Saviour, Gary Forrest Schaeffer, Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, Paul Walter Ulm, Darnell T. Wells, Jessica Ashley Wynne.
Rondel Allen Adams, 32, was sentenced Sept. 8 to 90 days suspension of a driver’s license, 60 days with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 12 months post-prison supervision and a $200 fine based on a guilty plea to fleeing or attempting to elude a public safety officer and recklessly endangering another person. A reckless driving charge was dismissed.
Jason Charles Beckett, 53, was sentenced Sept. 26 to two days in jail, suspension of a driver’s license for one year, 18 months bench probation and $1,755 in fees and fines based on a plea of guilty to DUII with a .14% BAC.
Chandler Louis Brown, 25, was sentenced Sept. 8 to 24 months bench probation and $200 in fines based on a no contest plea to recklessly endangering another person and harassment. Charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault were dismissed.
Devon Lee Clement, 22, was charged Sept. 21 with fleeing or attempting to elude, DUII and reckless driving.
Nicholas Orval Duncan Jr., 45, was charged Sept. 25 with attempted unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He posted 10% of a $20,000 bail.
Matthew Garrett Fox, 31, was sentenced Sept. 25 to 68 months with the Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 36 months post-prison supervision based on a plea of no contest to coercion, domestic violence strangulation, first-degree criminal mischief and felon in possession of a firearm. Charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, menacing, first-degree burglary and attempt to commit a Class C/Unclassified felony were dismissed.
Madeline A. Frederick, 31, was sentenced Oct. 12 to five days jail and 18 months bench probation based on a no contest plea to second-degree disorderly conduct. A fourth-degree assault charge was dismissed.
Axl Lee Gallagher, 32, was sentenced Sept. 25 to 25 days jail and 24 months supervised probation based on a plea of no contest to third-degree robbery and harassment.
Ryan Scott Harris, 40, was sentenced Oct. 4 to 30 days jail, 24 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to harassment, domestic violence harassment and interference with making a report. Other charges of strangulation and two counts of harassment were dismissed.
Robert Grant Hodson, 28, was charged Sept. 19 with possession of a stolen vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief.
Devin Michael Houseman, 36, A charge of failure to report as a sex offender was dismissed with prejudice.
Trelane Hugh Hunter, 48, was sentenced Sept. 19 to a life suspension of a driver’s license, 50 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $2,000 fine based on a plea of no contest to DUII, resisting arrest and assaulting a public safety officer. Charges of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude were dismissed.
Leia Rain Larson, 22, A charge of first-degree attempted arson was dismissed with prejudice on Sept. 29.
Cesar Javier Ortiz Lopez, 19, was placed in the diversion program on Sept. 20 after pleading guilty to reckless driving and DUII.
Rick Jordan Maas, 44, was charged Oct. 4 with three counts of failure to report as a sex offender (since 2021).
John Andrew Mance, 35, was charged Oct. 9 with felon in possession of a firearm and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $30,000.
Daniel Jason May, 36, was sentenced Sept. 8 to 11 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and $300 in fines based on a plea of no contest to two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment and domestic violence fourth-degree assault. A fourth-degree assault charge was dismissed.
Connor James McCown, 29, was charged on Sept. 21 with second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
Heather Dawn Meeks, 35, was charged Oct. 9 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $20,000.
Andrew Justin Moseley, 35, was charged Sept. 20 with DUII, open container, refusal to take a test for intoxicants, and two counts of unlawful possession of firearms (a Kimber revolver and Sig-Sauer pistol). Additionally he was cited for speeding 39/30 at Main and E streets. On Oct. 9 he was charged with recklessly endangering another person and unlawful possession of a short-barreled rifle. He posted 10% of a $4,000 bail.
Laurie Ann Parish, 57, was charged Oct. 3 with DUII.
Cary Nathan Pedigo, 34, was sentenced Sept. 8 to 24 months bench probation and a $100 fine based on a plea of guilty to failure to report as a sex offender. A failure to appear charge was dismissed.
Hector Manuel Quijas Jr., 25, was charged on Sept. 21 with DUII.
Derrek Leo Reynolds, 54, on Sept. 18 was found not guilty of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault.
Jerrod Slade Schooley, 49, was sentenced Sept. 26 to 30 days jail, 36 months supervised probation and a $200 fine based on a no contest plea to fourth-degree assault.
Paula Marie Lea Skyles-Lutzi, 50, was sentenced Sept. 29 to 30 days jail and 24 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to identity theft and first-degree failure to appear. Four other counts of FTA and a third-degree theft charge were dismissed.
Joshua Joe Tallman, 33, was sentenced Sept. 13 to revocation of a driver’s license for one year, 20 days jail and 18 months supervised probation based on a no contest plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle.
