Warrants are out on the following individuals: Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, Steven Michael Cooley, Shawn Patrick Cruise, Michael Travis Flanigan, Melissa Nicole Fox, Jessica Jo Gambee, Matthew David Griner, Aaron Thomas Halvorson, Dustin Neal Herron, Wesley Alan House, Shawn Luke Jayne, James Andrew Linder, Christopher Lee Hurt, Faron Walter Kennedy, Mikel Vincent Lizama, Jay Boyd Marsh, Kasey Wayne Miller, Rosemary O. Saviour, Jerrod Slade Schooley, Darnell T. Wells and Jessica Ashley Wynne.
Rondel Allen Adams, 32, was charged June 26 with fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $20,000.
Jason Charles Beckett, 53, was charged June 19 with DUII.
Johnny Gordon Budd, 54, was charged June 26 with DUII and second-degree assault. He posted 10% of a $50,000 bail.
Madeline A. Frederick, 31, was charged July 14 with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.
Robert Edward Hilliard, 53, was sentenced July 7 to 15 days jail and 24 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to strangulation constituting domestic violence.
Robert Grant Hodson, 28, was charged July 6 with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Dakota Alan Ray House, 20, was sentenced July 7 to one year revocation of a driver’s license and 18 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections based on a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges of reckless driving and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude were dismissed.
In a separate case he was sentenced to one year and three months revocation of a driver’s license, 20 days jail, 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision based on a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and fleeing or attempting to elude. Other charges of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude were dismissed.
In a separate case he was sentenced to 11 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 12 months post-prison supervision based on a no contest plea to identity theft. Three more counts of identity theft were dismissed.
In a separate case he was sentenced to 10 days jail, 36 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and $410 restitution to the victim based on a no contest plea to second-degree theft and computer crime. A charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle was dismissed.
Joshua Latre Jett, 25, was sentenced July 7 to 70 days jail and 36 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to fourth-degree asault and second-degree arson. Charges of strangulation and second-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
Christopher Kirt Edward Kaufman, 32, was charged June 30 and again on July 10 with criminal driving while suspended or revoked. In two other cases, the court allowed dismissal without prejudice charges of driving while suspended.
Robert Ryan Kelley, 55, was charged July 11 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Sarah Ann Loeks, 32, was charged June 26 with first-degree burglary, harassment constituting domestic violence and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $20,000.
Daniel Jason May, 36, was charged July 10 with two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
John Dustin Melton, 33, was charged June 21 with strangulation and fourth-degree assault. He posted 10% of a $15,000 bail.
Nakota James Mullins, 21, was sentenced June 16 to 80 days jail, 13 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 60 months bench probation, 60 months post-prison supervision based on a plea of no contest to private indecency and first-degree sexual abuse and registration as a sex offender. Charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and luring a minor were dismissed. In a separate case, Mullins was sentenced to 80 days jail and 60 months supervised probation concurrent to other sentences based on a plea of no contest to first-degree invasion of personal privacy. A computer crime charge was dismissed.
Steven Roy Peck, 60, was charged July 5 with first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $15,000. In a separate case he was charged with DUII, criminal drivingn while suspended or revoked, reckless driving and giving false information. Bail was set at $20,000.
Dustin James Phares, 41, was sentenced June 29 to 30 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a no contest plea to second-degree burglary. A third-degree theft charge was dismissed.
Richard Dean Raisor, 46, was charged June 19 with first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree attempted assault, second-degree criminal mischief and failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged. Bail was set at $10,000.
Derrek Leo Reynolds, 54, was charged June 26 with conspiracy to commit tampering with a witness and conspiracy to commit tampering with physical evidence. He has a pending case concering allegations of first-degree assault and attempted second-degree murder.
William Blane Rivers-Kleinschmit, 28, was placed in the DUII diversion program based on a plea of no contest to DUII with a BAC of .08%.
Jeremy Grant Saulmon, 44, was charged July 6 with DUII.
Gary Forrest Schaeffer, 38, was charged June 28 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Jerrod Slade Schooley, 48, was charged with fourth-degree assault.
Brennen Tyler Seplocha, 31, was charged July 11 with second-degree forgery, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and identity theft.
Adrien Maureen Shrum, 27, was charged July 11 with menacing constituting domestic violence, unlawful use of a weapon and assaulting a public safety officer. Bail was set at $20,000.
Abrianah Malayna Smith, 24, was charged with three counts of aggravated harassment for allegations involving spitting on police officers. Bail was set at $10,000.
Robert Christian Smith, 59, was charged July 5 with third-degree robbery, first-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and strangulation. Bail was set at $10,000.
Aundra Dawn Tillotson, 25, was sentenced June 9 to one year revocation of a driver’s license, 28 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and three years post-prison supervision concurrent with previous sentences based on a no contest plea to first-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle. A charge of second-degree theft was dismissed.
