The City of Lebanon will close a portion of Harden Drive to through traffic Monday which it repairs a sanitary sewer lateral beginning Monday, March 9.
While construction is under way, which could take two days, Harden Drive will be closed to through traffic between Park Drive and Franklin Street. Residents in the affected area will be
