For the first time in two years, Linn-Benton Community College will open the doors of Russell Tripp Performance Center to the public at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, for a performance from the LBCC music program.
The concert is entitled “One Voice” and features the full music program with incredible pop show lighting, professional sound, and phenomenal musicians. Attendees will hear everything from Ingrid Michaelson to “She Used to be Mine” from the musical Waitress. The concert will also feature choral works and new pieces from LBCC’s student composers.
“This concert will be unlike anything in the Willamette Valley,” said LBCC choir director Raymund Ocampo. “It’s like a pop concert with lights backed by a 50-voice choir.”
Tickets can be purchased at linnbenton.edu/tickets. LBCC students get in for free, but they will still need a ticket.
