Because Linn County has returned to “Extreme” risk, the City of Lebanon’s offices will close to the public except for appointments beginning Friday, April 30.
City services are still available on-line and over the phone. Masks will be required in all City offices and physical distance requirements remain in place.
— City Council meetings will still be held remotely.
— The Senior Center will remain closed.
— Municipal Court will continue to hold arraignments and trials in person or via remote access.
— Lebanon Police Department will be making temporary changes that will start Friday and be in effect until May 6, or until the governor announces a downgrade for Linn County.
The Justice Center lobby will remain open, but a maximum of four (4) persons will be allowed in the lobby at one time. Citizens are asked to conduct any business can be done over the phone, or online whenever possible and keep the lobby available for in-person business. Masks and physical distancing requirements remain in place.
— Fingerprinting will be on hold till at least May 6. Check with the Police Departmnent or visit its Facebook page for updates.
— The library will decrease open hours of service to the public beginning Friday. At the library, maximum capacity will decrease to 25% or 50 people.
Patrons are requested to make their selections as quickly as possible, and try to limit their visits to 30 minutes or less.
Starting Friday, normal library operating hours Mondays through Thursdays will be from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m. Friday hours will be curbside-only. The library is closed Sundays.
