liquor), open container, refusal to take a test for intoxicants and two counts of unlawful possession of firearms after being cited by OSP.

 

Raymond Joseph Mullenix, 57, was charged Oct. 1 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.

 

Ryan Owen Nelson, 25, was charged Sept. 7 with second degree burglary, second degree theft and third degree theft. He was sentenced Sept 16 to 10 days jail and 18 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to the burglary charge, with the other two charges dismissed.

 

Ian Joseph Parks, 37, was charged with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving on Aug. 29, and placed into the diversion program on Sept. 18 after pleading no contest to DUII with a .15% BAC.

 

Sean Glane Randolph, 40, was charged Sept. 4 with second degree criminal trespass, second degree theft and second degree burglary.

 

Brandon Charles Rhoy, 32, was charged Sept. 3 with DUII (liquor) and reckless driving.

 

Joshua Lee Schwartzer, 28, was sentenced Sept. 9 to 480 hours jail, 18 months supervised probation and $1,021.58 in restitution after pleading guilty to first degree criminal mischief and failure to appear. Another failure to appear and second degree disorderly conduct charge were dismissed.

 

Jack Conrad Sease, 63, was charged Sept. 16 with DUII (liquor), reckless driving and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

 

Justin Dean Surplus, 39, was charged Sept. 20 with possession of a stolen vehicle.

 

In two separate cases, the court approved on Sept. 25 motions to dismiss without prejudice charges against Michael Robert Van Houte, 36. See Lebanon Local’s April 2024 edition for charges.

 

Rachel Marie Voight, 45, was charged with DUII (liquor) on Aug. 29.

 

Donald Ray Watkins, 81, was charged Sept. 19 with DUII (liquor and/or controlled substances).

 

 

Nickoles A Willoughby, 18, was sentenced Aug. 16 to seven months jail, seven months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 60 months supervised probation after pleading no contest to two counts of attempt to commit a Class B felony – first degree sexual abuse.
