Main Street in downtown Lebanon, between Carolina and Oak streets, will be closed from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, for trick or treaters, the Lebanon Police Department has announced.
All side streets from Park to Main and 2nd to Main will also be closed during the two-hour period as well. This closure is for the safety of the children.
