Lebanon Fire District responded to a call for a large natural cover fire in the 3100 block of Sodaville Road in the early evening of Aug 29.
The fire was reported by the landowner as a small fire in a field that quickly grew to three acres involving brush and trees. Firefighters worked at the head of the fire to slow its progress.
