Christmas arrives in Lebanon this Saturday, Dec. 1, with the Holidays in the Park celebration at Ralston Park, 925 Park St.
Activities include:
- Jingle Bell, 1 Mile Walk/Run. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. with themile walk starting at 10 a.m. Prizes will be given for the ugliest sweater.
- 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Build Lebanon Trails invites you to join their annual Holiday Historic Downtown Walk, which revisits much of Lebanon’s history in a pedestrian fashion. Meet at Ralston Park.
- 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Holidays in the Park – Santa Claus, horse-drawn carriage rides, kids’ poster contest, music, entertainment, food and crafts.
- 5:15 p.m. Twilight Parade. Main Street will be closed to traffic from Wheeler/Tangent Street to Oak Street for the Lebanon Twilight Parade. All side streets from Park to Main, and 2nd to Main will also be closed. Detours will be in place. Normal traffic flow will resume at 6 pm. For further information, contact Lt.
