Court updates July/Aug 2022

CIRCUIT COURT

Lawrence Louis Agnot, 23, was charged Aug. 5 with DUII, reckless driving and failure to perform duties when property is damaged.
Jared Wayne Colvin, 21, was charged Aug. 2 with three counts of strangulation constituting domestic violence. Bail was set at $10,000.
Julian Andrew Craft, 18, was found guilty Aug. 1 of speeding, 117/55, on US-20 on June 26, 2022. He was fined $1,150.
Diane Lucille Deyulia, 43, was charged July 25 with two counts of first-degree attempted assault and three counts of unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $100,000.
Christopher John Edgar, 32, posted 10% of two $2,500 bail orders for cases involving charges of second-degree criminal trespassing, unlawful entry into a vehicle, third-degree robbery and first-degree theft.
Daniel Patrick Egan, 40, was cited at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 7 by Oregon State Police on OR-34 for failing to drive within a lane, open container of alcohol and refusal to take a breath test.
Selina Renee Ford-Blackburn, 37, was charged July 23 with third-degree theft, giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a citation or warrant, and identity theft. Court documents indicate allegations that Ford stole from WinCo Foods.
Joshua Rolland Gabel, 45, was charged on July 26 with DUII and reckless driving.
Spencer Joseph Garcia, 23, was charged July 27 with DUII.
Jamie Joy Gardner, 39, posted 10% of a $25,000 bail on July 20. She is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony.
Matthew David Griner, 61, was charged July 25 with first-degree forgery. Court documents indicate Griner allegedly attempted to use a fake $100 bill.
Aaron Thomas Halvorson, 44, posted 10% of a $50,000 bail on July 13, and failed to appear for a July 22 court date. A warrant has been issued. He is charged with menacing, fourth-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, fleeing or attempting to elude, and reckless driving. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office reported that Halvorson was arrested after allegedly punching a woman and threatening her with a machete at Sunnyside Park. Spike strips were used to catch him during a pursuit following the incident.
Cheryl Kelley Hansen, 57, was charged July 26 with first-degree burglary and third-degree theft for allegedly entering a residence on Hobbs Street and stealing a flashlight.
Anthony Wade Holden, 32, signed a plea of guilty July 26 for second-degree robbery for allegations of robbery at Cash 4 Gold on April 14, 2022. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 26.
Katelyn Jo Horn, 33, was charged July 29 with first-degree theft for allegedly stealing lumber valuing more than $1,000 from Kokanee Wood Products. Faron Walter Kennedy, 57, was charged on July 29 with first-degree theft for allegedly stealing lumber valued at more than $1,000 from Kokanee Wood Products.
Alyssa Rebecca Kingsberry, 30, was charged July 26 with unauthorized use of a vehicle, an RV.
Alex Levitsky, 38, was charged July 21 with four counts of aggravated harassment, second-degree attempted escape, first-degree criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person. Court documents allege that Levitsky threw feces at two deputies, a sergeant and a lieutenant. It is also alleged he attempted to escape a correctional facility and damaged a sprinkler head. Bail was set at $50,000.
Deborah Sue Long, 69, was ordered to the diversion program on July 28 for a March 21, 2022 DUII charge with a .24 blood-alcohol content.
John Daniel Maham, Jr., 27, was sentenced July 15 to 240 hours in jail and 18 months supervised probation for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and DUII.
Maham pleaded no contest to the charges. Charges of reckless driving and failure to appear were dismissed. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct, and no contest to failure to appear. A second count of failure to appear was dismissed. He was sentenced to 18 months probation.
Andrew William Pectol, 44, was charged July 27 with felon in possession of a firearm.
Scott A. Phillips, 36, was charged Aug. 2 with two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $2,000.
A charge against Jerrod Slade Schooley, 47, for fourth-degree assault was dismissed Aug. 8. A separate charge of second-degree assault is still pending.
Micah Joseph Schulte, 41, pleaded guilty July 22 to second-degree criminal mischief and giving false information to a police officer in connection with a citation/warrant. A charge of second-degree theft of a catalytic converter was dismissed. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Jason Robert Skyles-Lutzi, was charged July 26 with DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Nathan Daniel Smith, 29, was charged July 19 with failure to report as a sex offender.
Crystal Dawn Strickland, 32, pleaded guilty to identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and aggravated identity theft. She was sentenced July 22 to 42 months at the Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 24 months post-prison supervision. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.
Joshua Joe Tallman, 31, was charged Aug. 3 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and failure to perform duties when property is damaged. He posted 10% of a $2,500 bail.
Christina Ann Watts, 33, was charged Aug. 8 with two counts of fourth-degree attempted assault, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree burglary. Bail was set at $10,000.

MUNICIPAL COURT

Keagen N. Habbestad was charged April 24 with DUII and reckless driving. He was sentenced on July 12 to the diversion program, 60 months bench probation, five days community service and 90 days suspension of his driver’s license.
Harvey E. Newell IV was charged June 11 with DUII and sentenced Aug. 3 to 60 months bench probation, a $1,000 fine, 48 hours jail and a one-year suspension of driver’s license.
Kyleigh Jordan Ross was charged June 5 with DUII and sentenced July 26 to the diversion program.
Judy Marie Rowe was charged May 26 with DUII and sentenced July 12 to 60 months bench probation, $2,355 in fines and fees, 48 hours jail and one year suspension of her driver’s license.
Nicholas J. Sanseri was charged May 26 with DUII and sentenced July 13 to 36 months bench probation, $3,605 in fines and fees, 30 days jail and one year suspension of his driver’s license.
