Results of the latest bloodmobile visit targeting Sweet Home’s lumber company employees were disappointing as only 64 of the 104 men who signed up showed up for their appointment. Only 77 pints of the 125-pint goal were obtained, though it would have been less if the unscheduled, drop-in visits that day didn’t occur. The scheduler said “Sweet Home is getting a reputation as a town of ‘no-shows.’”
