Court updates June/July 2022

*All information presented herein is obtained from publicly available Oregon court and law enforcement records. The Oregon Public Records Law, as detailed in the Attorney General’s Public Records and Meeting Manual, allows public access to these records. Every individual named or referenced is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

These updates are taken from Linn County Circuit Court documents and from Lebanon Police Department.

Raymond Joseph Mullenix, 54, pleaded no contest June 22 to DUII and driving while suspended. His license was suspended for one year. He was charged Jan. 10 with the aforementioned counts, in addition to reckless driving, refusal to take a test for intoxicants, and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Jason Andrew Sabedra, Jr., 18, pleaded guilty June 24 to strangulation and two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, both Class C felonies. Charges of fourth-degree assault and menacing were dismissed. Sabedra was sentenced to six months in jail, two years post-prison supervision and three years probation.

Timothy Ray Casey, Jr., 41, pleaded no contest June 22 to DUII and was placed in the diversion program.

Wesley Clarence Wright, 58, was charged June 15 with five counts of first-degree sexual abuse, five counts of unlawful sexual penetration, first-degree sodomy and first-degree rape for alleged crimes against a person under the age of 14 between 1996 and 2001. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and bail was set at $400,000.

John Paul Wood, 52, was charged June 20 with DUII, reckless driving and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.

Tezleigh Senter, 31, was charged June 20 with DUII and reckless driving.

Patrick James Mallory, 29, was charged June 21 with third-degree theft, third-degree escape, resisting arrest, and assaulting a public safety officer.

Cynthia Louise Phelps, 46, was charged June 20 with DUII, reckless driving, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of third-degree assault and refusal to take test for intoxicants. She posted 10% of her $39,400 bail.

Sonny Allen Agrelius, 24, was charged June 22 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and giving false information to a police officer in connection with a warrant.

John Daniel Maham, Jr., 27, was charged June 23 and pleaded no contest July 15 for third-degree escape and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $3,000. He was placed on probation for 18 months. Maham has other charges of DUII, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving.

Brayden Gene Childress, 26, was charged June 23 with two counts of unlawful use of a firearm and two counts of menacing. He posted 10% of a $15,000 bail.

Anthony Wade Holden, 32, was charged June 24 with first-degree robbery and first-degree theft for allegations of his involvement in the Cash for Gold Now robbery. Bail was set at $100,000.

Corey Brandon Ford, 25, was charged June 24 with unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree robbery and first-degree theft for allegations of his involvement in the Cash for Gold Now robbery. Bail was set at $100,000.

Julian Andrew Craft, 18, was cited June 26 by Oregon State Police for allegedly speeding 117/55.

Alex Levitsky, 38, was charged June 24 for second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and offensive littering. Bail was set at $2,500. He has other pending charges for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and third-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher John Edgar, 32, was charged June 29 with second-degree criminal trespassing, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree robbery. On July 1 he was charged with first-degree theft.

Dustin Neal Herron, 44, was charged July 1 with first-degree theft for the alleged crime of stealing cash from Knothole Market some time between April 28 and May 16.

Aryan Allen Barr, 43, was found guilty June 29 for DUII, reckless driving and driving while suspended, and sentenced to 22 days in jail, 60 months bench probation and one year suspension of his driver’s license.

Trenton Michael Anthony Cole, 21, was sentenced June 28 to two days in jail and one year suspension of his driver’s license for a DUII charge.

Veda Marie Lee, 45, filed a motion July 4 to withdraw her plea of no contest and substitute a plea of not guilty regarding charges of theft, forgery, identity theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Charges for Christopher Lee Hurt, 33, were filed on July 7 for an alleged incident on May 6. He is being charged with reckless driving and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one of which is a Class C felony.

Albert Guo, a 22-year-old from New York who was charged with two counts of first-degree sex abuse, two counts of first-degree sodomy and first-degree unlawful sexual penetration of an 11-year-old female, posted $40,000 of a $400,000 bail July 9 and failed to appear for his July 11 hearing, causing the issuance of a warrant. Court documents indicate Guo appeared later that day, and bail was set at $250,000, plus a $30,000 bail for the FTA charge. He posted $28,000 of his bail on July 14 and was required to turn in his passport.

Terran Dale Gluck, 25, was charged July 5 with fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, strangulation constituting domestic violence and interference with making a report. Bail was set at $10,000.

Jerrod Slade Schooley, 47, was charged July 6 with fourth-degree assault. Court documents indicate Schooley pleaded no contest for fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence on the same victim in 2018. Bail was set at $25,000.

KC Everett Merle Holt, 38, was charged July 6 with six counts of identity theft, a Class C felony.

Brandon James Harelson, 27, was charged July 7 with DUII and driving while suspended. His BAC was .10%. Harelson entered a no contest plea and was placed in the diversion program.

Jerrimiah J. Toering, 42, was sentenced July 6 to 60 months bench probation and five days compensatory service for second-degree theft.

Rohan Alexander Duncan, 44, entered a no-contest plea July 13 for fourth-degree felony assault.

Claudia Diane Hudson, 26, pleaded no contest to aggravated harassment July 11, and a charge of resisting arrest was dismissed. Hudson was placed on supervised probation for 36 months.

Tiffani Kendra Stubblefield, 33, was charged July 13 with four counts of identity theft and one count of second-degree theft.

Stephen Galman Tyman, 64, was charged July 13 with criminal driving while suspended or revoked, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief.

Zachary Christopher Kempton, 29, was charged July 15 with first-degree theft.

Darnell T. Wells, 43, was charged July 15 with DUII and reckless driving.

Devin Michael Houseman, 34, was charged July 18 with failure to report as a sex offender.

Jared Landon Hamer, 38, was charged July 18 with felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of firearms and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.
