The intersection of Russell Drive at Highway 20 will be closed for construction from 7 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. Thursday, May 5, the City of Lebanon has announced.
While construction is underway, motorists will be unable to access
Russell Drive from the highway. Detours will be in place. Construction is expected to be finished by approximately 1:00 p.m.
