City closes some facilities to public in response to governor’s two-week freeze directive

In response to Gov. Brown’s announcement on Nov. 13 that there will be a two-week freeze on most activities to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases statewide, the City of Lebanon is implementing the following through Dec. 2:
