While on patrol, Lebanon police attempted to pull over a vehicle due to a lack of license plate and expired tags dating back to Jan. 23, on April 11 around 7:30 p.m.
Following an attempt to pull over the vehicle on Crowfoot Road, the responding officer was unable to find success as the vehicle began eluding.
After a pursuit that ended in the 39000 block of Crawfordsville Drive, the driver, 22-year-old Brody Dylan Burright, of Sweet Home, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Burright also has charges from Jan. 10 for two counts of felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving and failure to appear on a criminal citation.
