Student athletes needing a physical for camp or sports participation can get one for free from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Samaritan Lebanon Health Center – Pediatrics, 675 N 5th St. at the corner of 5th and Reeves Parkway.
Physicians at the clinic will offer the physicals on a first come, first served basis. Check-in is encouraged by 11:30 a.m.
