Sept. 13

4:07 a.m. – Durrell Monroe Borden, 66, and Kevin Scott Borden, 34, cited on warrants after they were contacted by deputy in parking lot of closed business in 2600 block S. Santiam Hwy. Warned about trespassing.

4:43 a.m. – Kristi Denise Cooley, 52, of Lebanon, cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass and obstructing governmental or judicial administration after, according to Sheriff’s Office, she was “combative” after being stopped with juvenile female in Bi-Mart parking lot while store was closed. Report taken.

5:02 a.m. – Kenneth Saylor, 36, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple warrants, 500 block Weldwood Dr. Report taken.

7:49 a.m. – Bow hunter arrived prior to daylight in 37600 block Middle Ridge Dr. and did not notice sign that area was closed. He had been in the week prior to land closing down. When approached by deputy, hunter apologized and was given Cascade Timber Consulting website to monitor for when it would reopen. He was warned that he could be cited if CTC desired.

8:37 a.m. – Caller reported a dog bit his dog at the dog park.

9:56 a.m. – Deputies checked welfare of elderly male in 30400 block Rancho Rd. after concerned caller had been unable to get hold of him. Deputies discovered that male had changed his phone number, but was in good health.

10:18 a.m. – An elderly male client with PTSD attacked staff when they tried separating him from a female client.

11:33 a.m. – Caller said they gave a gas attendant $20 for gas but only $10-worth was put in the tank and she didn’t even get her change back, Main St. Attendant said he was certain he gave her the $10 change, but he will apologize if he finds his till is over $10 at the end of the day.

12:09 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from car, Industrial Way.

12:41 p.m. – Caller said several cars at a mechanic business had their gas stolen or was attempted, Santiam Hwy.

1:09 p.m. – Caller reported theft of shop vac, tool belt, impact drill, grease gun and gas cards from construction site, Russell St.

2:58 p.m. – Caller reported three off-leash dogs attacked his dog while he was walking, 15th St. Dog was not seriously injured. Owners were warned, and they were very apologetic.

6:18 p.m. – Caller said an elderly female in a car seemed unconscious, Academy St. They honked but she didn’t move. Medics responded and found she was asleep and coherent.

6:58 p.m. – Report taken for found totes with items in them, Main St.

7:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male exited the emergency door with a TV and speaker, Santiam Hwy. Officer found an empty scooter box near where suspect was last seen. Value of scooter, $398.

Sept. 12

4:37 a.m. – Devin Michael Houseman, 35, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for probation violation, an Albany Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register, and a Linn County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register.

8:01 a.m. – Deputies performed welfare check in 100 block of Russell St. after caller indicated concerns about neighbor whom they had not seen for a few days. Deputies determined that neighbor was in the hospital.

8:19 a.m. – Report taken for theft of unlocked car, Mayer Dr.

9:12 a.m. – Caller reported a male laying on the ground “enjoying himself” near James Gang Pizza.

10:05 a.m. – Report taken for theft of license plates, 11th St.

11:33 a.m. – Caller reported theft of toy motorcycle, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $150. A metal miniature replica of a Harley Davidson Easy Rider vintage motorcycle was stolen.

12:37 p.m. – Officer confirmed a nuisance barking dog ordinance violation, Quail Pl.

2:48 p.m. – Deputies investigating hit and run that resulted in property damage in 34400 block of Brewster Rd. Fence was damaged. Further details unavailable. Report taken.

3:10 p.m. – Caller said they returned home after being gone two months and found the locks were changed and someone’s items were inside, Main St. Officer seized clothing, cleaning supplies, drug paraphernalia, garbage, bedding and a backpack containing mail. Report taken for burglary II.

4:04 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Grant St. Timothy Nord, 54, was cited for failure to yield when entering a roadway.

7:06 p.m. – Caller said she is not an alcoholic, and for Christmas one year she threw a bottle in the trash.

9:17 p.m. – Samuel Monroe was cited for Benton County Circuit warrants for felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and nine warrants for driving while suspended or revoked. Tina Miller was cited for driving uninsured.

Sept. 11

2:47 a.m. – Deputy checked on two pickups parked near Bates Bridge, 40800 block McDowell CreekD Dr. Young males in pickups said they were waiting for daylight to go fishing.

7:59 a.m. – Shannon Babb, 39, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrant. 32800 block Berlin Rd. Report taken.

8:06 a.m. – Deputies took report of shoes that were stolen and replaced with the perpetrator’s shoes in 33800 block Berlin Rd. Deputies located shoes on suspect who was in custody for crashing a stolen vehicle, then running. Stolen shoes returned to owner. Report taken.

8:50 a.m. – Caller reported theft of dirt bike, 2nd St. Loss valued at $3,000.

9:54 a.m. – Caller reported theft of turkeys, ribs and other meat from an outdoor freezer at a church, Airport Rd. Loss valued at $200.

10:15 a.m. – Caller said a male who appeared to be a transient was running on a park trail with a small, collared dog, Grant St. Caller thought it was suspicious because he “didn’t look like he’d have a nice dog like that.”

11:37 a.m. – Caller reported loose white dog in parking lot, Main St. Owner was located.

12:08 p.m. – Caller reported that trespassers on his property had stolen his trail cameras, 42700 block Fir Grove Lane. Requested extra patrol.

1:24 p.m. – Report taken for custody of Ryan Wilson, 34, Primrose St. Multiple calls have been made on Wilson for dumpster diving on trespassed location.

2:57 p.m. – Deputies assisted Lebanon Police Department officers in dealing with a combative adult male who was firing a firearm inside his house. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to assist LPD with traffic control, scene security, cover and apprehending adult male, who, according to Sheriff’s log, appeared to be having “mental health issues.” Vine/Second streets. 3:13 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas in jerrycans from locked car, Grove St.

4:06 p.m. – Report taken for theft of laptop and tools from work truck, Snow Peak Pl.

8:02 p.m. – Caller reported teens in hoodies were spray-painting a silver car with red, Milton St. Officer determined the car belonged to one of the kids.

8:10 p.m. – Stephen Scantlin, 49, of Lebanon, cited and released for multiple warrants, 37100 block Middle Ridge Dr.

Sept. 10

7:25 a.m. – Caller reported (sound of) multiple fireworks north of town. Responding officer determined it is opening day of goose season and found hunters had been shooting geese.

7:12 a.m. – Ryan Wilson was taken into custody for going through a dumpster, Primrose St., and was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for harassment.

8:19 a.m. – Caller reported a female sleeping in a pickup that was on and parked partly on the curb, 7th St. The caller was unable to wake her up. Medics woke her up. Tezleigh Senter, 32, was cited for a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of reckless driving and DUII.

8:25 a.m. – Caller reported theft of bow, binoculars, hunting bag and range finder from locked car, H St. Loss valued at $1,470.

9:01 a.m. – Caller reported Uhaul pickup rented and not returned. Investigation ongoing. 2900 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

12:33 p.m. – Caller reported a white “junky” van with a male inside who looks like he’s sleeping or under the influence of something and a tied up dog that looks distressed, Santiam Hwy.

1:10 p.m. – Callers reported a male in the roadway who seemed to be under the influence and refused to move out of the way, 7th St. The subject relinquished three unknown pills to the officer and was later transported to the hospital. Report taken.

2:53 p.m. – Deputies responded to possible burglary in 40800 block McDowell Creek Dr. Suspects left before law enforcement arrived. Nothing taken.

4:55 p.m. – Wesley Alan House, 39, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear, and a Linn County Sheriff’s felony parole violation warrant.

11:08 p.m. – Caller reported a male walking in the street, talking to himself and yelling, Main St. He was walking in circles, plugging his ears and screaming, and ran in front of a car. Responding officer contacted James Frank Newport, 33, and determined he seemed to be experiencing a negative reaction to cocaine. Remaining cocaine in viles was seized and disposed of. Medics examined Newport and he was given a ride home.

Sept. 9

7:40 a.m. – Caller said two dogs attacked her and her small dog, Market St. Owners were found and cited for dog at large.

8:47 a.m. – Deputies spoke with caller who came upon small smoldering fire in 35100 block Ede Rd. Most likely caused by cigarette.

11:56 a.m. – Caller reported someone dumped a 50 gallon metal drum in the parking lot, Airway Rd. They didn’t want to touch it because “they have seen too many horror movies.” Responding officer found it contained remnants of burnt garbage.

12:12 p.m. – Caller reported dog at large, Mazama Ave. Dog owner was located.

3:01 p.m. – Officer responded to a call about a dog in a car during 93-degree temperatures, 5th St. The window was cracked, but no water was available and the dog was breathing at a high rate. The owner was located and given a “very stern warning” for leaving her dog in the car.

2:38 p.m. – Theft of property reported in 38700 block Sugar Lane. Further details unavailable. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

3:48 p.m. – Caller reported that male with “possible mental health problems” repeatedly trespassing in 2500 block Primrose St. Deputies will attempt to resolve the problem.

7:51 p.m. – Caller reported a female wearing only a parka and rubber boots was growling at people and stealing items, Main St. Later, a Safeway employee reported the female was at their store doing the same thing.

7:57 p.m. – Report taken for car crash, Milton St.

8:18 p.m. – Vehicle stolen from Lebanon recovered by Hillsboro Police Department. 2900 block Santiam Hwy.

9:36 p.m. – Report taken for police officer hold on a mental health client.

Sept. 8

4:59 a.m. – Caller reported theft of Toyota RAV, Mary St. The car was broken into two days prior, and a spare key might have been taken at that time.

9:09 a.m. – Caller reported attempted theft of trailer, Sherman St.

12:26 p.m. – Caller reported a found dog, 5th St. It was later determined the dog belonged to the caller but she could no longer keep him.

11:59 a.m. – Report taken for theft of Mazda Protege, Hiatt St.

1:02 p.m. – Cynthia R. Aker-Oldham, 72, was cited for driving uninsured, 2nd St.

1:28 p.m. – Caller reported theft of $9,000 cash and electronics, Sherman St. She said she knows who stole it and she already beat the person up. Dispatch noted that would be Linn County jurisdiction for the possible assault.

1:41 p.m. – Report taken for found set of keys near where a person was recently arrested, A St.

1:52 p.m. – Caller reported a male slumped in a parked car with a can of air, Mullins Dr. Male admitted to officer he parked there to use an inhalent.

2:04 p.m. – Employee refused to sell matches to a female who said she wanted to burn something down, Tangent St.

2:45 p.m. – Caller reported someone steals her newspaper off and on, D St.

2:57 p.m. – County parks fence cut in 31200 block 1st St., Waterloo. Damage estimated at approximately $1,500.

4:23 p.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 41, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear on original charges of theft III and criminal trespass II, a Linn County Circuit warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, and a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft III.

4:49 p.m. – Employee reported a female in the alley behind the building is harassing employees when they take out the trash, Grant St.

5:05 p.m. – Tamara Strauss, 43, of Brownsville, cited for speeding, 79/55, 35700 block Rock Hill Dr.

6:37 p.m. – Caller reported Christy Pedigo yelled at him as he drove by, Main St. An unidentified subject was taken into custody for violation of a no contact order. Report taken.

7:11 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, saying a white car was peeling tires on the street and hit a parked car, 4th St.

4:15 a.m. – Caller reported male trying to break into car, 7th St.

8:04 a.m. – Caller reported theft of power tools from work truck, 11th St. Loss valued at $740.

9:17 a.m. – Caller reported theft of bike, 2nd St. Loss valued at $190.

9:55 a.m. – Safeway employee reported a male wearing one shoe consumed food, watermelon and soda, then left without paying. Christopher Roman Garza, 39, was trespassed from the store. Lerae Nicholle Ruck, 21, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for failure to appear for citations of not having a driver’s license.

10:07 a.m. – Ryan Andrew Wilson, 34, was cited for Linn County Circuit warrants for failures to appear on original charges of contempt, criminal trespass I, theft III, criminal trespass II and cust. interference II.

11:42 a.m. – Caller reported found shop vac dumped at location, Post St.

12:56 p.m. – Report taken for theft of motorcycle, C St. Bike was returned to owner two hours later.

1:47 p.m. – Caller reported a resident at the veterans home had a firearm in his car parked there, but the home does not allow weapons on the property. Office advised the caller the home can have the car towed, but otherwise it’s the owner’s second amendment right to own the weapon.

3:00 p.m. – Caller reported employees are not comfortable taking the trash out due to a female outside “causing a scene,” Grant St. Responding officer found Jessica Marie Jones, who told him she was heading to Gills Landing to take a bath in the river.

3:27 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from Uhaul, Grant St.

3:32 p.m. – Shirley Joeanna Fallon, 49, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, Main St.

3:43 p.m. – Richard Franklin Lebar, 28, of Lebanon, arrested for reckless burning after deputies responded to assist Lebanon Fire District with suspicious fire near intersection of Grant St./Brewster Rd. Report taken.

4:34 p.m. – Report taken for detaining Martin Jones, Grant St.

4:37 p.m. – Caller reported theft of $40 at Safeway. A customer at self-checkout pulled cash-back from her debit card but forgot to take it. It was gone when she returned. Safeway will send her a video of the theft.

5:14 p.m. – Caller asked for an officer to check on a female in a nightgown carrying a large doll, 2nd St. Officer was unable to locate the subject.

6:21 p.m. – Ashley Waters and Aaron Bargers, ages unavailable, arrested on warrants, 32700 block Brewster Rd. Report taken.

7:28 p.m. – Caller reported a “white lady” in a tie-dye shirt was dragging a dog by its neck in the store, Santiam Hwy. The dog was unable to get on its feet while being dragged.

Sept. 6

12:10 a.m. – Caller reported a female yelling for several hours, 2nd St. Jessica Jones was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for disorderly conduct II. She was also warned about disorderly conduct.

2:31 a.m. – Callers reported fighting outside apartments, Grove St. One of the callers said he told them to keep it down and they challenged him. A large guy hit the caller’s friend in the face and a skinny guy had a gun. Suspects’ car is registered out of Salem.

4:45 a.m. – Report taken for theft of wallet, phone and purse from car, Mary St. Loss valued at $200.

6:37 a.m. – Caller reported theft of work keys and tools from unlocked car, Franklin St. Loss valued at $500.

8:20 a.m. – Caller reported medications stolen from her Jeep Wrangler, parked in front of residence in 34300 block Meridian Rd. Report taken.

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported theft of keys from unlocked car, D St.

9:43 a.m. – Caller reported fraud activity when they got a call from someone claiming to be from the electricity company. She gave them bank info, card number, PIN and her social security to avoid the power from being shut off.

10:56 a.m. – Caller reported a pickup dragging a welder behind it, Walker St.

12:52 p.m. – Caller reported people keep taking cigarette packs from their front porch, Grant St.

1:14 p.m. – Caller reported a male stabbed a car tire near Tallman Brewery. The owner of the car said she caught her boyfriend with another girl and he stabbed her tire so she couldn’t follow him.

2:11 p.m. – Brittny Ann Mahlee Gibson, 33, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for parole violation theft II. She was lodged at Lebanon Police Department.

2:27 p.m. – Caller reported theft of package, Main St. Loss valued at $40.

3:35 p.m. – Caller reported someone killed her cat with a BB gun, Wassom St. The cat was found in its outdoor enclosure behind the house near a pool of blood, and the window that allows the cat in/out access to the house was closed.

3:40 p.m. – Caller reported theft of car key, checkbook, ear buds, debit card and trash can from unlocked car, Morton St.

4:27 p.m. – Operator cited for careless driving, illegal braking after near-crahs reported in 3000 block S. Main Rd. According to Sheriff’s Office, operator of one vehicle did not yield at stop sign, then slammed on brakes when person who was cut off began following closely, nearly causing crash. 4:43 p.m. – Caller reported chained-up puppy has been there three days and panting heavily, near Carl’s Jr. Officer found dog with a bowl of water and not in distress.

4:54 p.m. – Christopher Dale Moffit, 37, was cited for failure to obey a stop light, Santiam Hwy.

8:44 a.m. – Caller reported theft of flashlight from car, Gleanns Way.

8:54 a.m. – Caller reported that porch pirate had stolen vehicle parts from 700 block W. Airport Rd. Value about $266. Report taken.

9:37 a.m. – Caller reported theft of transmission from carport, Sherman St. Loss valued at $50.

10:40 a.m. – Caller believes she is being sexually assaulted while she sleeps. She’s called this in before, and is advised to go to Sarah’s Place.

10:59 a.m. – Caller reported theft of two lighters, Oak St.

11:11 a.m. – Employee reported a driver claimed he gave a gas attendant $60 cash, but was only given $40 in gas, Santiam Hwy.

11:40 a.m. – Caller reported her SUV with purse and other car keys was stolen from the BiMart parking lot, but the officer was unable to list it as stolen because she couldn’t provide proof of rightful ownership. She bought the car a year ago but never registered it, and thinks the person she bought it from is not the rightful owner either.

11:48 a.m. – Caller reported car window broken out, F St.

1:40 p.m. – Nicklaus James Glasser, 33, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failures to appear on an original charge of harassment and other citations.

2:04 p.m. – 911 hangup wound up being caller who lost reception while reporting grass fire in 38600 block Fairway Dr.

2:16 p.m. – Female entered the lobby and said her boyfriend was chasing her. Officers chased the male by car and on foot through a field near Lowe’s and through downtown. Devan Franklin Joseph Hayes-Brown, 28, was taken to the justice center and cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for possession of a restricted weapon by a felon; three Linn County Circuit Court warrants for parole violation menacing and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, parole violation failure to perform the duties of a driver/property damage and criminal mischief II, and parole violation possession of methamphetamine and failures to appear.

4:38 p.m. – Caller reported theft of unlocked electric bike from front yard, Ralston Dr.

4:41 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from van, Industrial Way.

4:59 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from car, and transients digging through dumpster compactor and making a mess in the garage, Franklin St.

5:22 p.m. – Caller “rambling about a cat, Scooby Doo and a female on meth.”

11:09 p.m. – Caller reported theft of gas from gas station after attempting to use a credit card that didn’t work, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $30.

Sept. 4

3:52 a.m. – Robert Zurcher, 66, of Lebanon, cited on warrant. License plate from his vehicle was seized, as it did not belong to vehicle, according to Sheriff’s Office. Report taken. 2200 block McKinney Lane. Report taken.

4:25 a.m. – Brandon Alexander, 31, of Jefferson, cited and released on multiple warrants, 2500 block Division Way. Report taken.

8:48 a.m. – Ryan Andrew Wilson, 45, was trespassed after a caller said he was dumpster diving, 2nd St.

9:13 a.m. – Report taken for found drug paraphernalia, Airport Rd.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported theft of beauty and cosmetic items from Walgreens.

12:04 p.m. – Richard Franklin Labar Jr., 28, was cited for a Deschutes County Circuit Court warrant for DUII.

12:03 p.m. – Aaron Reed Monroe Coldiron, 38, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

12:54 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run, Market St. Caller said a male driver in a gray Hyundai hit a yellow bumper pole at the AA towing lot near Dutch Bros., and left.

1:14 p.m. – Employee at Ixtapa reported a coworker yells at her and gives her a hard time about her work ethic.

1:54 p.m. – Callers reported a female with a sparkly hat and backpack was taking wood and tools from a construction site, Airport Rd. Responding officer located “Valerie,” who was “very high,” but nothing appeared stolen or damaged. She left.

2:43 p.m. – Caller reported a female in a red graduation gown was dumpster diving, 7th St. Responding officer located “Valerie,” who needed to be calmed down. She asked for a ride to Portland.

5:29 p.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather, 34, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt.

7:39 p.m. – Family locked behind gate at storage units. Storage company not responding to phone calls, so deputies responded to let them out. 29800 block Santiam Hwy.

7:44 p.m. – Stolen vehicle recovered in 34100 block Santiam Hwy. 2005 Honda Accord had been stolen out of Albany. Report taken.

11:08 p.m. – Caller reported car window was broken and $300 battery pack jump starter was stolen from locked car, 2nd St. Report taken for theft II and criminal mischief II.

11:10 p.m. – Caller reported an unknown female began yelling and chasing him while he was in the Shanico parking lot. He ran, barefoot, to the canal, through a field and into the Lesita parking lot, and he fell a few times. Female never caught up to him and he doesn’t know why she chased him.

Sept. 3

12:21 a.m. – Deputy checked Camp Tamor after dispatcher received several 911 hangups, but heard only talking and laughter. No signs of trouble. 43900 block McDowell Creek Dr.

12:45 a.m. – Report taken for police officer hold, Tangent St. Caller reported an intoxicated female trying to fight people. Natayha Moore was transported to the hospital on a POH.

4:20 a.m. – Nicholas Gene Ford, 35, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding parole board warrant after being contacted by deputy regarding littering outside Lebanon Burger King, 2100 S. Santiam Hwy. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

8:35 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, 5th St. A white sedan allegedly hit a stop sign. It was replaced with a temporary sign for now.

8:45 a.m. – Sheri Yvonne Bower, 50, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

9:37 a.m. – Vehicle crash reported in 39300 block Plagman Dr. Vehicle left roadway, rolled into tree. According to Sheriff’s Office, 16-year-old male was driving a 1998 Mazda B40 when he took a corner too fast and slid off the roadway and crashed into a tree, totaling the car. He called his mother first, who was on scene when deputies arrived. No injuries. Vehicle removed. Report taken.

11:23 a.m. – Report taken for theft of bike, Oak St. Loss valued at $300.

11:54 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run, Main St.

1:16 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Airport Rd. Callers reported a dark blue car hit a couple mailboxes, and said the male driver told them he was high and fell asleep. The driver left on foot. Officers could not locate him.

2:44 p.m. – An employee at an unknown location on Oak St. called for help for “multiple subjects in behavior.” One female was trying to jump the fence, one female was in the yard with a stick, and a large male was verbally aggressive. Report taken.

3:04 p.m. – Caller reported that County Parks maintenance yard fence was cut in attempt to enter yard, 39500 block Gross St., Waterloo.

3:17 p.m. – Officer responded to call about a male trying to assault people, Oak St. The male was calm when he arrived.

4:53 p.m. – Caller reported she was hit in shoe and leg by a pellet gun, Grant St. As caller was walking on the bridge, a light blue car with three or more juveniles drove by and shot her with a pellet gun. She believes it was part of a TikTok toy gun drive-by shooting challenge.

5:41 p.m. – Caleb Bullock, 19, of Corvallis, cited for speeding, 81/55, 35200 block Hwy. 34.

10:43 p.m. – Bryan Pryor, 55, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended and on two warrants following traffic stop for allegedly driving a vehicle with no front license plate and registration that had expired in 2020. 2400 block S. Santiam Hwy.

10:44 p.m. – Caller reported that window was broken out of his vehicle sometime during past few hours, backpack stolen. Backpack valued at $15, window valued at $500. 36600 block W. Airport Rd.

Sept. 2

1:07 a.m. – Keith McGaffie, 41, of Corvallis, cited for speeding, 78/55, 35200 block Hwy. 34.

5:44 a.m. – Christopher Gerard Coultas, 40, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal trespass II.

8:00 a.m. – Report taken for dogs at large, Market St. Caller brought in two found dogs. The owner was cited for dog-at-large, and it was noted “multiple recent instances of these dogs getting out.”

8:07 a.m. – Officer responded to a cold domestic disturbance, Vine St. Wife said she doesn’t feel safe going home.

9:26 a.m. – Jessica Jones was cited for trespassing, Sherman St. Caller at location said Jones has been sticking her head in the door where she has a lifetime trespass and is yelling then running off.

10:48 a.m. – Report taken for found stolen utility trailer. A caller saw a male drilling a hole into the side of a trailer in the parking lot by Carl’s Jr. Officer ran the license plate on the trailer and contacted the owner, who said he last saw his trailer three weeks ago in his barn but didn’t know it was missing. Owner and officer recovered the trailer.

10:59 a.m. – Officer retrieved one of two loose dogs at Marks Slough Trail and contacted the owner.

11:03 a.m. – Caller reported packages were delivered to their neighbor who refused to turn them over, 10th St.

11:17 a.m. – Caller reported that their trailer had been stolen from Walmart parking lot. According to Sheriff’s Office, a 21-foot-flatbed trailer that was dropped in the Lebanon Walmart parking lot. Unknown when it was stolen. Owner didn’t know until LPD recovered the trailer. Investigation ongoing. Report taken. 29100 block Sodaville Mountain Home Rd.

1:03 p.m. – Caller reported a barking dog in a truck for at least two hours with windows cracked, 10th St. Officer located the dog inside a camper. It was barking and he heard a voice in the camper, as well. Dog didn’t seem distressed.

1:16 p.m. – Officer responded to call about two dogs at large, Cascade Dr. He located the dogs, which went through a hole to the other side of a fence. Officer attempted to contact that residence.

8:59 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle stolen out of driveway in 36200 block Rock Hill Dr. Light blue 2010 Subaru Legacy was later recovered by a Sheriff’s deputy. Jeffery McNees, 29, of Lebanon was arrested in the car along with other charges. Report taken.

9:20 p.m. – Caller reported her roommate locked her in her room by tying the door shut with a rope, 7th St. She had a recently expired restraining order on him, and he accused her of stealing his property.
